本发明要解决的问题是:提供一种石油套管用防腐漆。包括如下质量份数的组份:脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯9-35%、改性环氧丙烯酸酯4-25%、改性聚酯丙烯酸酯8-35%、单官能基单体15-45%、双官能基单体6-25%、多官能基单体2-18%、耐磨剂4-15%、光引发剂1-9%、流平剂0.1-2%、消泡剂0.2-3%、防沉剂0.1-2%。有益效果在于:提高了石油套管的防腐涂装效率及表面防腐性能,生产工艺简单,形成的漆膜附着力佳、耐磨性好、耐盐雾性高、耐湿热性好。

一种石油套管用防腐漆
技术领域
本发明涉及石油套管生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种石油套管用防腐漆。
背景技术
石油套管是用于支撑油、气井井壁的钢管,以保证钻井过程进行和完井后整个油井的正常运行。每一口井根据不同的钻井深度和地质情况,要使用几层套管。套管下井后要采用水泥固井,它与油管、钻杆不同,不可以重复使用,属于一次性消耗材料。所以,套管的消耗量占全部油井管的70%以上。套管按使用情况可分为:导管、表层套管、技术套管和油层套管。
石油专用管主要用于油、气井的钻探及油、气的输送。它包括石油钻管、石油套管、抽油管。石油钻管主要用于连接钻铤和钻头并传递钻井动力。石油套管主要用于钻井过程中和完井后对井壁的支撑,以保证钻井过程的进行和完井后整个油井的正常运行。抽油管主要将油井底部的油、气输送到地面。
石油套管是维持油井运行的生命线。由于地质条件不同,井下受力状态复杂,拉、压、弯、扭应力综合作用作用于管体,这对套管本身的质量提出了较高的要求。一旦套管本身由于某种原因而损坏,可能导致整口井的减产,甚至报废。
按钢材本身的强度套管可分为不同钢级,即J55、K55、N80、L80、C90、T95、P110、Q125、V150等。井况、井深不同,采用的钢级也不同。在腐蚀环境下还要求套管本身具有抗腐蚀性能。在地质条件复杂的地方还要求套管具有抗挤毁性能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是:提供一种石油套管用防腐漆。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种石油套管用防腐漆,其特征在于:包括如下质量份数的组份:脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯9-35%、改性环氧丙烯酸酯4-25%、改性聚酯丙烯酸酯8-35%、单官能基单体15-45%、双官能基单体6-25%、多官能基单体2-18%、耐磨剂4-15%、光引发剂1-9%、流平剂0.1-2%、消泡剂0.2-3%、防沉剂0.1-2%。
进一步,各组分重量配比为:脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯11-15%、改性环氧丙烯酸酯4-10%、改性聚酯丙烯酸酯12-25%、单官能基单体25-40%、双官能基单体8-15%、多官能基单体5-8%、耐磨剂10-12%、光引发剂3%、流平剂0.5%、消泡剂0.5%、防沉剂0.5%。
进一步,所述耐磨剂为氧化铝超微粉末,其粒径为600nm。
进一步,所述光引发剂为TPO-L 2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基苯基膦酸乙酯。
进一步,所述单官能基单体选自IBOA、THFFA、POEA中的至少一种。
进一步,所述双官能基单体选自HDDA、DPGDA、TPGDA中的至少一种。
进一步,所述多官能基单体为TMPTA和/或DPHA。
本发明的有益效果在于:提高了石油套管的防腐涂装效率及表面防腐性能,生产工艺简单,形成的漆膜附着力佳、耐磨性好、耐盐雾性高、耐湿热性好。

一种石油套管用防腐漆,括如下质量份数的组份:各组分重量配比为:脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯11-15%、改性环氧丙烯酸酯4-10%、改性聚酯丙烯酸酯12-25%、单官能基单体25-40%、双官能基单体8-15%、多官能基单体5-8%、耐磨剂10-12%、光引发剂3%、流平剂0.5%、消泡剂0.5%、防沉剂0.5%。所述光引发剂为TPO-L 2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基苯基膦酸乙酯。所述单官能基单体选自IBOA、THFFA、POEA中的至少一种。所述双官能基单体选自HDDA、DPGDA、TPGDA中的至少一种。所述多官能基单体为TMPTA和/或DPHA。

1.一种石油套管用防腐漆,其特征在于:包括如下质量份数的组份:脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯9-35%、改性环氧丙烯酸酯4-25%、改性聚酯丙烯酸酯8-35%、单官能基单体15-45%、双官能基单体6-25%、多官能基单体2-18%、耐磨剂4-15%、光引发剂1-9%、流平剂0.1-2%、消泡剂0.2-3%、防沉剂0.1-2%。
2.跟权利要求1所述一种石油套管用防腐漆,其特征在于:各组分重量配比为:脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯11-15%、改性环氧丙烯酸酯4-10%、改性聚酯丙烯酸酯12-25%、单官能基单体25-40%、双官能基单体8-15%、多官能基单体5-8%、耐磨剂10-12%、光引发剂3%、流平剂0.5%、消泡剂0.5%、防沉剂0.5%。
3.跟权利要求1所述一种石油套管用防腐漆,其特征在于:所述耐磨剂为氧化铝超微粉末,其粒径为600nm。
4.跟权利要求1所述一种石油套管用防腐漆,其特征在于:所述光引发剂为TPO-L2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基苯基膦酸乙酯。
5.跟权利要求1所述一种石油套管用防腐漆,其特征在于:所述单官能基单体选自IBOA、THFFA、POEA中的至少一种。
6.跟权利要求1所述一种石油套管用防腐漆,其特征在于:所述双官能基单体选自HDDA、DPGDA、TPGDA中的至少一种。
7.跟权利要求1所述一种石油套管用防腐漆,其特征在于:所述多官能基单体为TMPTA和/或DPHA。
