Abstract
本发明涉及电器技术领域，名称是报警配电箱，它包括配电箱本体，其特征是：在配电箱本体上设置有一个凹槽，在凹槽内放置有气囊，气囊充有气体，在电箱本体上还有一个铰轴，铰轴上安装杠杆，杠杆的一端在气囊的上面，杠杆的这一端是第一端，杠杆的另一端安装有行程开关，杠杆的这一端是第二端，铰轴到第一端的距离小于铰轴到第二端的距离，行程开关连接报警器，这样的配电箱具有可以发出报警、灵敏程度高的优点。

本发明涉及电器技术领域，具体地说是涉及配电箱。
背景技术
配电箱包括配电箱本体，装配后配电箱里面安装电器部件，高温的情况下会影响电器部件的正常运行，现有技术中，配电箱里面没有设置温度超标报警装置，有的虽然安装温度报警装置，但是其报警装置具有灵敏程度低的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述缺点，提供一种可以发出报警、灵敏程度高的报警配电箱。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：报警配电箱，包括配电箱本体，其特征是：在配电箱本体上设置有一个凹槽，在凹槽内放置有气囊，气囊充有气体，在电箱本体上还有一个铰轴，铰轴上安装杠杆，杠杆的一端在气囊的上面，杠杆的这一端是第一端，杠杆的另一端安装有行程开关，杠杆的这一端是第二端，铰轴到第一端的距离小于铰轴到第二端的距离，行程开关连接报警器。
本发明的有益效果是：这样的报警配电箱具有可以发出报警、灵敏程度高的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
如图1所示，报警配电箱，包括配电箱本体1，其特征是：在配电箱本体上设置有一个凹槽2，在凹槽内放置有气囊3，气囊充有气体，在电箱本体上还有一个铰轴4，铰轴上安装杠杆5，杠杆5的一端在气囊的上面，杠杆的这一端是第一端51，杠杆的另一端安装有行程开关6，杠杆的这一端是第二端52，铰轴到第一端的距离小于铰轴到第二端的距离，行程开关连接报警器7。
凹槽起着对气囊限位的作用，使气囊膨胀作用更好发挥。
所述的报警器是喇叭或闪灯。
这样温度变化较少，气体就会有较多的膨胀，使杠杆有较大的动作，由于铰轴到第一端的距离小于铰轴到第二端的距离，其动作更大，动作更灵敏，具有本发明的优点。

1.报警配电箱，包括配电箱本体，其特征是：在配电箱本体上设置有一个凹槽，在凹槽内放置有气囊，气囊充有气体，在电箱本体上还有一个铰轴，铰轴上安装杠杆，杠杆的一端在气囊的上面，杠杆的这一端是第一端，杠杆的另一端安装有行程开关，杠杆的这一端是第二端，铰轴到第一端的距离小于铰轴到第二端的距离，行程开关连接报警器。
