本发明涉及工程机械机构领域,具体的来说是一种液压钻车捕尘罩提升变胞机构。
背景技术
在液压凿岩钻车工作过程中,除尘系统要求保证很高的密封性能,特别是在工作部位,但是过大的捕尘罩会影响作业部位的观察视野和检修难度,设计一个简单、可靠、自动切换动作状态的捕尘罩成为亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种液压钻车捕尘罩提升变胞机构。
本发明的技术方案是:液压钻车捕尘罩提升变胞机构,包括推进梁、捕尘罩滑台、弹簧、液压油缸、滑块旋转轴、滑台限位块、滑块限位块、捕尘罩,捕尘罩滑台安装在推进梁上,捕尘罩滑台往上滑动的最高位置与滑台限位块接触,捕尘罩滑台下部与推进梁之间安装有弹簧,捕尘罩滑台上安装有滑块旋转轴和滑块限位块,捕尘罩安装在滑块旋转轴上,液压油缸连接捕尘罩和推进梁。
本发明的有益效果:本发明结构简单,稳定可靠。能够在两个工作状态自动切换,只需要一个油缸就能完成两个机械动作,同时完成捕尘罩的提升和掀起动作,工作稳定,效率高。

具体实施方式
现结合附图,对本发明进一步具体说明。
如图1所示,捕尘罩滑台2安装在推进梁1上,可以上下滑动,捕尘罩滑台2往上滑动的最高位置与滑台限位块6接触,捕尘罩滑台2下部与推进梁1之间安装有弹簧3,捕尘罩滑台2上安装有滑块旋转轴5和滑块限位块7;捕尘罩8安装在滑块旋转轴5上,并可绕滑块旋转轴5旋转,当捕尘罩8顺时针旋转至朝下工作位置时与滑块限位块7接触达到止点,液压油缸4连接捕尘罩8和推进梁1。
当液压油缸4从最底部收缩时,在弹簧3的弹力和液压油缸作用下,捕尘罩8始终保持水平状态,并与捕尘罩滑台2一起上升,当捕尘罩滑台2接触滑台限位块6时,液压油缸4继续收缩,使得捕尘罩8沿滑块旋转轴5旋转,最终到达滑块限位槽的终点。这样一个油缸即可完成两个动作,解决了目前凿岩作业中无法抖落捕尘罩内部的灰尘和捕尘罩阻挡视线的缺点。

1.液压钻车捕尘罩提升变胞机构,包括推进梁(1)、捕尘罩滑台(2)、弹簧(3)、液压油缸(4)、滑块旋转轴(5)、滑台限位块(6)、滑块限位块(7)、捕尘罩(8),其特征在于:捕尘罩滑台(2)安装在推进梁(1)上,捕尘罩滑台(2)往上滑动的最高位置与滑台限位块(6)接触,捕尘罩滑台(2)下部与推进梁(1)之间安装有弹簧(3),捕尘罩滑台(2)上安装有滑块旋转轴(5)和滑块限位块(7),捕尘罩(8)安装在滑块旋转轴(5)上,液压油缸(4)连接捕尘罩(8)和推进梁(1)。
