Abstract

一种齿带式升降器,包括驱动机构和升降器支架,其特征是:在长条状升降器支架的上下两端分别设有传动带被动齿轮和传动带主动齿轮,并由齿带连接传动;在齿带上固定一安装车窗玻璃的滑块,滑块的滑槽卡制于升降器支架的滑轨上;传动带主动齿轮轴与驱动机构相接。本发明的有益效果是升降器传动带与传动齿轮的接触面积大,受力点分散,避免了像绳轮式汽车车窗升降器钢丝绳与传动轮接触面积小,受力点集中磨损严重的弊端,减少了升降器在使用过程中故障的发生率,延长了升降器的使用寿命。

本发明涉及一种汽车车窗升降器,尤其是带传动的升降器。
背景技术
目前,市场上的绳轮式汽车车窗升降器其传动靠钢丝绳传动,由于钢丝绳与传动轮接触面积小,受力点集中,钢丝绳和传动轮的磨损较大,在使用过程中易导致断丝卡滞故障,缩短了升降器的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服现有汽车车窗升降器的缺陷,本发明提供一种齿带式升降器,由于传动带与传动齿轮的接触面积大,受力点分散,避免了像绳轮式汽车车窗升降器钢丝绳与传动轮接触面积小,受力点集中的弊端。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种齿带式升降器,包括驱动机构(25)和升降器支架(11),其特征是:在长条状升降器支架(11)的上下两端分别设有传动带被动齿轮(15)和传动带主动齿轮(14),并由齿带(13)连接传动;在齿带(13)上固定一安装车窗玻璃的滑块(19),滑块(19)的滑槽(34)卡制于升降器支架(11)的滑轨(16)上;传动带主动齿轮轴(24)与驱动机构(25)相接。
所述驱动机构(25),其构造为:主动齿轮轴(24)的一端与驱动齿轴(31)键槽相接,驱动齿轮(30)与电机轴(28)轴端的蜗杆(29)相啮合。
传动带被动齿轮(15)和传动带主动齿轮(14)分别设有被动齿传动带导向槽(55)和主动齿传动带导向槽(35),以防止传动带滑脱。
本发明的有益效果是升降器传动带与传动齿轮的接触面积大,受力点分散,静音效果好,避免了像绳轮式汽车车窗升降器钢丝绳与传动轮接触面积小,受力点集中磨损严重的弊端,减少了升降器在使用过程中故障的发生率,延长了升降器的使用寿命。
