本发明公开了一种人类精子优选和体外受精的仿生装置,包括受精池,还包括仿生子宫、精液管和至少二条的仿生输卵管,仿生子宫设置在受精池下方,精液管穿过受精池与仿生子宫连接,仿生输卵管的下端与仿生子宫的上方连接,仿生输卵管的上端与受精池的外缘连接,仿生输卵管上端开口的外缘高于受精池的外缘,仿生输卵管外设置有支架。这样卵子在受精池,精液通过精液管到仿生子宫,然后精子自动筛选出优质精子,从仿生子宫上移通过仿生输卵管从仿生输卵管上端开口进入受精池,优质精子与卵子受精,使精子优选和体外受精一体化,且精子优选和受精简便、快速,是精子优选和体外受精的一体化装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及人类人工受精装置,具体涉及一种人类精子优选和体外受精的仿生装置。
背景技术
在人体内部的生理自然受精过程中,精子是在宫颈、子宫和输卵管的筛选作用和卵子趋化物的引诱下,让最为优质的精子到达输卵管末端的壶腹部,找到卵子并受精。人类不孕不育治疗时,需要采用辅助生殖技术,包括人工授精、体外受精等治疗方法,其中体外受精时不但需要获取优质精子,还要与卵子或卵丘复合物体外混合和受精。体外精子优选和受精依赖于精子优选技术和受精系统,该技术直接关系到整个辅助生殖治疗的成败。目前广泛采用的精子优选技术有上游技术、密度梯度离心技术等优选技术,这些技术均存在不同的缺点。受精也是要显微镜观察下蒋优质精子放入受精池与卵子受精,因此传统的精子优选和受精过程是分离的,还未有精子优选和体外受精的一体化装置。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种精子优选和体外受精一体化,精子优选和受精简便、快速的人类精子优选和体外受精的仿生装置。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种人类精子优选和体外受精的仿生装置,包括受精池,还包括仿生子宫、精液管和至少二条的仿生输卵管,所述仿生子宫设置在所述受精池下方,所述精液管穿过所述受精池与所述仿生子宫连接,所述仿生输卵管的下端与所述仿生子宫的上方连接,所述仿生输卵管的上端与所述受精池的外缘连接,所述仿生输卵管上端开口的外缘高于所述受精池的外缘,所述仿生输卵管外设置有支架。
所述受精池上方设置有盖子。
所述盖子上设置有卵子加入管和上游液加入管,所述精液管穿过所述盖子。
所述仿生子宫下方设置为球型精液池。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于一种人类精子优选和体外受精的仿生装置,包括受精池,还包括仿生子宫、精液管和至少二条的仿生输卵管,仿生子宫设置在受精池下方,精液管穿过受精池与仿生子宫连接,仿生输卵管的下端与仿生子宫的上方连接,仿生输卵管的上端与受精池的外缘连接,仿生输卵管上端开口的外缘高于受精池的外缘,这样优质精子就会较顺利进入受精池,仿生输卵管外设置有支架。这样卵子在受精池,精液通过精液管到仿生子宫,然后精子自动筛选出优质精子,从仿生子宫上移通过仿生输卵管从仿生输卵管上端开口进入受精池,优质精子与卵子受精,使精子优选和体外受精一体化,且精子优选和受精简便、快速,是精子优选和体外受精的一体化装置。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
如图1、图2所示的一种人类精子优选和体外受精的仿生装置,包括受精池1,还包括仿生子宫2、精液管3和8条的仿生输卵管4,仿生子宫2设置在受精池1下方,精液管3穿过受精池`与仿生子宫1连接,仿生输卵管4的下端与仿生子宫2的上方连接,仿生输卵管4的上端与受精池1的外缘连接,仿生输卵管4上端开口的外缘高于受精池1的外缘,仿生输卵管4外设置有支架5,受精池1上方设置有盖子6,盖子6上设置有卵子加入管7和上游液加入管8,精液管3穿过盖子6,仿生子宫2下方设置为球型精液池21。
实施例2
与实施例1基本相同,所不同的只是盖子上未设有卵子加入管和上游液加入管,精液管也不穿过盖子,仿生子宫下方为尖型,仿生输卵管为2条或6条或10条等,在此不一一列举。
实施例3
利用实施例1的仿生装置,受精时,将上游液37度预热[上游液配方:0.1mol/L NaCl(氯化钠)、0.4mmol/L KH2PO4(磷酸二氢钾)、2.7mmol/L C6H6O6(葡萄糖)、4.7mmol/L KCl (氯化钾)、0.2mmol/L MgSO4·7H2O(七水硫酸镁)、2mmol/L CaCl2·2H2O(二水氯化钙)、0.02mol/L Hepes-Na(N-2-羟乙基哌嗪-N-2-乙磺酸二钠盐)、4mmol/L NaHCO3(碳酸氢钠)、0.3mmol/L C3H3O3Na(丙酮酸钠)、0.34% (v/v) C3H5O3Na (乳酸钠)、0.002% Phenol Red(酚红)]。精液液化或精液解冻后从精液管加入精液,再蒋上游液先从精液管加入,注意使得上游液充满各个仿生输卵管的管道;然后蒋卵子或卵丘复合体经卵子加入管加入到受精池,然后上游液从上游液加入管加入至受精池中,使受精池的上游液与 仿生输卵管内的上游液连通;37度静止15-45分钟,分别从仿生子宫和受精池中各取出5-10微升上游液,置于显微镜下分析精子活力与优选效率,优选效率=100%×优选到的前向运动精子数/原精液中总前向运动精子,与普通上游法、密度梯度离心法比较,本方法的优选效率达92%±5.33;剩余精液继续上游和受精3-18小时,显微镜下观察受精卵,选出优质受精卵用于着床或保存。

1.一种人类精子优选和体外受精的仿生装置,包括受精池,其特征在于还包括仿生子宫、精液管和至少二条的仿生输卵管,所述仿生子宫设置在所述受精池下方,所述精液管穿过所述受精池与所述仿生子宫连接,所述仿生输卵管的下端与所述仿生子宫的上方连接,所述仿生输卵管的上端与所述受精池的外缘连接,所述仿生输卵管上端开口的外缘高于所述受精池的外缘,所述仿生输卵管外设置有支架。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种人类精子优选和体外受精的仿生装置,其特征在于所述受精池上方设置有盖子。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种人类精子优选和体外受精的仿生装置,其特征在于所述盖子上设置有卵子加入管和上游液加入管,所述精液管穿过所述盖子。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种人类精子优选和体外受精的仿生装置,其特征在于所述仿生子宫下方设置为球型精液池。
