技术领域:
本发明涉及真空玻璃制造领域,尤其是一种钢化真空玻璃。 
技术背景
目前市场上的真空玻璃主要是用低温玻璃粉密封,低温玻璃粉密封温度在400℃左右,钢化玻璃在400℃左右就完全退火,所以玻璃粉密封的真空玻璃一般都是用普通平板玻璃制成。这样的真空玻璃强度低,一般不单独使用。 
发明内容
本发明提供一种钢化真空玻璃,由上下层玻璃板、助封条、支撑体和密封胶构成,其特征是:(1)上下层玻璃板和支撑体由钢化玻璃制成;(2)助封条由普通平板玻璃制成。上下层玻璃板和支撑体采用钢化玻璃的原因是钢化玻璃具有很高的强度。助封条采用普通平板玻璃的原因是:方框型的封助条的宽度一般小于6厘米,比较窄,在钢化时这种方框型的助封条很容易变形和破裂,钢化这种方框型的助封条的成品率比较低。 
上述钢化真空玻璃,其特征是:在封助条内侧靠近位置摆放一圈钢化的玻璃支撑体。这一圈玻璃支撑体距离封助条内侧的距离一般要小于6厘米,最好不大于5厘米。真空玻璃在大气压作用下变形,中间向里凹,四周向外翘曲,这样在封助条内侧就会有一个应力集中区域,而上下层钢化玻璃板又不平整,这样应力集中区域中又形成一些应力更加集中的应力集中点,应力集中点极易导致封助条断裂,当我们在封助条内侧靠近位置摆放一圈钢化的玻璃支撑体,这一圈钢化的玻璃支撑体将承担中间传递过来的压力,有效降低应力集中区域的应力,保证封助条不会被压碎。 
上述钢化真空玻璃,其特征是:密封胶采用有机密封胶。 
本发明的有益之处在于提高了真空玻璃强度,有效降低应力集中区域的应力,保证封助条不会被压碎,提高了真空玻璃的成品率,降低成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,这是全钢化真空玻璃示意图,全钢化真空玻璃由上层钢化玻璃板1、下层钢化玻璃板2、助封条3、支撑体4、密封胶5构成。支撑体4和中间其他支撑体4为正常摆放的支撑体,支撑体6及其一圈密集摆放的支撑体就是为了降低助封条3承载应力而摆放的。 
图3是钢化真空玻璃截面压弯示意图,虚线部分表示玻璃被压弯后的示意图,AB两点向上翘曲,CD两点向下翘曲,ABCD所在的区域就是应力集中区域。

1.一种钢化真空玻璃,由上下层玻璃板、助封条、支撑体和密封胶构成,其特征是:(1)上下层玻璃板和支撑体由钢化玻璃制成;(2)助封条由普通平板玻璃制成。 
2.根据权利要求1所述钢化真空玻璃,其特征是:在封助条内侧靠近位置摆放一圈钢化的玻璃支撑体。 
3.根据权利要求1所述钢化真空玻璃,其特征是:密封胶采用有机密封胶。
