Abstract
本发明涉及薄膜技术领域,尤其是一种高性能水处理用PVDF膜。其包括膜体、格栅、滤网和固定网,膜体的上表面上设有格槽,格栅设置在膜体的顶部,滤网设置在格栅的顶部,固定网包裹在膜体、格栅和滤网组合体的外部。在膜体的上表面开设格槽,并在格槽内嵌装尺寸一致的格栅,同时在格栅的上方覆盖一层滤网,通过固定网包裹成一体。使用时,污水先经过滤网,拦截掉颗粒较大的杂质,防止堵塞膜体;然后进入格栅,均匀分布到各个栅孔内,避免局部淤积,提高过滤的均匀度;最后在膜体的各个隔离区间内同步过滤渗透,大大提高了膜体的利用率,提高了过滤效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜技术领域,尤其是一种高性能水处理用PVDF膜。
背景技术
PVDF膜即聚偏二氟乙烯膜,是蛋白质印迹法中常用的一种固相支持物。PVDF膜是疏水性的,膜孔径有大有小,随着膜孔径的不断减小,膜对低分子量的蛋白结合就越牢固。大于20000的蛋白选用0.45um的膜,小于20000的蛋白选用0.2um的膜。PVDF膜具有较高的机械强度,是印迹法中的理想固相支持物材料,广泛应用于水处理、户外建筑及电池领域,尤其用于污水、海水淡化等的前处理,清除大分子、细菌、泥沙等杂质。现有的PVDF膜都为单一结构,过滤除杂效果差。
发明内容
为了克服现有的PVDF膜结构单一,过滤除杂效果差的不足,本发明提供了一种高性能水处理用PVDF膜。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种高性能水处理用PVDF膜,包括膜体、格栅、滤网和固定网,膜体的上表面上设有格槽,格栅设置在膜体的顶部,滤网设置在格栅的顶部,固定网包裹在膜体、格栅和滤网组合体的外部。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括格槽的尺寸与格栅一致。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括格栅的底部嵌在格槽内,与膜体连接成一体。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括滤网的孔径较格栅的孔径小,覆盖在格栅的上方。
本发明的有益效果是,在膜体的上表面开设格槽,并在格槽内嵌装尺寸一致的格栅,同时在格栅的上方覆盖一层滤网,通过固定网包裹成一体。使用时,污水先经过滤网,拦截掉颗粒较大的杂质,防止堵塞膜体;然后进入格栅,均匀分布到各个栅孔内,避免局部淤积,提高过滤的均匀度;最后在膜体的各个隔离区间内同步过滤渗透,大大提高了膜体的利用率,提高了过滤效果。

如图1是本发明的结构示意图,一种高性能水处理用PVDF膜,包括膜体1、格栅2、滤网3和固定网4,膜体1的上表面上设有格槽5,格栅2设置在膜体1的顶部,滤网3设置在格栅2的顶部,固定网4包裹在膜体1、格栅2和滤网3组合体的外部。格槽5的尺寸与格栅2一致。格栅2的底部嵌在格槽5内,与膜体1连接成一体。滤网3的孔径较格栅2的孔径小,覆盖在格栅2的上方。
在膜体1的上表面开设格槽5,并在格槽5内嵌装尺寸一致的格栅2,同时在格栅2的上方覆盖一层滤网3,通过固定网4包裹成一体。使用时,污水先经过滤网3,拦截掉颗粒较大的杂质,防止堵塞膜体1;然后进入格栅2,均匀分布到各个栅孔内,避免局部淤积,提高过滤的均匀度;最后在膜体1的各个隔离区间内同步过滤渗透,大大提高了膜体1的利用率,提高了过滤效果。
Claims (4)
1.一种高性能水处理用PVDF膜,其特征是:包括膜体(1)、格栅(2)、滤网(3)和固定网(4),膜体(1)的上表面上设有格槽(5),格栅(2)设置在膜体(1)的顶部,滤网(3)设置在格栅(2)的顶部,固定网(4)包裹在膜体(1)、格栅(2)和滤网(3)组合体的外部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高性能水处理用PVDF膜,其特征是,格槽(5)的尺寸与格栅(2)一致。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高性能水处理用PVDF膜,其特征是,格栅(2)的底部嵌在格槽(5)内,与膜体(1)连接成一体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高性能水处理用PVDF膜,其特征是,滤网(3)的孔径较格栅(2)的孔径小,覆盖在格栅(2)的上方。
