背景技术
剃齿机换刀盘时，由于刀盘一般在10kg以上，而换刀工作空间小，工人更换刀盘时负重大，刀盘上紧开槽螺母特殊，必须用敲打，对工人体力消耗加大，其次紧固强度不够，机器运行过程有松脱的危险。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足，提出一种剃齿机换刀扳手，结构巧妙，使用方便。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明提供以下技术方案：一种剃齿机换刀扳手，包括扳手和螺母套，扳手活动地卡设在螺母套外周，螺母套与待操作的螺母尺寸吻合。
进一步地，该扳手由手柄和套圈固定连接构成，套圈套设在螺母套上。
进一步地，该螺母套的内侧面上设有与待操作螺母外周面配合的凸起。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下优点：针对配套开槽螺母设计制造适用换刀扳手，消除了不安全的隐患、降低了生产成本。

如图1和2所示的一种剃齿机换刀扳手，包括扳手和螺母套4，扳手由手柄3和套圈2固定连接构成，套圈2套设在螺母套4上；套圈2活动地卡设在螺母套4外周，螺母套4与待操作的螺母1尺寸吻合。
该螺母套4的内侧面上设有与待操作螺母1外周面配合的凸起。
由于螺母套4与套圈2为活动连接，实际操作中可备用与不同尺寸螺母匹配的螺母套4，只需简单更换本扳手中螺母套4即可操作多种尺寸的螺母。
本装置可直接松脱，上紧刀盘开槽螺母。
