Abstract

本发明公开了一种水产养殖的新型增氧机,即聚氧活化增氧机。该机利用氧气顺磁性的原理,采用现代高性能的稀土永磁材料制作出富氧活化增氧装置的核心-聚氧器和磁化器。将聚氧器和磁化器分别安装在聚氧活化增氧机的上部和下部,即起到富聚氧气的作用,又能通过机构的动转使氧气活化后进入磁化水中充分的溶解,从而达到增氧的效果。

Description

聚氧活化增氧装置
本发明涉及一种水产养殖的增氧设备,具体地说是一种能够把空气里的氧气富聚起来,并加以活化处理的聚氧增氧机。
与本发明最相近的增氧机是1989年10月11日公开的CN2045574U实用新型专利申请,名称为导管桨增氧机,申请号89200521.1。其结构主要有机身(壳体)、螺旋桨,在螺旋桨的桨叶外套有导管,构成导管螺旋桨。导管壁内嵌入永磁体,构成嵌磁体导管螺旋桨。机身斜插入水中,当机身内部的空心传动轴转动时,带动处于水中的螺旋桨高速旋转,在螺旋桨附近区域形成负压区,使大量空气经过气孔、空心轴吸入水中负压区。加导管的作用是使导管内壁与桨叶叶梢之间留有较小间隙,因而可以基本上消除叶梢旋涡,消除“气穴”,保证增氧机稳定工作,提高增氧效率,还对螺旋桨起保护作用。在导管壁内嵌磁体,使养殖用水经磁化处理,提高水的活性,最终达到增加产量的目的。但该技术在聚氧、磁化方面尚可改进提高。
本发明的目的是要提供一种能够比现有增氧机传输增氧效率提高2.5倍以上且体积小,结构简单,制作容易的富氧活化增氧装置。
为此,本发明利用氧气的顺磁性原理,采用高性能的稀土永磁材料,作为核心制作富氧活化增氧装置。因为氧气的磁化率是1.9×10-6,而氮气的磁化率是0.013×10-6,由此可见氧气的磁化率比氮气高146.15倍,所以氧气是顺磁性的物质,氮气是抗磁性的物质。因而利用氧气和氮气的磁性之差和顺磁性的氧对强磁场有趋磁效应的原理,设计出本发明的核心部分聚氧器。同时本发明采用了螺旋桨推进式磁化器,该磁化器能把水不断的充分的进行磁化。在聚氧器和磁化器之间设有兜风叶和负压输气筒,通过兜风叶和负压输气筒不断的把充分的进行活化了的富氧空气输送到磁化水里能够充分溶解,从而达到富氧活化增氧的目的。
由此可知,本发明与现有技术不同的是加装了聚氧器,增强聚氧效果;加装了兜风叶,使富集起来的氧气加压传输,送至螺旋桨叶下,实现充分增氧;去掉了导管,并将永磁体嵌装在螺旋桨叶片上,提高对水的磁化效果。
本发明的聚氧器是采用高性能稀土永磁材料制成的三棱筒形永磁体和圆片形的永磁体,圆片形永磁体安装在三棱筒形永磁体的端面上,它们之间靠支承架连接在一起,然后全部嵌装入一个无磁性的圆环里。聚氧器的周围将形成高梯度的磁场,在磁场附近就能把顺磁性的氧富聚起来,这些被富聚氧的空气高速度通过聚氧器,进入储气室,因磁效应而被活化。聚氧器安装在圆形壳体的外侧,可以安装数个这样的聚氧器。
本发明的磁化器,是一个特制的无磁性耐腐蚀的螺旋桨,在叶片里嵌上许多高性能的稀土永磁圆柱体,当螺旋桨高速旋转时,被推出的水得到充分的磁化而变成磁化水,同时螺旋桨叶片(即螺旋叶)又能把兜风叶送来的富氧活化气体打碎,破成非常细小的气泡,搅拌到磁化水里,使氧更多地溶解在水里,从而达到大量提高水中溶解氧气的目的。
本发明的具体结构由以下实施例及其附图给出。

图1和图2是聚氧器的结构图,它由非导磁材料制成的无磁性圆环1,高性能稀土永磁材料制成的圆片形永磁体2,三棱筒形永磁体3,永磁体支撑架4等零部件构成的。
图3是磁化器的结构图,它由无磁性高强度耐腐蚀材料制成的螺旋柱5和螺旋叶6,在螺旋叶6上嵌入的稀土永磁小圆柱体7等零部件构成的。
图4和图5是聚氧活化增氧装置的总体结构图及A—A剖视图。8是聚氧活化增氧装置的圆形壳体,它由不锈钢或高强度塑料制成的,其上端圆柱体开有数个等分的大圆孔,用来嵌装聚氧器的。下端圆柱体开有数个进水的小圆孔;9是连接电动机的法兰盘;10是万向节;11是兜风叶;12是与万向节10连成一体并焊接兜风叶11的负压输气筒;在安装兜风叶11的负压输气筒12上开有进气孔14,储气室15内的富氧空气经兜风叶11加压,进入负压输气筒12,再到螺旋叶6下经磁化进入水中。图4中,13是连接负压输气筒12与圆形壳体8之间的维尼纶轴套;磁化器是安装在负压输气筒12的下端。
当电动机通过万向节10驱动负压输气筒12高速顺时针旋转时,聚氧器附近富聚氧的空气通过聚氧器的磁场进入壳体8的内部空间——储气室15,由于磁效应作用,进去的氧气被活化。此时磁化器的螺旋桨在负压输气筒12的带动下也在高速旋转,从而把磁化了的水推向前方,使其下端的出气口处形成负压空间,由于筒内输出的空气被充分的破碎,使这些被聚氧器富聚而又活化了的气体变得极微小的气泡,喷出去与磁化水很理想的溶解在一起,从而起到了聚氧活化达到促使水中增氧的目的。
壳体8的下端圆柱的中间开有通水的小圆孔,其目的是作为进水孔,用水来润滑维尼纶轴套13,防止磨损及减少振动。

Claims (2)

1、一种聚氧活化增氧装置,由壳体(8)、安装在壳体(8)内的负压输气筒(12)、安装在负压输气筒(12)下端的磁化器、以及电动机构成,电动机通过万向节(10)驱动负压输气筒(12)及磁化器旋转,负压输气筒(12)与外壳(8)之间通过维尼纶轴套(13)连接,其特征在于,在壳体(8)的上部开有大圆孔用来嵌装聚氧器,在负压输气筒(12)的中间开有进气孔(14)和装有兜风叶(11),
所说的磁化器,具有一个无磁性的螺旋桨,在螺旋叶(6)里嵌入稀土永磁圆柱体(7);
所说的聚氧器,由三棱筒形永磁体(3)、圆片形永磁体(2)及支承架(4)、无磁性圆环(1)构成,圆片形永磁体(2)安装在三棱筒形永磁体(3)的端面上,它们靠支撑架(4)连接在一起,并嵌装在无磁性圆环(1)内。
2、按照权利要求1所述的聚氧活化增氧装置,其特征在于壳体(8)是用不锈钢或塑料制成,下端圆柱的中间开有通水小圆孔。
