Abstract

龙胆草人控催芽液态播种方法是在室内对种籽进行人为控制催芽,然后将经过催芽的种籽放入配制好的悬浮液中,再将含种籽的悬浮液喷洒于育苗床上。本方法解决了龙胆草野生资源枯竭,而人工种植又一直不能大面积有效种植的难题。本方法种植的龙胆草出苗快,整齐均匀,可节省大量种子,比干籽播种多出苗近40倍。播种方法简单,速度快,减少地表水份蒸发,提高地表温度。亩产可达400公斤左右,解决了龙胆草长期紧缺的大难题。

Description

龙胆草人控催芽液态播种方法
龙胆草人控催芽液态播种方法属于植物种子的加工种植方法。
龙胆草是一种重要的中药材,近年来由于大量采挖,野生资源枯竭,造成长期紧缺。而人工种植经20多年的研究一直未突破,其籽粒十分微小(一克重的种籽有43000粒之多),种子的75%处于休眠状态,种子发芽需光、高温、高湿条件形成的难题。
本发明的目的是研制一种将龙胆草种籽进行人为处理,然后进行大面积人工液态种植的方法。
本发明的实施方法是在室内人为控制条件下进行种子催芽,将经过催芽的种子放入事先配制好的悬浮液中,再将含有催芽种子的悬浮液喷洒于育苗床上,即实现了大面积人工种植。用50~300PPM的生根粉浸泡种子12~36小时,打破龙胆草种籽的休眠状态。然后在24℃~30℃,相对湿度在70~85%条件下无菌催芽6~8天。悬浮液的配制:取药用淀粉、无毒胶、水,按淀粉∶无毒胶∶水=1∶0.2~0.4∶50~55的比例混合,然后将其混合物加热至沸腾,再凉至常温即可使用,播种时将经过催芽的龙胆草种籽放入配制好的悬浮液中搅拌均匀,再将含有种籽的悬浮液喷洒于育苗床上,即完成了人工播种。
采用本方法人工种植龙胆草出苗快,整齐均匀,可节省大量种子。同一播种材料在相同播量情况下液态播种1m2出苗4030株,而干籽撒播1m2出苗102株,液态播种较撒播干籽多出苗近40倍。播种方法简单,播种速度快,不需附土,减少水份蒸发,提高地温。由于喷液后形成一层透明薄膜覆盖在地表,减少地表水份蒸发27.22%,提高地温2℃左右。本发明将龙胆草由野生变人工大面积种植成为现实,1m2可收干根一公斤,亩产可达400公斤左右,解决了龙胆草长期紧缺的状态。
实施例:将龙胆草种籽浸泡在200PPM的ATP生根粉中24小时,然后在26℃、相对湿度78%的环境下进行无菌催芽7天。
取药用玉米淀粉0.5公斤、海藻胶0.1公斤、水27.5公斤混合,然后将混合物加热至沸腾,凉至常温。将经催芽的龙胆草种籽25g放入悬浮液中搅拌均匀。再将含有种子的悬浮液喷于塑料大棚内的畦面上,即完成了播种。

Claims (3)

1、龙胆草人控催芽液态播种方法,其特征在于在室内对龙胆草种籽进行人为控制催芽,然后将经过催芽的龙胆草种籽放入事先配制好的悬浮液中,悬浮液的配制方法及比例为:取药用淀粉、无毒胶、水,按淀粉∶无毒胶∶水=1∶0.2~0.4∶50~55的比例混合,然后将其混合物加热至沸腾,再凉至常温即可使用;再将含有种子的悬浮液喷洒于育苗床上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的龙胆草人控催芽液态播种方法,其特征在于人为控制催芽的方法为:用50~300PPM的生根粉将种子浸泡12~36小时,然后在24℃~30℃,相对湿度在70~85%的条件下进行无菌催芽6~8天。
3、根据权利要求1所述的龙胆草人控催芽液态播种方法,其特征在于将经过催芽的龙胆草种籽放入配制好的悬浮液中搅拌均匀,再将含有种籽的悬浮液喷洒于育苗床上。
