本发明属于机械设备技术领域,具体涉及一种多功能潜水泵。
背景技术
目前,广泛应用的潜水泵因体积小、重量轻、移动安装方便,适用于各行各业,但是由于使用环境和人为因素导致潜水泵频繁损坏,使用寿命短,给使用者造成了损失,影响了正常生产。现有智能水泵产品多以在泵内设置多种传感器通过信号线输出数据方式到外置控制箱,底部也缺少支撑结构,不仅价格昂贵,而且结构复杂。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种多功能潜水泵,具有结构合理、监控报警及时的特点。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种多功能潜水泵,包括耐磨环1、泵壳2、叶轮3、油室4、轴密封5、轴承6、电机轴7、电机8、冷却壁9、监测装置10、支撑架11,泵壳2上侧安装有冷却壁9,冷却壁9外侧安装有监测装置10,冷却壁9内侧安装有电机8,电机8输出端连接有伸入泵壳2内电机轴7,电机轴7穿过轴密封5、油室6与叶轮3相连接,设置于油室4上的轴密封5与电机轴7密封连接,电机轴7上安装有置于泵壳顶部的轴承6,泵壳2底部外侧安装有卡接于支撑架11内凹处的耐磨环1,泵壳2内侧底部安装有叶轮3和油室4,油室4固定置于叶轮3上侧。
进一步地,检测装置采用连接传感器的单片机制成。
进一步地,支撑架11底部向外扩张状。
与现有技术相比较,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
本发明结构合理,能够通过监控装置实时监控电机的状况,大幅度提高电机的寿命和运行稳定性,适用于各种规格的潜水泵电机监测控制,电机轴上设置有轴密封,密封性好。

如图1-2所示,一种多功能潜水泵,包括耐磨环1、泵壳2、叶轮3、油室4、轴密封5、轴承6、电机轴7、电机8、冷却壁9、监测装置10、支撑架11,泵壳2上侧安装有冷却壁9,冷却壁9外侧安装有监测装置10,检测装置采用连接传感器的单片机制成。冷却壁9内侧安装有电机8,电机8输出端连接有伸入泵壳2内电机轴7,电机轴7穿过轴密封5、油室6与叶轮3相连接,设置于油室4上的轴密封5与电机轴7密封连接,电机轴7上安装有置于泵壳顶部的轴承6,泵壳2底部外侧安装有卡接于支撑架11内凹处的耐磨环1,支撑架11底部向外扩张状。泵壳2内侧底部安装有叶轮3和油室4,油室4固定置于叶轮3上侧。

1.一种多功能潜水泵,包括耐磨环、泵壳、叶轮、油室、轴密封、轴承、电机轴、电机、冷却壁、监测装置、支撑架,其特征在于:泵壳上侧安装有冷却壁,冷却壁外侧安装有监测装置,冷却壁内侧安装有电机,电机输出端连接有伸入泵壳内电机轴,电机轴穿过轴密封、油室与叶轮相连接,设置于油室上的轴密封与电机轴密封连接,电机轴上安装有置于泵壳顶部的轴承,泵壳底部外侧安装有卡接于支撑架内凹处的耐磨环,泵壳内侧底部安装有叶轮和油室,油室固定置于叶轮上侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能潜水泵,其特征在于:检测装置采用连接传感器的单片机制成。
