本发明公开了一种天溜井扩刷施工方法,其步骤为:第一步,与传统施工方案相同,开一个直径较小的井;第二步,选取井底部一定高度H的部分,从上而下经行扩刷,要求H<h(h=围岩不需支护或简单支护可保持稳定的时间×作业效率);第三步,选取距离井底距离为H至2H的部分,从上而下经行扩刷;第四步,选取距离井底距离为2H至3H的部分,从上而下经行扩刷;以此类推,扩刷至井口。本发明具有步骤简单、实用性强等优点。

一种天溜井扩刷施工方法
技术领域
    本发明涉及矿体开采技术领域,具体是一种天溜井扩刷施工方法。
背景技术
    天溜井是矿体开采必不可少的,一般的施工方法是先开一个直径较小的井,由于直径较小,围岩较为稳定,但直径较小的井无法满足使用要求,需要对井扩刷,将直径扩大,直径扩大后,围岩稳定性下降,帮板容易出现片邦,对扩刷作业人员带来很大安全隐患。传统的施工方案是从上往下逐步扩刷,一直施工至井底,其优点是工艺简单,但为了保证深部作业时人员安全,上部扩刷部分全部需要经行喷浆,防止围岩掉落伤人,导致成本高,且天溜井越深施工难度越大,喷浆支护很难操作。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种天溜井扩刷施工方法,其步骤为:
第一步,与传统施工方案相同,开一个直径较小的井;
第二步,选取井底部一定高度H的部分,从上而下经行扩刷,要求H<h(h=围岩不需支护或简单支护可保持稳定的时间×作业效率);
第三步,选取距离井底距离为H至2H的部分,从上而下经行扩刷;
第四步,选取距离井底距离为2H至3H的部分,从上而下经行扩刷;
.. ...
以此类推,扩刷至井口。
本发明是一种天溜井扩刷施工方法,改变传统的天溜井扩刷施工方案,从底部分阶段扩刷,每次扩刷时,围岩都处于相对稳定时期,保证了人员的安全,同时正常情况不需要喷浆,大大节约了成本。
本发明具有步骤简单、实用性强等优点。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例进一步解释本发明。
现以开一个深度为60米的天溜井为例:
第一步,开一个直径为2米深度为60米的井;
第二步,选取距离井底0-10米的部分,经行扩刷;
第三步,选取距离井底10-20米的部分,经行扩刷;
第四步,选取距离井底20-30米的部分,经行扩刷;
第五步,选取距离井底30-40米的部分,经行扩刷;
第六步,选取距离井底40-50米的部分,经行扩刷;
第七步,选取距离井底50-60米的部分,经行扩刷;

第二步,选取井底部一定高度H的部分,从上而下经行扩刷,要求H<h(h=围岩不需支护或简单支护可保持稳定的时间×作业效率);
第三步,选取距离井底距离为H至2H的部分,从上而下经行扩刷;
第四步,选取距离井底距离为2H至3H的部分,从上而下经行扩刷;

以此类推,扩刷至井口。
