本发明公开了一种建筑用外墙涂料,包括下述重量份的组分:明胶40-70份、钛白粉2-6份、锌钡白4-8份、轻质碳酸钙20-30份、负离子粉5-15份、十二烷基硫酸钠0.2-1.2份、丙二醇1-3份。本发明的建筑用外墙涂料,长时间照射不变色,漆膜硬而平整具有自涤性,并能持久释放负离子。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,尤其涉及一种建筑用外墙涂料。
背景技术
涂料涂饰于物体表面能与基体材料很好粘结并形成完整而坚韧保护膜的物料,称为涂料。涂料与油漆是同一概念。油漆是人们沿用已久的习惯名称,引进我国后,就一直利用在建筑行业。涂料的作用可以概括为三个方面:保护作用,装饰作用,特殊功能作用。涂料的一般组成:包含成膜物质、颜填料、溶剂、助剂。
外墙涂料用于涂刷建筑外立面,要求达到长时间照射不变色。外墙涂料还要求有抗水性能,要求有自涤性。漆膜要硬而平整,脏污一冲就掉。外墙涂料能用于内墙涂刷使用是因为它也具有抗水性能;而内墙涂料却不具备抗晒功能,所以不能把内墙涂料当外墙涂料用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种建筑用外墙涂料。
一种建筑用外墙涂料,包括下述重量份的组分:明胶40-70份、钛白粉2-6份、锌钡白4-8份、轻质碳酸钙20-30份、负离子粉5-15份、十二烷基硫酸钠0.2-1.2份、丙二醇1-3份。
优选地,负离子粉由下述重量份原料组成:锂电气石90份,三氧化钨7-9份,氧化锡1-3份。
锂电气石,是一种成分接近钠锂的电气石,故也称“钠锂电气石”。折射率no=1.640-1.655,ne=1.615-1.630;重折率0.016-0.022。相对密度3.03-3.10。常见有红色(含锰)、绿色(含铬和钒)以及黄色、蓝色、白色等。纳米比亚尤萨科斯产有一种祖母绿色的锂电气石。锂电气石具有热电性、压电性、自发电极、红外辐射等独特而重要的性质,可以广泛应用于电子、化工、环保以及人体保健等领域,锂电气石已经成为世界功能矿物材料研究的热点之一。随着中国民众对环保和健康的关注程度增加,锂电气石作为一种具有人体保健和环境保护功能的天然矿物材料,必将有极大的发展前景和经济价值。国际上锂电气石应用主要集中在应用在纺织品、美容产品等经济价值较高的产品上。中国的锂电气石开发应用尚处于起步阶段。
三氧化钨,黄色粉末。不溶于水,溶于碱液,微溶于酸。用于制高熔点合金和硬质合金,制钨丝和防火材料等。可由钨矿与纯碱共熔后加酸而得。三氧化钨主要用于煅烧还原生产钨粉和碳化钨粉,进而用于生产硬质合金产品,如刀具和模具的制造。同时也可用于制造纯钨制品、钨条、钨丝,钨电极;和用途配重和辐射的屏蔽材料。
氧化锡,化学式:SnO2,式量:150.71,CAS号:18282-10-5。白色、淡黄色或淡灰色四方、六方或斜方晶系粉末。熔点1630℃,沸点1800℃。同时是一种优秀的透明导电材料。
将各原料混合均匀,粉碎,即可制得所述建筑用外墙涂料。进一步地,粉碎步骤可以采用球磨机进行粉碎20-60分钟。
本发明的建筑用外墙涂料,用于建筑外墙的装饰地粉刷。涂层附着力强、耐水性好、水泡不掉皮,施工极为方便。大面积可以采用喷涂,小面积可以采用刷涂,每公斤涂料可以涂刷5-6平方米。
本发明的建筑用外墙涂料,长时间照射不变色,漆膜硬而平整具有自涤性,并能持久释放负离子。

下面将结合本发明的实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例:
将各原料混合均匀,球磨机进行粉碎30分钟,即可制得所述建筑用外墙涂料。

测试例:
取1000克本发明制得的建筑用外墙涂料置于密封箱中均匀摊开,密闭24小时,用美国Alphalab公司生产的AIC-1000负离子检测仪每隔1小时检测一次,每次取20个数据,求得各数据的平均值作为最终检测结果,测试数据见表2。

研究发现氧化锡对锂电气石释放负离子改善效果很弱,三氧化钨对锂电气石释放负离子改善效果较好。进而,意外地发现,三氧化钨和氧化锡复配使用对锂电气石释放负离子有明显增效作用。
本发明的建筑用外墙涂料,长时间照射不变色,漆膜硬而平整具有自涤性,并能持久释放负离子。

1.一种建筑用外墙涂料,其特征在于,包括下述重量份的组分:明胶40-70份、钛白粉2-6份、锌钡白4-8份、轻质碳酸钙20-30份、负离子粉5-15份、十二烷基硫酸钠0.2-1.2份、丙二醇1-3份。
2.权利要求1所述的建筑用外墙涂料,其特征在于,负离子粉由下述重量份原料组成:锂电气石90份,三氧化钨7-9份,氧化锡1-3份。
