本发明公开了一种太阳能背板膜,包括以下重量百分比组分:聚偏二氟乙烯40%-45%,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯10%-12%,黑色聚酯母料20%-27%,碳二亚胺化合物15%-20%,稀土1%-2%;本发明的背板膜内加入了稀土,增强了背板膜的耐腐蚀,也提高了背板膜的表面强度,从而提高了太阳能背板膜的使用寿命,使使用寿命达到26年以上,较一般的背板膜,使用寿命,提高了30%以上。

本发明涉及一种太阳能背板膜。
背景技术
太阳能电池背板膜是用在太阳能铝框的一层薄膜,一般为白色20-25μm,分含氟和不含氟两种,主要起防水、隔离的作用。随着光伏产业的发展,太阳能背板膜需求大量增长,但是这类太阳能背板膜的耐腐蚀及强度均较低,不适合长时间的使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种太阳能背板膜,该太阳能背板膜具有较长的使用寿命。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
