the positioning unit is further configured to start positioning of the mobile terminal when the detection unit detects that the wearable device is not within a preset range, and obtain the current position information of the mobile terminal;
and the determining unit is used for determining the current position information of the wearable device according to the distance calculated by the calculating unit and the current position information of the mobile terminal obtained by the positioning unit.
Optionally, in another embodiment, on the basis of the above embodiment, the apparatus further includes: a judging unit (not shown in the figure) in which,
the judging unit is used for judging whether the wearable equipment can be detected or not when the receiving unit receives the alarm signal;
the positioning unit is further used for starting positioning of the mobile terminal when the judging unit judges that the wearable device cannot be detected, and acquiring the current position information of the mobile terminal;
the detection unit is further configured to continue to detect whether the wearable device is within a preset range when the determination unit determines that the wearable device can be detected.
Optionally, in another embodiment, on the basis of the above embodiment, the positioning unit is specifically configured to start a global positioning system, and position the mobile terminal by using an operator network cell identifier and/or WIFI where the mobile terminal is located, so as to obtain the current location information of the mobile terminal.
Optionally, in another embodiment, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the sending unit is specifically configured to: and sending the position information to the set contact object in a short message, multimedia message, micro message and/or micro blog mode through an operator network or a WIFI network.
Optionally, the mobile terminal positioning apparatus may be integrated on the mobile terminal, or may be deployed independently, which is not limited in this embodiment.

An embodiment of the present invention further provides an information sending apparatus, a schematic structural diagram of which is shown in fig. 5, where the apparatus includes: a receiving unit 51, a generating unit 52 and a transmitting unit 53, wherein,
the receiving unit 51 is configured to receive a trigger operation of triggering the wearable device by a user;
the generating unit 52 is configured to generate an alarm signal according to the triggering operation;
the sending unit 53 is configured to send the alarm signal to the mobile terminal through a bluetooth protocol, so that the mobile terminal starts positioning when receiving the alarm signal, and sends the position information of the current location of the mobile terminal obtained by positioning to a set contact object.
Optionally, the information sending apparatus may be integrated on a wearable device, or integrated on other electronic devices, or deployed independently, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The implementation process of the functions and actions of each unit in the device is detailed in the implementation process of the corresponding step in the method, and is not described herein again.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a mobile terminal positioning system, where the system includes: an information sending device and a mobile terminal positioning device, wherein,
the information sending device is used for receiving a triggering operation of triggering the wearable equipment by a user, generating an alarm signal according to the triggering operation and sending the alarm signal to the mobile terminal positioning device through a Bluetooth protocol;
the mobile terminal positioning device is used for starting positioning of the mobile terminal when receiving an alarm signal sent by the wearable device through a Bluetooth protocol, acquiring the current position information of the mobile terminal, acquiring a set contact object from the mobile terminal, and sending the position information to the set contact object.
Optionally, the information sending apparatus includes: the functions and functions of the receiving unit, the generating unit, and the sending unit are implemented as described above, and are not described herein again.
Optionally, the mobile terminal positioning apparatus includes: the functions and functions of the receiving unit, the positioning unit, the obtaining unit and the sending unit are realized as described above, and are not described herein again.

An embodiment of the present invention further provides a mobile terminal, where the mobile terminal includes: a transceiver and a processor, wherein,
the transceiver is used for receiving an alarm signal sent by the wearable device through a Bluetooth protocol;
the processor is used for starting positioning the mobile terminal when the transceiver receives the alarm signal; specifically, the processor locates the mobile terminal through a locating system when the transceiver receives the alarm signal;
the transceiver is further configured to acquire the current location information of the mobile terminal after the processor starts the positioning of the mobile terminal, acquire a set contact object from the mobile terminal, and send the location information to the set contact object.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a wearable device, including: a button or plug, a processor, and a bluetooth interface, wherein,
the button or the plug is used for receiving the triggering operation of a user;
the processor is used for generating an alarm signal according to the triggering operation received by the button or the plug;
the Bluetooth interface is used for sending the alarm signal to the mobile terminal through a Bluetooth protocol, so that the mobile terminal starts positioning when receiving the alarm signal and sends the position information of the current position of the mobile terminal obtained by positioning to a set contact object.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an example of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the mobile terminal 600 includes: a processor 610, a memory 620, a transceiver 630, and a bus 640;
the processor 610, the memory 620, and the transceiver 630 are connected to each other by a bus 640; bus 640 can be an ISA bus, PCI bus, EISA bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 6, but this is not intended to represent only one bus or type of bus.
And a memory 620 for storing the program. In particular, the program may include program code comprising computer operating instructions. The memory 620 may comprise a high-speed RAM memory, and may also include a non-volatile memory (e.g., at least one disk memory).
The transceiver 630 is used to connect to and communicate with other devices. The transceiver 630 may be specifically configured to: receiving an alarm signal sent by wearable equipment through a Bluetooth protocol;
the processor 610 executes the program code stored in memory 620 for initiating a location fix of the mobile terminal when the transceiver 630 receives the alert signal;
the transceiver 630 is further configured to obtain the current location information of the mobile terminal after the processor 610 starts positioning the mobile terminal, obtain a set contact object from the mobile terminal, and send the location information to the set contact object.
Optionally, the processor 610 is further configured to detect whether the wearable device is within a preset range, and initiate positioning of the mobile terminal when the wearable device is detected to be within the preset range;
the transceiver 630 is further configured to obtain the current location information of the mobile terminal after the mobile terminal is located.
Optionally, the processor 610 is further configured to calculate a distance between the wearable device and the mobile terminal according to a change of a bluetooth signal strength of the wearable device when it is detected that the wearable device is not within a preset range, and determine the current location information of the wearable device according to the calculated distance and the current location information of the mobile terminal.
Those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the techniques of the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented as software plus a required general purpose hardware platform. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention may be essentially or partially implemented in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a storage medium, such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk, etc., and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the embodiments or some parts of the embodiments.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, for the system embodiment, since it is substantially similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiment.
The above-described embodiments of the present invention do not limit the scope of the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (11)
1. A mobile terminal positioning method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving an alarm signal sent by wearable equipment through a Bluetooth protocol;
when the alarm signal is received, starting positioning of the mobile terminal, and acquiring the current position information of the mobile terminal;
acquiring a set contact object from the mobile terminal;
and sending the position information to the set contact object.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein upon receiving an alarm signal sent by the wearable device via the bluetooth protocol, further comprising:
detecting whether the wearable equipment is within a preset range;
if the wearable device is detected to be within a preset range, executing the step of starting to position the mobile terminal and acquiring the current position information of the mobile terminal; or,
if the wearable device is detected not to be in the preset range, calculating the distance between the wearable device and the mobile terminal according to the change of the intensity of the Bluetooth signal of the wearable device; executing the step of positioning the mobile terminal by starting to acquire the current position information of the mobile terminal; and determining the current position information of the wearable device according to the calculated distance and the current position information of the mobile terminal.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2,
the starting of the positioning of the mobile terminal and the obtaining of the current position information of the mobile terminal comprise: starting a global satellite positioning system, or positioning a mobile terminal by using a cell identification code of an operator network where the mobile terminal is located or a wireless fidelity (WIFI) network, and acquiring the current position information of the mobile terminal;
the sending the position information to the set contact object includes: and sending the position information to the set contact object in a short message, multimedia message, micro message or micro blog mode through an operator network or a WIFI network.
4. An information transmission method, comprising:
receiving a triggering operation of a user for triggering the wearable device;
generating an alarm signal according to the trigger operation;
and sending the alarm signal to a mobile terminal through a Bluetooth protocol so that the mobile terminal starts positioning when receiving the alarm signal and sends the current position information of the mobile terminal obtained by positioning to a set contact object.
5. A mobile terminal positioning apparatus, comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving an alarm signal sent by the wearable device through a Bluetooth protocol;
the positioning unit is used for starting positioning of the mobile terminal when the receiving unit receives the alarm signal, and acquiring the current position information of the mobile terminal;
the acquiring unit is used for acquiring a set contact object from the mobile terminal;
and the sending unit is used for sending the position information to the set contact object.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
the detection unit is used for detecting whether the wearable equipment is in a preset range or not when the receiving unit receives the alarm signal;
the positioning unit is further used for starting positioning of the mobile terminal when the detection unit detects that the wearable device is within a preset range, and obtaining the current position information of the mobile terminal.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the calculation unit is used for calculating the distance between the wearable device and the mobile terminal according to the change of the intensity of the Bluetooth signal of the wearable device when the detection unit detects that the wearable device is not in the preset range;
the positioning unit is further configured to start positioning of the mobile terminal when the detection unit detects that the wearable device is not within a preset range, and obtain the current position information of the mobile terminal;
and the determining unit is used for determining the current position information of the wearable device according to the distance calculated by the calculating unit and the current position information of the mobile terminal obtained by the positioning unit.
8. The device according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein the positioning unit is specifically configured to start a global positioning system, or to position the mobile terminal by using a cell identity and/or a WIFI network of an operator network where the mobile terminal is located, so as to obtain the current location information of the mobile terminal;
the sending unit is specifically configured to send the location information to the set contact object in a short message, a multimedia message, a micro message and/or a micro blog manner through an operator network or a WIFI network.
9. An information transmission apparatus, comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving a triggering operation of triggering the wearable equipment by a user;
the generating unit is used for generating an alarm signal according to the triggering operation;
and the sending unit is used for sending the alarm signal to the mobile terminal through a Bluetooth protocol so that the mobile terminal starts positioning when receiving the alarm signal and sends the position information of the current position of the mobile terminal obtained by positioning to a set contact object.
10. A mobile terminal, comprising:
the transceiver is used for receiving an alarm signal sent by the wearable device through a Bluetooth protocol;
the processor is used for starting positioning the mobile terminal when the transceiver receives the alarm signal;
the transceiver is further configured to acquire the current location information of the mobile terminal after the processor starts the positioning of the mobile terminal, acquire a set contact object from the mobile terminal, and send the location information to the set contact object.
11. A wearable device, comprising:
the button or the plug is used for receiving the triggering operation of a user;
the processor is used for generating an alarm signal according to the triggering operation received by the button or the plug;
and the Bluetooth interface is used for sending the alarm signal to the mobile terminal through a Bluetooth protocol so that the mobile terminal starts positioning when receiving the alarm signal and sends the position information of the current position of the mobile terminal obtained by positioning to a set contact object.
