本发明公开了一种新型光伏电池外保护膜,其特征在于:包括太阳能电池单元、密封剂层、防水层和树脂层,太阳能电池单元置于密封剂层内,密封剂层一侧设有防水层,另一侧设有树脂层,防水层和树脂层外包裹有散热碳素薄膜,散热碳素薄膜上覆盖有导热硅胶,该太阳能电池背膜能够极大的提高散热性和耐腐蚀性,而且能大大提高膜体的整体强度,为电池片提供强力的保护和稳固的支撑,确保电池正常工作,延长使用寿命。

本发明涉及光伏技术领域,特别涉及新型光伏电池外保护膜。 
背景技术
作为太阳能电池组件的保护膜对电池使用寿命,输出功率,安全可靠性起到关键作用,保护膜位于太阳能电池板的背面,对电池片起到保护和支撑作用,而现有的保护膜散热性和耐腐蚀性比较差,无法保证电池的可靠性、稳定性和耐久性,影响性能和使用寿命。 
发明内容
为了克服现有的太阳能电池保护膜散热性和耐腐蚀性差的不足,本发明提供了一种新型光伏电池外保护膜。 
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新型光伏电池外保护膜,包括太阳能电池单元、密封剂层、防水层和树脂层,太阳能电池单元置于密封剂层内,密封剂层一侧设有防水层,另一侧设有树脂层,防水层和树脂层外包裹有散热碳素薄膜。 
根据本发明的另一个实施例,进一步包括散热碳素薄膜上覆盖有导热硅胶。 
本发明的优点: 
该太阳能电池保护膜能够极大的提高散热性和耐腐蚀性,而且能大大提高膜体的整体强度,为电池片提供强力的保护和稳固的支撑,确保电池正常工作,延长使用寿命。

具体实施方式
一种新型光伏电池外保护膜的结构示意图,一种新型光伏电池外保护膜,包括太阳能电池单元1、密封剂层2、防水层3和树脂层4,太阳能电池单元1置于密封剂层2内,密封剂层2一侧设有防水层3,另一侧设有树脂层4,防水层3和树脂层4外包裹有散热碳素薄膜5,散热碳素薄膜5上覆盖有导热硅胶6。使用散热碳素薄膜5包裹整个背膜,可以很好的为太阳能电池单元1提供散热与耐腐蚀的保护,防止保护膜因高温而变黄变脆,而导热硅胶6能够进一步为保护膜提供散热,该太阳能电池保护膜能够极大的提高散热性和耐腐蚀性,而且能大大提高膜体的整体强度,为电池片提供强力的保护和稳固的支撑,确保电池正常工作,延长使用寿命。

1.一种新型光伏电池外保护膜,包括太阳能电池单元(1)、密封剂层(2)、防水层(3)和树脂层(4),太阳能电池单元(1)置于密封剂层(2)内,密封剂层(2)一侧设有防水层(3),另一侧设有树脂层(4),其特征是,防水层(3)和树脂层(4)外包裹有散热碳素薄膜(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型光伏电池外保护膜,其特征是,散热碳素薄膜(5)上覆盖有导热硅胶(6)。
