Abstract

本发明公开了一种防水圆形LED灯,其特征在于:包括预埋件、置于预埋件内的发光灯体及与预埋件端面适配的上盖,预埋件包括内壁,内壁围绕形成一空腔,发光灯体安装在空腔内,绕内壁外围设置有一层外壁,在内壁与外壁之间形成的凹槽内填充有防水硅胶,在上盖下端面上设有与内壁适配的第一卡槽,在第一卡槽内设有防水垫圈,防水垫圈使上盖与内壁之间的密封性增强,防水垫圈和防水硅胶使水不能渗透进空腔中,可防止水分进入发光灯体内,避免灯体内电路进水发生短路,从而延长灯体的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及光伏技术领域,特指一种防水圆形LED灯。 
背景技术
LED地埋灯是镶嵌在地面上的照明设施,也用于消防的方向指示,地面上的水份相对较多,现有的地埋灯防水效果不太好,容易老化、生锈、短路、使用寿命不长等问题。因此,如何实现地埋灯防水效果好是业内函待解决的技术问题。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于避免现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种密封效果好、紧密连接的一种防水圆形LED灯。 
一种防水圆形LED灯,其特征在于:包括预埋件、置于预埋件内的发光灯体及与预埋件端面适配的上盖,预埋件包括内壁,内壁围绕形成一空腔,发光灯体安装在空腔内,绕内壁外围设置有一层外壁,在内壁与外壁之间形成的凹槽内填充有防水硅胶,在上盖下端面上设有与内壁适配的第一卡槽,在第一卡槽内设有防水垫圈。 
本发明的优点: 
本发明的预埋件包括内壁,内壁围绕形成一空腔,发光灯体安装在空腔内,绕内壁外围设置有一层外壁,在内壁与外壁之间形成的凹槽内填充有防水硅胶,在上盖下端面上设有与内壁适配的第一卡槽,在第一卡槽内设有防水垫圈,防水垫圈使上盖与内壁之间的密封性增强,防水垫圈和防水硅胶使水不能渗透进空腔中,可防止水分进入发光灯体内,避免灯体内电路进水发生短路,从而延长灯体的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
一种防水圆形LED灯,包括预埋件、置于所述预埋件内的发光灯体及与所述预埋件端面适配的上盖,其特征在于,所述预埋件包括内壁和绕所述内壁设置的外壁,由所述内壁形成一空腔,所述灯体设置在所述空腔内;所述内壁与所述外壁之间形成一凹槽,在所述凹槽内填充有防水硅胶,在所述上盖上设有与所述内壁适配的第一卡槽,在所述第一卡槽内设有防水垫圈。 
作为优选,在所述上盖上设有与所述外壁适配的第二卡槽,在所述第二卡槽内设有防水垫圈。        
作为优选,在所述上盖与所述空腔相对应的位置处设有一透光口,所述透光口处设有一钢化玻璃。
作为优选,在所述空腔的底面设有防水电缆接头,所述防水电缆接头为铜镀镍防水电缆接头。

1.一种防水圆形LED灯,包括预埋件、置于所述预埋件内的发光灯体及与所述预埋件端面适配的上盖,其特征在于,所述预埋件包括内壁和绕所述内壁设置的外壁,由所述内壁形成一空腔,所述灯体设置在所述空腔内;所述内壁与所述外壁之间形成一凹槽,在所述凹槽内填充有防水硅胶,在所述上盖上设有与所述内壁适配的第一卡槽,在所述第一卡槽内设有防水垫圈。
2.据权利要求1所述的一种防水圆形LED灯,其特征在于,在所述上盖上设有与所述外壁适配的第二卡槽,在所述第二卡槽内设有防水垫圈。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防水圆形LED灯,其特征在于,在所述上盖与所述空腔相对应的位置处设有一透光口,所述透光口处设有一钢化玻璃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水圆形LED灯,其特征在于,在所述空腔的底面设有防水电缆接头,所述防水电缆接头为铜镀镍防水电缆接头。
