Because the mechanical pressure relief protection device is adopted in the embodiment, the reliability is higher, and the pressure can be effectively released when a water cooling or air cooling system of the transformer breaks down, so that the purpose of protecting the unit is achieved.
Preferably, the pressure limiting structure 3 is a plastic piece, and in the first state, the plastic piece is fixedly connected to the fixed portion 1 and the movable portion 2 to limit the turnover of the movable portion 2. The intensity requirement of the plastic part is less than or equal to the pressure of the preset value to the movable part 2, so that when the pressure borne by the movable part 2 is greater than or equal to the preset value, the plastic part can be disconnected, the limitation to the movable part 2 is removed, and the movable part 2 can be smoothly turned over to open the pressure relief hole 11 for pressure relief. The plastic part has lower manufacturing cost, can reduce the use cost and is easy to process.
Further preferably, the plastic member is a plastic screw, and in the first state, the plastic screw is fixedly inserted into the fixed portion 1 and the movable portion 2 to limit the turning motion of the movable portion 2.

The structure requires that the friction force between the plastic part and the movable part 2 is smaller than the preset value, so that the pressure relief can be carried out in time when the pressure on the movable part 2 reaches the preset value, and the safety of the transformer is protected.
Referring to fig. 1 in combination, preferably, the movable portion 2 includes a connecting plate 21 and a turnover plate 22, wherein the connecting plate 21 is fixed on the fixing portion 1, the turnover plate 22 is connected to the connecting plate 21 and can be turned over around the connection between the connecting plate and the connecting plate 21, and the turnover plate 22 is disposed corresponding to the pressure relief hole 11 and used for opening or closing the pressure relief hole 11. In the first state, the pressure limiting structure 3 is disposed on the turnover plate 22 and the fixing portion 1.
Further preferably, the turning plate 22 includes a first plate 221, two second plate 222 and a third plate 223, wherein the first plate 221 is disposed above the pressure relief hole 11, a first side of the first plate 221 is connected to the connecting plate 21, the first plate 221 can be turned around a joint, a second side of the first plate 221 opposite to the first side has a first mounting portion 224 for mounting the pressure limiting structure 3, and the first mounting portion 224 is a first screw hole for passing a plastic screw when the pressure limiting structure 3 is a plastic screw. A box-shaped structure with an opening on one side is formed by enclosing the first plate 221, the two second plates 222 and the third plate 223, the box-shaped structure has an accommodating space, and the fixing portion 1 is integrally embedded in the accommodating space. The structure can well seal the pressure relief hole 11, and when pressure relief is not needed, the movable part 2 covers the fixed part 1, so that pressure leakage is effectively prevented.
Referring to fig. 2 in combination, preferably, a plurality of weak portions 23 are provided at the connection position, and the plurality of weak portions 23 are arranged at intervals along the turning axis direction of the movable portion 2, so that the strength of the connection position of the movable portion 2 and the fixed portion 1 can be further reduced, and the movable portion 2 can be smoothly turned around the connection position.
Further preferably, each of the plurality of weak portions 23 is a through hole.
Of course, the plurality of weak portions 23 may be non-through grooves, and may also serve to reduce the connection strength at the connection between the movable portion 2 and the fixed portion 1.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 3 in combination, preferably, the fixing portion 1 includes a body 13, a mounting plate 14 and a fixing plate 15, wherein the body 13 is a box-shaped structure corresponding to the accommodating space of the movable portion 2, the pressure relief hole 11 is disposed on a bottom plate of the body 13, and when the movable portion 2 is covered on the body 13, a relatively closed cavity is formed between the movable portion 2 and the body 13. The mounting plate 14 is fixed to the body 13 and is fixedly connected to the connecting plate 21 of the movable portion 2. The fixing plate 15 is fixed on the body 13 and is disposed opposite to the mounting plate 14, and the fixing plate 15 has a second mounting portion 151 for mounting the pressure limiting structure 3. In the case where the pressure limiting structure 3 is a plastic screw, the second mounting portion 151 is a second screw hole for passing the plastic screw therethrough. The second mounting portion 151 is disposed on the fixing plate 15 to prevent damage to the body 13, and only the fixing plate 15 may be replaced if the fixing plate 15 is damaged, without replacing the fixing portion 1 as a whole.
Further preferably, the mounting plate 14 and the connecting plate 21 are fixedly connected through bolts 5, so that the mounting and dismounting are facilitated. In order to prevent the bolt 5 from damaging the body 13, it is preferable that a receiving groove 12 is formed between the mounting plate 14 and the body 13, and the bolt 5 sequentially passes through the connecting plate 21 and the mounting plate 14 and then extends into the receiving groove 12, so that the nut can be conveniently sleeved.
The mounting plate 14 has a specific structure that the mounting plate 14 comprises two side plates which are vertically and fixedly connected, wherein one side plate is fixedly connected with the body 13, and the other side plate is used for penetrating the bolt 5 and fixedly connected with the connecting plate 21. When the working heat of the transformer causes too large pressure or the strength of the joint between the movable part 2 and the fixed part 1 is too small, the turnover plate 22 may be turned over by too large angle due to large impact, or even the turnover plate 22 may be disconnected from the joint. In order to avoid this phenomenon, it is preferable that the fixing portion 1 is provided with a stopper portion 4, and the stopper portion 4 is used for limiting the turning angle of the turning plate 22.
Specifically, the limiting portion 4 includes a first side plate 41 and a second side plate 42, the first side plate 41 is fixed on the mounting plate 14, the height of the first side plate 41 is higher than that of the fixing portion 1, the second side plate 42 is fixed at the top end of the first side plate 41 and extends in an inclined manner toward the direction close to the movable portion 2, an included angle region between the first side plate 41 and the second side plate 42 faces the movable portion 2, and the movable portion 2 contacts the second side plate 42 during the overturning process, so as to limit the overturning angle of the movable portion 2.
