一种防冻快速取水阀,由取水阀本体和取水阀柄构成,取水阀本体由阀管、上阀体、下阀体、活塞组成,阀管长度可根据防寒保温体的参数要求而设计,上阀体连接在阀管的上端,有供水连接端,供水连接端安装时保证取水阀本体的中心轴线与水平面成5°夹角,下阀体连接在阀管的下端,包含取水阀柄连接卡和挡风防尘盖,活塞由上活塞、连杆、下活塞、回位弹簧组成,上活塞和下活塞分别安装在上阀体和下阀体的内腔,连杆处在阀管内并连接上下活塞,回位弹簧安装在供水连接端和上活塞之间,取水阀柄通过取水阀柄上的逗形卡槽实现与取水阀本体的快速连接,实现供水。

一种防冻快速取水阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防冻快速取水阀,特别涉及具有穿越防寒保温体、自动排泄余水为过渡,能快速连接管路的取水阀,属五金水暖技术领域。
背景技术
在我国北方在寒冷的冬季,装在室外的水龙头内的水常因温度过低而结冰,导致水龙头打不开甚至管路爆裂。人们通常采用在水龙头上覆盖保温物品的措施来防冻,由于水龙头的特殊结构,采用简单的覆盖方式保温效果并不理想,况且,覆盖保温物品后不仅占用空间,也影响水龙头的使用。这一情况一直以来困扰着北方广大地区民众,尤其一些涉及低温环境试验或作业又离不开自来水的特殊环境,水龙头的防冻尤为重要。在从管路取水方面,现有技术存在连接困难,连接时易存在漏水问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述防冻的技术问题,本发明公开一种防冻快速取水阀。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种防冻快速取水阀,由取水阀本体和取水阀柄构成,取水阀本体由阀管、上阀体、下阀体、活塞组成,阀管长度可根据防寒保温体的参数要求而设计,上阀体连接在阀管的上端,有供水连接端,供水连接端的水平轴线沿线与取水阀本体的中心轴线成5°夹角,下阀体连接在阀管的下端,包含取水阀柄连接卡,斜垫片和挡风防尘盖,活塞由上活塞、连杆、下活塞、回位弹簧组成,上活塞和下活塞分别安装在上阀体和下阀体的内腔,连杆处在阀管内并连接上下活塞,回位弹簧安装在供水连接端和上活塞之间。
取水阀柄具备握式取水开关和防止回流功能,并设置有双道密封圈,取水阀柄由阀柄本体、止回阀、出水连接端、逗形卡槽构成,止回阀安装在阀柄本体内腔的上端,出水连接端在阀柄本体上端,起连接出水管功能,逗形卡槽在阀柄本体下方,与取水阀本体卡接并具防脱功能。
本发明的有益效果是:由阀管穿越防寒保温体,供水端在防寒保温体内,取水端在防寒保温体内,彻底根除取水端受冻困扰;取水阀本体与供水连接端水平向下倾斜5°设计,余水自动排出防止冻结;取水阀柄与取水阀本体分离结构,有效防止民用盗用困扰。

具体实施方式
在图1、2的实施例中,一种防冻快速取水阀,由取水阀本体和取水阀柄构成,取水阀本体由阀管1、上阀体3、下阀体4、活塞组成,上阀体3连接在阀管1的上端,有供水连接端9,斜垫片14保证了供水连接端9安装时保证取水阀本体的中心轴线与水平面成5°夹角,下阀体4连接在阀管1的下端,包含取水阀柄连接卡和挡风防尘盖13,活塞由上活塞5、连杆6、下活塞7、回位弹簧8组成,上活塞5和下活塞7分别安装在上阀体3和下阀体4的内腔,连杆6处在阀管1内并连接上下活塞,回位弹簧8安装在供水连接端9和上活塞5之间。
取水阀柄具备握式取水开关和防止回流功能,由阀柄本体2、止回阀10、出水连接端11、逗形卡槽12构成,止回阀10安装在阀柄本体2内腔的上端,出水连接端11在阀柄本体2上端,起连接出水管功能,逗形卡槽12在阀柄本体2下方,与取水阀本体卡接并具防脱功能。
实施例1:根据防寒保温体的厚度参数要求,设置阀管1的长度。将上阀体3的供水连接端9连接到自来水管,下阀体4压在斜垫片14上向下倾斜5°固定。
实施例2:根据需要连接引水管到阀柄本体2的出水连接端11,掀开挡风防尘盖13,将阀柄本体2的逗形卡槽12卡接到下阀体4的取水阀柄连接卡,阀柄本体2顺着螺旋槽旋转产生直线运动,产生的上端挤压下活塞7向上移动,下活塞通过连杆6推动上活塞5向上移动,使下活塞7和上活塞5同时与下阀体4和上阀体3内腔壁之间形成水流通道的同时,压缩回位弹簧8,为活塞的回位积蓄力量。自来水流经上阀体3、阀管1、下阀体4、阀柄本体2的内腔由出水连接端11输送到需要用水的地方。因为阀柄本体2内腔的上端安装有止回阀10,防止了特殊情况下,如虹吸效应产生污水的回流问题。
实施例3:当需要停止取水时,反转阀柄本体2并取出。此时因为有双道密封圈的双重防护,阀柄本体2在外移过程中,回位弹簧8伸张推动活塞回位封闭上阀体5内腔的过程,阀柄本体2的密封圈还未完全离位时,阀管1内已经减压,防止了水的喷洒;上活塞5关闭上阀体3内腔通道到压紧密封圈的过程有时间差。在这个时间差的过程中,下活塞7与下阀体4内腔保留有间隙,余留在阀管1内的水因倾斜被排出。当上活塞5的密封圈被完全压紧时,余水被排空,下活塞7封闭下阀体4内腔,隔断冷气的侵袭,防止冷气凝冻上阀体5;扣盖挡风防尘盖13,防止粉尘污染下阀体4内腔,也避免冷风直接吹入上阀体5内腔,导致冻结。阀柄本体2内的止回阀10在阀柄本体2拔出下阀体时瞬间关闭,避免连接出水连接端11水管内水回流产生的喷溅。

1.一种防冻快速取水阀,其特征是:所述的防冻快速取水阀由取水阀本体和取水阀柄构成,取水阀本体由阀管、上阀体、下阀体、活塞组成,阀管长度可根据防寒保温体的参数要求而设计,上阀体连接在阀管的上端,有供水连接端,供水连接端的水平轴线沿线与取水阀本体的中心轴线成5°夹角,下阀体连接在阀管的下端,包含取水阀柄连接卡和挡风防尘盖,活塞由上活塞、连杆、下活塞、回位弹簧组成,上活塞和下活塞分别安装在上阀体和下阀体的内腔,连杆处在阀管内并连接上下活塞,回位弹簧安装在供水连接端和上活塞之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防冻快速取水阀,其特征是:所述的取水阀柄具备握式取水开关和防止回流功能,并设置有双道密封圈,取水阀柄由阀柄本体、止回阀、出水连接端、逗形卡槽构成,止回阀安装在阀柄本体内腔的上端,出水连接端在阀柄本体上端,起连接出水管功能,逗形卡槽在阀柄本体下方,与取水阀本体卡接并具防脱功能。
