Abstract

本发明涉及橡胶助剂制造领域,尤其涉及含一种用于橡胶制品的生物质抗撕裂剂的及其制备方法和应用。生物质橡胶抗撕裂剂原材料组成及重量配比如下:杜仲橡胶100份、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物1-10份、白炭黑40-90份、增塑剂10-50份。用本发明方法制造的生物质抗撕裂剂是一种反应性助剂,与硫化剂一起使用,可与天然橡胶及合成橡胶等固体橡胶共交联,克服对环境及人体污染的缺点。含生物质抗撕裂剂制得的胎面胶胶料混合过程的能耗低,挤出物尺寸稳定性好,挤出和压延胶料表面质量好,与常用的胎面胶组合物相比,在确保加工性能的前提下胎面胶物理机械性能好,抗撕裂性高,耐切割性高,可以提高轮胎的耐久性、延长轮胎寿命。

一种用于橡胶制品的生物质抗撕裂剂
技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶助剂制造领域,尤其涉及用于橡胶制品的含生物质抗撕裂剂组合物及其制备方法和应用。 
背景技术
汽车工业和公路事业的发展对轮胎工业不断提出更高的要求:要求轮胎有良好的耐磨性,提高轮胎的使用寿命;有较低的滚动阻力,降低油耗,节约能源;有良好的起动、刹车、转弯、侧滑等一系列操纵稳定性,保证安全;有负荷量大,牵引力大,越野性能好,耐高温高速等适应性;有良好的缓冲性能和低噪音等等。全钢载重子午线轮胎在使用过程中,由于路面条件苛刻,负载大,因此对轮胎的抗撕裂性能,抗崩花掉块,耐磨性有更高的要求。橡胶抗撕裂剂的作用是提高轮胎胎面胶的抗撕裂性能,减少崩花掉块,延长轮胎使用寿命。 
杜仲橡胶是天然高反式橡胶,主要成分是1,4-聚异戊二烯,反式含量约为97%以上,杜仲橡胶具有胶料较好的物理机械性能,尤其是胎面胶料的撕裂性能有很大的提高,抗刺扎性好。充分利用天然杜仲橡胶的这一独特性能优势,设计一种用于橡胶制品的含生物质抗撕裂剂组合物,有助于提高轮胎胎面胶的抗撕裂性能性能。 
发明内容
本发明目的是制造一种新型生物质抗撕裂剂。具有抗撕裂性好、耐切割性好,可以延长轮胎使用寿命。 
本发明所述生物质抗撕裂剂的原材料组成及重量配比如下:杜仲橡胶100份、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物1-10份、白炭黑40-90份、增塑剂10-50份。 
本发明在开放式炼胶机或密炼机上,分别将橡胶与填充补强体系、増塑体系和其他配合剂相互均匀分散,并通过造粒机造粒,制得生物质抗撕裂剂。混炼温度为25-180℃,混炼时间为2-60min。造粒温度为20-100℃,螺杆转速为5-100r/min。 
本发明生物质抗撕裂剂的主要性能如下: 
挥发分:0.77%;
灰分:0.19%;
氮含量:0.018;
本发明突出的实质性特点和显著效果可以从下述的实施例得以体现,但它们不是对本发明做任何限制。

注:天然橡胶:3#烟片胶,泰国产,其它常规试剂可市购。
上述各实施例配方的制备工艺如下: 
第一段混炼:加入天然橡胶60℃下混炼1min,再加入抗撕裂剂、氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂及防焦剂等小料混炼1.5min,然后加入炭黑和环保芳烃油混炼3min,后排胶,排胶温度150-170℃;
第二段混炼:加入一段混炼胶和硫黄及促进剂,薄通6次下片。胶料在在平板硫化机上的硫化条件为150℃×25min。
 从各实施例得到的测试数据如下: 
从以上实施例和对比例可以看出,实施例配方与通用配方相比:胶料混炼过程的混炼功率小,可以达到节能降耗的目的;混炼胶下片后表面光滑平整,外观更好,说明实施例混炼胶有较好的加工性能。实施例硫化胶有较好的综合物理性能,加入抗撕裂剂后,硫化胶抗撕裂性能有显著提高。
  

Claims (5)

1.一种用于橡胶制品的生物质抗撕裂剂,其特征在于:所述生物质抗撕裂剂的原材料组成如下:杜仲橡胶、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、白炭黑、增塑剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生物质抗撕裂剂,其特征在于:所述材料的原材料组成及重量分配比为杜仲橡胶100份、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物1-10份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的生物质抗撕裂剂,其特征在于:所述材料的原材料组成及重量分配比为白炭黑40-90份。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的生物质抗撕裂剂,其特征在于:所述合成橡胶层材料的原材料组成及重量分配比为增塑剂10-50份,增塑剂为环烷油或环保芳烃油。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的生物质抗撕裂剂,其特征在于包括下述步骤:首先在开放式炼胶机或密炼机上分别加入前述本发明材料之计量组分的橡胶、填充补强剂、增塑剂、等配合剂制得混合物,混炼温度为25-180℃,混炼时间为2-60min;混合物加入造粒机造粒,制得生物质抗撕裂剂;造粒温度:20-100℃,螺杆转速:5-100r/min。
