本发明涉及阻燃负离子远红外无电磁辐射寝具及制备方法其特征是具备以下配方和工艺流程:(1)清水石负离子添加剂0-90份(质量份)、中药植物粉末0-60份、胶黏剂0-20份,加水10份充分混合,制成膏状浆料。(2)使用特制磨具采用模压的方法在织造布或非织造布上踏点,使适量浆料粘附于布的表面,且呈点状均匀分布。(3)将同样大小的棉布平整黏贴于织造布或非织造布上,形成依次为布、浆料、棉布的三层结构。(4)用线将布和棉布缝合,缝合采用直线,采取纵横两个方向。缝合完毕后想成分布均匀的栅格结构,且每个格内均有一个浆料踏点。(5)用水清洗,去除浆料中的植物粉末和胶黏剂,使格内仅保留清水石负离子添加剂,即得到清水石负离子远红外无电磁辐射寝具。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织、服装、医疗、家纺、保健等领域。本发明满足了更多人们对健康生活的需求,提高了人们的生活品质,具有很高的保健价值和重要的现实意义。
背景技术
近代科学研究表明,负离子对人体健康具有重要作用。空气负离子被喻为“空气维生素”或“长生素”,能够有效改善环境质量,起到一定的除臭、吸味、杀菌、除尘、净化空气的作用,达到促进人体血液循环和睡眠,有利于病人疾病康复,提高人类免疫功能等效果。
磁场疗法,又称“磁疗法”、“磁穴疗法”,是让磁场作用于人体一定部位或穴位,使磁力线透入人体组织深处,以治疗疾病的一种方法。磁疗的作用机制是加速细胞的复活更新,增强血细胞的生命力,净化血液,改善微循环,纠正内分泌的失调和紊乱,调节肌体生理功能的阴阳平衡。磁场可用于治疗多种疾病,如高血压、高血脂、神经性头痛、神经衰弱、面肌痉挛、支气管炎、肠炎、溃疡病、颈椎病、腰腿痛、急性腰扭伤、腰肌劳损、胆绞痛、胆道结石、尿路结石、鼻炎、皮炎、静脉炎等。一般来讲,磁场疗法无明显的副作用和禁忌症,仅有极少数患者出现血压波动、头晕、恶心、嗜睡或失眠等症状,一般不需处理,停止治疗数日即可自行消失。
远红外线有较强的渗透力和辐射力,具有显著的温控效应和共振效应,它易被物体吸收并转化为物体的内能。远红外线被人体吸收后,可使体内水分子产生共振,使水分子活化,增强其分子间的结合力,从而活化蛋白质等生物大分子,使生物体细胞处于最高振动能级。由于生物细胞产生共振效应,可将远红外热能传递到人体皮下较深的部分,产生的温热由内向外散发。这种作用强度,使毛细血管扩张,促进血液循环,强化各组织之间的新陈代谢,增加组织的再生能力,提高机体的免疫能力,调节精神的异常兴奋状态,从而起到医疗保健的作用。
经研究发现:清水石系列天然矿物具有一定的除臭、吸味、释放负离子、磁疗、发射远红外的功能。我们采用粗粉碎、气流法超细粉碎和湿法研磨相结合的工艺路线,制备成不同粒径的系列清水石负离子添加剂。清水石负离子添加剂具有释放负离子、磁疗、发射远红外、杀菌、除臭等功能。广泛应用于纺织、服装、医疗、家纺、橡胶、塑料、保健等领域。
加热采用氟塑料改性复合材料制备。
发明内容
清水石负离子远红外寝具的制备方法,依次按下列步骤进行:
(1)阻燃负离子远红外无电磁辐射寝具及制备方法其特征是具备以下配方和工艺流程:(1)清水石负离子添加剂0-90份(质量份)、中药植物粉末0-60份、胶黏剂0-20份,加水10份充分混合,制成膏状浆料。
(2)使用特制磨具采用模压的方法在织造布或非织造布上踏点,使适量浆料粘附于布的表面,且呈点状均匀分布。
(3)将同样大小的棉布平整黏贴于织造布或非织造布上,形成依次为布、浆料、棉布的三层结构。
(4)用线将布和棉布缝合,缝合采用直线,采取纵横两个方向。缝合完毕后形成分布均匀的栅格结构,且每个格内均有一个浆料踏点。
(5)用水清洗,去除浆料中的植物粉末和胶黏剂,使格内仅保留清水石负离子添加剂,即得到清水石负离子远红外无电磁辐射寝具。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)清水石负离子添加剂80份(质量份)、植物粉末10份、胶黏剂10份,加水10份充分混合,制成膏状浆料。
(2)使用特制磨具采用模压的方法在棉布上踏点,使适量浆料粘附于布的表面,且呈点状均匀分布。
(3)将同样大小的棉布平整黏贴于该棉布上,形成依次为布、浆料、棉布的三层结构。
(4)用线将布和棉布缝合,缝合采用直线,采取纵横两个方向。缝合完毕后形成分布均匀的栅格结构,且每个格内均有一个浆料踏点。
(5)用水清洗,去除浆料中的植物粉末和胶黏剂,使格内仅保留清水石负离子添加剂,即得到清水石负离子远红外寝具。
该清水石负离子、磁疗、远红外寝具释放负离子1000个/cm3以上,发射远红外0.8以上。

按照上述实施例1的工艺方法步骤,将棉布调整为非织造布。

按照上述实施例1的工艺方法步骤,将胶黏剂调整为0份。

2.根据权利要求书1所述的清水石负离子远红外寝具,其特征是具备布、清水石负离子添加剂、棉布的三层结构,具有释放负离子,发射远红外的功能。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的清水石负离子添加剂,其特征是由清水石系列天然矿物经过粗粉碎、气流法超细粉碎和湿法研磨相结合的工艺路线,加入引发剂、分散剂、光触媒制备而成的,释放负离子在1000个/cm3以上,发射远红外0.8以上,本发明选择粒径在0.5mm-3.00mm的一系列清水石负离子远红外添加剂。
4.根据权利要求书1所述的清水石,其特征是由清水石系列天然矿物组成,包括:古海岩、六经石、电气石、六环石、蛋白石、麦饭石、砭石、磁石中的一种及一种以上。
5.根据权利要求书1所述的栅格,其特征是呈规则的矩形,面积可以为0.01-50cm2范围内任意尺寸,但同一网纱上的栅格必须保持一致。
6.根据权利要求书1所述的植物粉末,其特征是粒径小于棉布的网眼,以便洗出。
7.根据权利要求书1所述的浆料踏点,其特征是呈矩形、圆形、或其他不规则形状,面积面积可以为0.01-50cm2范围内任意尺寸,但同一寝具上的踏点必须保持一致且小于栅格面积。
