In the first mode, the one number service platform sends a request message (INVITE message) to the multimedia color ring platform, wherein the request message carries a terminal identifier, a ring identifier and calling media information of a calling user; after receiving the request message from the one-number service platform, the multimedia color ring platform returns a response message to the one-number service platform, the response message carries the local media address information of the multimedia color ring platform, and the one-number service platform sends the media address information of the multimedia color ring platform to the calling user. Therefore, the calling party and the multimedia ring back tone platform mutually know the media address information of the other party, so that the multimedia ring back tone platform can play the multimedia ring back tone corresponding to the ring back tone identification to the calling party by using the terminal identification of the calling party, namely, the multimedia ring back tone corresponding to the original called party can be played to the calling party.
In the second mode, the system administrator may also be required to set an activity threshold on the one-number service platform (the activity threshold refers to the number of calls within a specified time period, for example, more than 10 calls per day). Based on this, the one-number service platform also needs to record the called times (called times in a specified time period) of the called user, and when the called times of the called user exceed the liveness threshold (if the number of calls received exceeds 10 times per day, the called user is considered to be an active user), the one-number service platform directly downloads the multimedia polyphonic ringtone corresponding to the ringtone identification from the multimedia polyphonic ringtone platform. In the subsequent processing process, the multimedia color ring corresponding to the original called user can be directly played to the calling user by the one-number service platform, so that the calling time delay and the system loss can be further reduced, and the user experience is optimized.
In the process of downloading the multimedia polyphonic ringtone corresponding to the ringtone identification, the one-number service platform can send a ringtone downloading request to the multimedia polyphonic ringtone platform, and the ringtone downloading request carries the ringtone identification; after receiving the ring tone downloading request, the multimedia color ring platform returns a downloading address and a file path corresponding to the ring tone identification to the one-number service platform; and the one-number service platform receives a download address and a file path corresponding to the ring tone identifier returned by the multimedia ring back tone platform, and downloads the multimedia ring back tone corresponding to the ring tone identifier to the local by using the download address and the file path. The file downloading requirement is realized based on an FTP (file transfer Protocol), the one-number service platform can send a ring tone identification sequence to be downloaded to the multimedia ring back tone platform at a fixed time (such as 24 points) every day, and the multimedia ring back tone platform feeds back a corresponding downloading address and a corresponding file path so as to download the related file by using the downloading address and the file path.
As shown in table 2, is an example of a message format to which a ringtone download request is responded.
In the embodiment of the invention, for the scene that the user changes the ring tone by adopting the interface shown in the table 2, the one-number service platform is required to download the corresponding ring tone again. In addition, when the user activity is reduced, if the number of times of receiving calls for 5 consecutive days is less than 10 (the threshold value can be set), the user needs to be set as an inactive user, the corresponding audio file is locally deleted on the one-number service platform, and then the color ring tone is played for the user according to the corresponding flow.
It should be noted that when the one number service platform simultaneously initiates a call to an original called number corresponding to a called user and a bound co-vibration number (one or more co-vibration numbers), it is necessary to shield a multimedia ring back tone corresponding to the original called number and shield multimedia ring back tones corresponding to all bound co-vibration numbers.
Step 205, the original called number or a co-vibration number carries out call response to the one number service platform. Such as: the co-vibration number 1 carries out calling response to the one-number service platform, the original called number does not carry out calling response to the one-number service platform, and the co-vibration number 2 does not carry out calling response to the one-number service platform.
Step 206, the one-number service platform replies the response message (like the call response message of the ringing number 1) to the IMS network, and stops playing the multimedia coloring ring back tone corresponding to the ringing identifier to the calling party.
When the multimedia color ring back tone platform plays the multimedia color ring back tone, the one-number service platform sends a Bye message to the multimedia color ring back tone platform after receiving a response returned by an original called number or a co-vibration number corresponding to a called party; and after receiving the Bye message from the one-number service platform, the multimedia color ring platform stops playing the multimedia color ring corresponding to the ring identifier to the calling user. Or when the one-number service platform plays the multimedia coloring ring back tone, the one-number service platform stops playing the multimedia coloring ring back tone corresponding to the ring back tone identification to the calling party after receiving the response returned by the original called number or the co-vibration number corresponding to the called party.
Step 207, the IMS network replies the response message to the calling user, and the calling user makes a call with the called user who returns the response message, that is, the calling user makes a call with the co-vibration number 1 of the returned response message.
In step 208, the one-number service platform terminates the ringing of other called parties. Such as: when the calling user communicates with the co-vibration number 1, the one-number service platform stops the ringing of the original called number and the ringing of the co-vibration number 2.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, the multimedia polyphonic ringtone subscription information is synchronized to the one-number service platform, and the call from the one-number service platform to the multimedia polyphonic ringtone platform is introduced in the call process, so that the process of playing the polyphonic ringtone of the one-number subscription number to the calling party is implemented, the problem of conflict between the one-number service and the multimedia polyphonic ringtone service is solved, coexistence of the one-number service and the multimedia polyphonic ringtone service is implemented, it is ensured that a user can subscribe the one-number service and the multimedia polyphonic ringtone service at the same time, user experience is greatly improved, and user service requirements are better met. Furthermore, the one-number service platform downloads the ring tones of the active users to local playing, so that the call delay is further reduced, the user experience is improved, and the service experience is optimized.
Example two
Based on the same inventive concept as the above method, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a one-number service platform, as shown in fig. 3, where the one-number service platform specifically includes:
a receiving module 11, configured to receive multimedia coloring ring back tone ordering information, where the multimedia coloring ring back tone ordering information includes a terminal identifier and a ring tone identifier, and maintain a corresponding relationship between the terminal identifier and the ring tone identifier;
the query module 12 is configured to query whether a called user subscribes to a multimedia polyphonic ringtone service when receiving a call initiated by a calling user to the called user subscribed to a one-number service;
and the processing module 13 is configured to, when the user subscribes the multimedia coloring ring back tone service, query the corresponding ring back tone identifier by using the terminal identifier corresponding to the called user, play the multimedia coloring ring back tone corresponding to the ring back tone identifier to the calling user, and initiate a call to the original called number corresponding to the called user and the bound co-vibration number.
The receiving module 11 is specifically configured to receive a polyphonic ringtone order state synchronization instruction from a multimedia polyphonic ringtone platform; the polyphonic ringtone ordering state synchronization instruction comprises a terminal identifier and a ringtone identifier;
if the polyphonic ringtone ordering state synchronization instruction is used for indicating a user to order the multimedia polyphonic ringtone service, locally recording the corresponding relation between the terminal identification and the ringtone identification; if the polyphonic ringtone order state synchronization instruction is used for expressing that a user subscribes a multimedia polyphonic ringtone service, locally deleting the corresponding relation between the terminal identifier and the ringtone identifier; and if the polyphonic ringtone ordering state synchronization instruction is used for indicating the user to update the ringtone identification, locally updating the corresponding relation between the terminal identification and the ringtone identification.
The processing module 13 is specifically configured to send a request message to the multimedia coloring ring back tone platform, where the request message carries a terminal identifier of a calling party and the ring back tone identifier; the multimedia color ring platform plays the multimedia color ring corresponding to the ring identifier to the calling party by using the terminal identifier of the calling party; or storing the multimedia color ring corresponding to the ring identifier locally and playing the multimedia color ring corresponding to the ring identifier to the calling user.
The processing module 13 is further configured to record the called number of times of the called user, and send a ring tone downloading request to the multimedia polyphonic ringtone platform when the called number of times of the called user exceeds an activity threshold, where the ring tone downloading request carries the ring tone identifier; and receiving a download address and a file path corresponding to the ring tone identification returned by the multimedia ring back tone platform, and downloading the multimedia ring back tone corresponding to the ring tone identification to the local by using the download address and the file path.
The processing module 13 is further configured to send a Bye message to the multimedia coloring ring back tone platform after receiving a response returned by the original called number or the co-ringing number corresponding to the called party when the multimedia coloring ring back tone platform plays the multimedia coloring ring back tone, and the multimedia coloring ring back tone platform stops playing the multimedia coloring ring back tone corresponding to the ring back tone identifier to the calling party after receiving the Bye message; or when the one-number service platform plays the multimedia coloring ring back tone, after receiving the response returned by the original called number or the co-vibration number corresponding to the called user, stopping playing the multimedia coloring ring back tone corresponding to the ring back tone identification to the calling user.
The modules of the device can be integrated into a whole or can be separately deployed. The modules can be combined into one module, and can also be further split into a plurality of sub-modules.
EXAMPLE III
Based on the same inventive concept as the above method, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a multimedia coloring ring back tone platform, as shown in fig. 4, where the multimedia coloring ring back tone platform specifically includes:
a sending module 21, configured to send multimedia coloring ring back tone ordering information to a one-number service platform, where the multimedia coloring ring back tone ordering information includes a terminal identifier and a ring back tone identifier; the one number service platform maintains the corresponding relation between the terminal identification and the ring identification, and initiates a call to the original called number corresponding to the called user and the bound co-vibration number when the calling user initiates a call to the called user;
a receiving module 22, configured to receive a request message from a one-number service platform when a calling party initiates a call to a called party, where the request message carries a terminal identifier of the calling party and a ring identifier, and the ring identifier is queried by the one-number service platform using a terminal identifier corresponding to the called party;
and the processing module 23 is configured to play the multimedia coloring ring back tone corresponding to the ring back tone identifier to the calling subscriber by using the terminal identifier of the calling subscriber after receiving the request message.
The sending module 21 is specifically configured to send a polyphonic ringtone ordering state synchronization instruction to the one-number service platform; the polyphonic ringtone ordering state synchronization instruction comprises a terminal identifier and a ringtone identifier;
if the polyphonic ringtone ordering state synchronization instruction carries a first identifier, the polyphonic ringtone ordering state synchronization instruction is used for indicating a user to order the multimedia polyphonic ringtone service, and the one-number service platform locally records the corresponding relation between the terminal identifier and the ringtone identifier; if the polyphonic ringtone order state synchronization instruction carries a second identifier, the polyphonic ringtone order state synchronization instruction is used for indicating a user to unsubscribe the multimedia polyphonic ringtone service, and the one-number service platform locally deletes the corresponding relation between the terminal identifier and the ringtone identifier; and if the polyphonic ringtone ordering state synchronization instruction carries a third identifier, the polyphonic ringtone ordering state synchronization instruction is used for indicating a user to update a ringtone identifier, and the one-number service platform locally updates the corresponding relation between the terminal identifier and the ringtone identifier.
The processing module 23 is further configured to stop playing the multimedia coloring ring back tone corresponding to the ring back tone identifier to the calling subscriber after receiving the Bye message from the one-number service platform; the Bye message is sent to the multimedia color ring platform by the one-number service platform after receiving a response returned by the original called number or the co-ringing number corresponding to the called user.

the multimedia color ring back tone platform is used for sending multimedia color ring back tone ordering information to the one-number service platform, wherein the multimedia color ring back tone ordering information comprises a terminal identifier and a ring tone identifier;
the one-number service platform is used for receiving multimedia coloring ring back tone ordering information and maintaining the corresponding relation between a terminal identifier and a ring tone identifier carried in the multimedia coloring ring back tone ordering information; when receiving a call initiated by a calling user to a called user who subscribes a one-number service, inquiring whether the called user subscribes a multimedia color ring service; if yes, using the terminal identification corresponding to the called user to inquire the corresponding ring identification, playing the multimedia color ring corresponding to the ring identification to the calling user, and initiating a call to the original called number corresponding to the called user and the bound co-vibration number.
The one-number service platform is specifically used for sending a request message to a multimedia color ring platform, wherein the request message carries a terminal identifier of a calling party and the ring identifier; the multimedia color ring platform plays the multimedia color ring corresponding to the ring identifier to the calling user by using the terminal identifier of the calling user; or, locally storing the multimedia color ring corresponding to the ring identifier, and playing the multimedia color ring corresponding to the ring identifier to the calling user; when the multimedia polyphonic ringtone corresponding to the ringtone identification is stored locally, the one-number service platform is further used for recording the called times of the called party, and sending a ringtone downloading request to the multimedia polyphonic ringtone platform when the called times of the called party exceed an activeness threshold value, wherein the ringtone identification is carried in the ringtone downloading request; and receiving a download address and a file path corresponding to the ring tone identification returned by the multimedia ring back tone platform, and downloading the multimedia ring back tone corresponding to the ring tone identification to the local by using the download address and the file path.

when the one-number service platform receives a call initiated by a calling user to a called user who subscribes the one-number service, inquiring whether the called user subscribes a multimedia color ring service;
if yes, the one-number service platform utilizes the terminal identification corresponding to the called user to inquire the corresponding ring identification, plays the multimedia color ring corresponding to the ring identification to the calling user, and initiates a call to the original called number corresponding to the called user and the bound co-vibration number;
when the one-number service platform simultaneously initiates a call to an original called number corresponding to a called user and a bound co-vibration number, the multimedia coloring ring back tone corresponding to the original called number needs to be shielded, and the multimedia coloring ring back tone corresponding to all bound co-vibration numbers needs to be shielded;
the method for storing the multimedia polyphonic ringtone corresponding to the ringtone identification locally includes the following steps:
the one-number service platform records the called times of the called party, and sends a ring tone downloading request to a multimedia color ring platform when the called times of the called party exceed an activeness threshold value, wherein the ring tone downloading request carries the ring tone identification; and the one-number service platform receives a download address and a file path corresponding to the ring tone identification returned by the multimedia ring back tone platform, and downloads the multimedia ring back tone corresponding to the ring tone identification to the local by using the download address and the file path.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the one number service platform receives multimedia coloring ring back tone subscription information and maintains the corresponding relationship between the terminal identifier and the ring back tone identifier, including:
the one-number service platform receives a coloring ring back tone ordering state synchronization instruction from a multimedia coloring ring back tone platform; the polyphonic ringtone ordering state synchronization instruction comprises a terminal identifier and a ringtone identifier;
if the polyphonic ringtone ordering state synchronization instruction is used for indicating a user to order the multimedia polyphonic ringtone service, the one-number service platform locally records the corresponding relation between the terminal identification and the ringtone identification;
if the polyphonic ringtone order state synchronization instruction is used for expressing that a user subscribes a multimedia polyphonic ringtone service, the one-number service platform locally deletes the corresponding relation between the terminal identifier and the ringtone identifier;
and if the polyphonic ringtone ordering state synchronization instruction is used for indicating a user to update the ringtone identification, the one-number service platform locally updates the corresponding relation between the terminal identification and the ringtone identification.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the process of playing the multimedia coloring ring back tone corresponding to the ring back tone identifier to the calling party by the one number service platform specifically includes:
the one-number service platform sends a request message to a multimedia color ring platform, wherein the request message carries a terminal identifier of a calling user and the ring identifier; the multimedia color ring platform plays the multimedia color ring corresponding to the ring identifier to the calling user by using the terminal identifier of the calling user; or,
and the one-number service platform locally stores the multimedia polyphonic ringtone corresponding to the ring tone identifier and plays the multimedia polyphonic ringtone corresponding to the ring tone identifier to the calling user.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the one number service platform initiates a call to an original called number and a bound resonance number corresponding to the called user, and then further comprising:
when a multimedia color ring back tone platform plays a multimedia color ring back tone, the one-number service platform sends a Bye message to the multimedia color ring back tone platform after receiving a response returned by an original called number or a co-vibration number corresponding to a called user, and the multimedia color ring back tone platform stops playing the multimedia color ring back tone corresponding to the ring back tone identifier to a calling user after receiving the Bye message; or,
when the one-number service platform plays the multimedia coloring ring back tone, the one-number service platform stops playing the multimedia coloring ring back tone corresponding to the ring back tone identification to the calling party after receiving the response returned by the original called number or the co-vibration number corresponding to the called party.
5. A method for realizing one number service and multimedia color ring service is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
the multimedia coloring ring back tone platform sends multimedia coloring ring back tone ordering information to the one-number service platform, wherein the multimedia coloring ring back tone ordering information comprises a terminal identification and a ring back tone identification; the one number service platform maintains the corresponding relation between the terminal identification and the ring identification, and initiates a call to the original called number corresponding to the called user and the bound co-vibration number when the calling user initiates a call to the called user;
when a calling party initiates a call to a called party, the multimedia color ring platform receives a request message from the one-number service platform, wherein the request message carries a terminal identification and a ring identification of the calling party, and the ring identification is inquired by the one-number service platform by using the terminal identification corresponding to the called party;
after receiving the request message, the multimedia coloring ring back tone platform plays the multimedia coloring ring back tone corresponding to the ring back tone identification to the calling party by using the terminal identification of the calling party;
when the one-number service platform simultaneously initiates a call to an original called number corresponding to a called user and a bound co-vibration number, the multimedia coloring ring back tone corresponding to the original called number needs to be shielded, and the multimedia coloring ring back tone corresponding to all bound co-vibration numbers needs to be shielded;
the method for storing the multimedia polyphonic ringtone corresponding to the ringtone identification locally includes the following steps:
the one-number service platform records the called times of a called user, and sends a ring tone downloading request to a multimedia color ring platform when the called times of the called user exceed an activeness threshold value, wherein the ring tone downloading request carries the ring tone identifier; and the one-number service platform receives a download address and a file path corresponding to the ring tone identification returned by the multimedia ring back tone platform, and downloads the multimedia ring back tone corresponding to the ring tone identification to the local by using the download address and the file path.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the process of the multimedia coloring ring back tone platform sending the multimedia coloring ring back tone subscription information to the one-number service platform specifically comprises:
the multimedia color ring back tone platform sends a color ring back tone ordering state synchronization instruction to the one-number service platform; the polyphonic ringtone ordering state synchronization instruction comprises a terminal identifier and a ringtone identifier;
if the polyphonic ringtone ordering state synchronization instruction carries a first identifier, the polyphonic ringtone ordering state synchronization instruction is used for indicating a user to order the multimedia polyphonic ringtone service, and the one-number service platform locally records the corresponding relation between the terminal identifier and the ringtone identifier; if the polyphonic ringtone order state synchronization instruction carries a second identifier, the polyphonic ringtone order state synchronization instruction is used for indicating a user to unsubscribe the multimedia polyphonic ringtone service, and the one-number service platform locally deletes the corresponding relation between the terminal identifier and the ringtone identifier; and if the polyphonic ringtone ordering state synchronization instruction carries a third identifier, the polyphonic ringtone ordering state synchronization instruction is used for indicating a user to update a ringtone identifier, and the one-number service platform locally updates the corresponding relation between the terminal identifier and the ringtone identifier.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein after the multimedia coloring ring back tone platform plays the multimedia coloring ring back tone corresponding to the ring back tone identifier to the calling user, the method further comprises:
after receiving the Bye message from the one-number service platform, the multimedia color ring platform stops playing the multimedia color ring corresponding to the ring identifier to the calling user; the Bye message is sent to the multimedia color ring platform by the one-number service platform after receiving a response returned by the original called number or the co-ringing number corresponding to the called user.

the receiving module is used for receiving multimedia coloring ring back tone ordering information, wherein the multimedia coloring ring back tone ordering information comprises a terminal identification and a ring back tone identification, and maintains the corresponding relation between the terminal identification and the ring back tone identification;
the system comprises a query module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the query module is used for querying whether a called user subscribes a multimedia color ring back tone service or not when receiving a call initiated by a calling user to the called user subscribed with the one-number service;
the processing module is used for inquiring the corresponding ring tone identification by using the terminal identification corresponding to the called user when the user orders the multimedia color ring service, playing the multimedia color ring corresponding to the ring tone identification to the calling user, and initiating a call to the original called number corresponding to the called user and the bound co-vibration number;
when the one-number service platform simultaneously initiates a call to an original called number corresponding to a called user and a bound co-vibration number, the multimedia coloring ring back tone corresponding to the original called number needs to be shielded, and the multimedia coloring ring back tone corresponding to all bound co-vibration numbers needs to be shielded;
the processing module is further configured to record the number of times that a called user is called, and send a ring tone downloading request to the multimedia polyphonic ringtone platform when the number of times that the called user is called exceeds an activity threshold, where the ring tone downloading request carries the ring tone identifier; and receiving a download address and a file path corresponding to the ring tone identification returned by the multimedia ring back tone platform, and downloading the multimedia ring back tone corresponding to the ring tone identification to the local by using the download address and the file path.

the system comprises a sending module, a receiving module and a sending module, wherein the sending module is used for sending multimedia coloring ring back tone ordering information to a one-number service platform, and the multimedia coloring ring back tone ordering information comprises a terminal identifier and a ring tone identifier; the one number service platform maintains the corresponding relation between the terminal identification and the ring identification, and initiates a call to the original called number corresponding to the called user and the bound co-vibration number when the calling user initiates a call to the called user;

the processing module is used for playing the multimedia polyphonic ringtone corresponding to the ringtone identification to the calling user by using the terminal identification of the calling user after receiving the request message;
when the one-number service platform simultaneously initiates a call to an original called number corresponding to a called user and a bound co-vibration number, the multimedia coloring ring back tone corresponding to the original called number needs to be shielded, and the multimedia coloring ring back tone corresponding to all bound co-vibration numbers needs to be shielded;
the processing module is further configured to record the number of times that a called user is called, and send a ring tone downloading request to the multimedia polyphonic ringtone platform when the number of times that the called user is called exceeds an activity threshold, where the ring tone downloading request carries the ring tone identifier; and receiving a download address and a file path corresponding to the ring tone identification returned by the multimedia ring back tone platform, and downloading the multimedia ring back tone corresponding to the ring tone identification to the local by using the download address and the file path.
13. The multimedia coloring ring back tone platform of claim 12,
the sending module is specifically used for sending a polyphonic ringtone ordering state synchronization instruction to the one-number service platform; the polyphonic ringtone ordering state synchronization instruction comprises a terminal identifier and a ringtone identifier;
if the polyphonic ringtone ordering state synchronization instruction carries a first identifier, the polyphonic ringtone ordering state synchronization instruction is used for indicating a user to order the multimedia polyphonic ringtone service, and the one-number service platform locally records the corresponding relation between the terminal identifier and the ringtone identifier; if the polyphonic ringtone order state synchronization instruction carries a second identifier, the polyphonic ringtone order state synchronization instruction is used for indicating a user to unsubscribe the multimedia polyphonic ringtone service, and the one-number service platform locally deletes the corresponding relation between the terminal identifier and the ringtone identifier; and if the polyphonic ringtone ordering state synchronization instruction carries a third identifier, the polyphonic ringtone ordering state synchronization instruction is used for indicating a user to update a ringtone identifier, and the one-number service platform locally updates the corresponding relation between the terminal identifier and the ringtone identifier.
14. The multimedia coloring ring back tone platform of claim 12,
the processing module is further configured to stop playing the multimedia coloring ring back tone corresponding to the ring tone identifier to the calling subscriber after receiving the Bye message from the one-number service platform; the Bye message is sent to the multimedia color ring platform by the one-number service platform after receiving a response returned by the original called number or the co-ringing number corresponding to the called user.
15. A realization system of one number service and multimedia color ring service is characterized in that the realization system comprises:
the multimedia color ring back tone platform is used for sending multimedia color ring back tone ordering information to the one-number service platform, wherein the multimedia color ring back tone ordering information comprises a terminal identifier and a ring tone identifier;
the one-number service platform is used for receiving multimedia coloring ring back tone ordering information and maintaining the corresponding relation between a terminal identifier and a ring tone identifier carried in the multimedia coloring ring back tone ordering information; when receiving a call initiated by a calling user to a called user who subscribes a one-number service, inquiring whether the called user subscribes a multimedia color ring service; if yes, inquiring a corresponding ring tone identifier by using a terminal identifier corresponding to the called user, playing a multimedia color ring corresponding to the ring tone identifier to the calling user, and initiating a call to an original called number corresponding to the called user and a bound co-vibration number;
when the one-number service platform simultaneously initiates a call to an original called number corresponding to a called user and a bound co-vibration number, the multimedia coloring ring back tone corresponding to the original called number needs to be shielded, and the multimedia coloring ring back tone corresponding to all bound co-vibration numbers needs to be shielded;
the method for storing the multimedia polyphonic ringtone corresponding to the ringtone identification locally by the one-number service platform specifically includes: the one-number service platform is further used for recording the called times of the called party and sending a ring tone downloading request to the multimedia color ring platform when the called times of the called party exceed an activeness threshold value, wherein the ring tone downloading request carries the ring tone identifier; and receiving a download address and a file path corresponding to the ring tone identification returned by the multimedia ring back tone platform, and downloading the multimedia ring back tone corresponding to the ring tone identification to the local by using the download address and the file path.

the one-number service platform is specifically used for sending a request message to a multimedia color ring platform, wherein the request message carries a terminal identifier of a calling party and the ring identifier; the multimedia color ring platform plays the multimedia color ring corresponding to the ring identifier to the calling user by using the terminal identifier of the calling user; or, locally storing the multimedia polyphonic ringtone corresponding to the ringtone identification, and playing the multimedia polyphonic ringtone corresponding to the ringtone identification to the calling user.
