目前,房地产企业发展比较快,随着工作量增加,工作进度就跟不上,工作效率就比较低,一般楼宇的工人安装,采用人工2进6出的方法,母线和子线捆扎在一起,经常发生接触不良的故障,一旦修理和维护,影响其他用户. 随着社会的发展,生活水平的提高,对应用技术的可靠性能,安全性能,标准化,美观等提出了更高的要求,如果采用一种独立连接方法,相互不影响,在应用方面进一步完善,就比较符合人们的科学和理想了。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供电力分线器二进八出端子,该分线器2进8出端子,采用金属一体固定方法,接触可靠,操作方便,而且体积比较小,节约安装空间,布线直观,维护方便, 楼宇单元应用2--4户,布线效率比较高,连接线标准化,规模化。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:电力分线器二进八出端子,其特殊之处在于:包括防静电外壳,端子组,防静电绝缘支架,连接孔,固定端。
所述端子组为两个固定大端子和十六个固定小端子组成。
所述防静电外壳为绝缘材料。
所述防静电支架呈阶梯状摆设,打固定端子的一端为最底层,并且可以自由调节。
所述固定端的两侧设置有四个空心小洞。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的优点和效果如下:

使用时:
1、   针对单元用2-3户,选择配套的2进8出端子产品。
2、   一般在安装时,应该有预留1-2组端子。
3、   导线的线径略和孔径或基本配套为好。
4、   剥线的金属应该与插入的深入相同,不要超出2毫米。
5、   首先固定最里端的螺丝,一般强度比较大。
6、   再固定最外端的螺丝没,一般强度比较小。
7、   在固定外端10毫米后,再弯曲布线。
