Detailed Description
In order to more clearly understand the technical features, objects, and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the drawings, like reference numbers indicate identical or structurally similar elements that perform the same function, and elements having the same structure or function are depicted schematically, or are identified. For the sake of simplicity, only the parts relevant to the present invention are schematically shown in the drawings, and they do not represent the actual structure as a product. "connected" or "fixed" herein means directly connected or fixed, or connected or fixed via a third party.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the earthing switch according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a movable contact assembly 3 and a stationary contact assembly 2. The fixed contact assembly 2 includes a fixed contact 27 and a stopper 26 fixed to the fixed contact 27. The movable contact assembly 3 includes a pair of parallel conductive arms 31, 32, wherein the conductive arms 31, 32 are "L" shaped aluminum sheets, but may be members of similar materials and shapes. The conductive arms 31, 32 have gaps inside to allow the fixed contact 27 to pass through, and one movable contact part 35 is fixed to one end of each conductive arm 31, 32. In the present application, "inner side" refers to the side of the conductive arm 31 opposite to the conductive arm 32, and "outer side" refers to the side of the conductive arm 31 opposite to the conductive arm 32. The distance of the gap is adapted to the thickness of the stationary contact 27, that is, the gap allows the stationary contact 27 to pass through without being obstructed, and at the same time, does not affect the stationary contact 27 and the movable contact part 35 to form a good electrical contact. During the closing of the earthing switch, the movable contact assembly 3 moves towards the stationary contact assembly 2, and the limiting member 26 prevents the movable contact assembly 3 from moving further by contacting the conductive arms 31, 32 when the movable contact part 35 makes good electrical contact with the stationary contact 27. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the retaining member 26 may have a different shape, such as a pair of slots 262 corresponding to the conductive arms 31 and 32, respectively, and receiving the conductive arms 31 and 32, as shown in fig. 6, or a plate or block (not shown) without slots. When the earthing switch generates electric power, the groove of the limiting part can effectively control the movement of the movable contact part within a reasonable range, so that the movable contact part and the static contact can not be damaged. The grounding switch is simple in structure and can keep the pressure with the fixed contact through the deformation of the movable contact part. According to the illustrated embodiment, the movable contact member 35 is a resilient contact, and the resilient contact is bent inward of the conductive arms 31, 32. As shown in fig. 4, the elastic contact piece has two connection holes 354 at one end connected to the conductive arm 32, and has a contact finger 353 formed by dividing a plurality of slits 352 at one end contacting the stationary contact 27. At the end of the contact finger 353 there is a contact 351 for contacting the stationary contact 27. The contact finger is preferably made of a copper alloy material, and is preferably subjected to surface treatment by graphite silver plating, so that the contact finger has high self-cleaning capability and can be free of maintenance for a long time. The contact ensures the stability and reliability of contact and has good dirt-removing capacity. According to another embodiment, not shown, the movable contact member 35 comprises a contact made of T2 copper and a spring connected to the outside of the contact. Compared with the movable contact part provided with the spring, the elastic contact piece can deform per se without passing through the spring or other devices, so that the spring is prevented from losing efficacy due to high temperature under special conditions for a long time.
The stationary contact 27 is fixed to a connector 23 through a connecting hole 271 shown in fig. 5, and the limiting member 26 is fixed to the connector 23 through a bracket 25, wherein two holes 261 on the limiting member 26 are used for connecting the bracket 25. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the connector and bracket may also be made as one piece, but that a separate connector and bracket would have a lower cost. Fixing the stationary contact 27 and the stopper 26 to the connecting member 23 by bolts or screws fixes the relative positions of the stationary contact 27 and the stopper 26, thereby defining the position of the movable contact member 35 when the movable contact member 35 makes good electrical contact with the stationary contact 27. Wherein the stationary contact 27 is made of T2 copper, and the stopper 26 is made of an insulating material (e.g., epoxy laminated glass cloth). The conductive arms 31 and 32 are L-shaped, and one end of each of the conductive arms 31 and 32 is fixed to a conductive rod 36, and the other end is fixed to the movable contact member 35. The grounding switch further comprises two insulating blocks 33 and 34, wherein the insulating blocks 33 and 34 are respectively arranged on the outer side of the movable contact part 35, and the insulating blocks ensure that the elastic contact piece cannot be damaged when being subjected to electric power.
As also shown in fig. 1 to 3, the disconnecting switch according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a stationary contact support, a post insulator 1, a conductive rod 36, and the above-mentioned grounding switch, wherein the stationary contact 27 is fixed to the post insulator 1 through the stationary contact support, and the other ends of the conductive arms 31 and 32 are fixed to the conductive rod 36. The stationary contact 27 is fixed to a connecting piece 23, while the limiting piece 26 is fixed to the connecting piece 23 by a bracket 25, and the connecting piece 23 is fixed to the post insulator 1 by a stationary contact support. Specifically, the stationary contact support includes an extension member 22 and a fixing block 21 welded to the extension member 22, the extension member 22 is fixed to the post insulator 1 by the fixing block 21, and the connecting member 23 is fixed to the extension member 22 by a fixing member 24. In fig. 1 to 3, two bolts connect the connecting member 23 and the fixing member 24, and the fixed contact assembly 2 is not rotated after the bolts are tightened. The connecting piece 23 is connected with the fixing piece 24, and after the position of the static contact 27 on the extending piece 22 is adjusted, the bolt is screwed, so that the position of the static contact can be conveniently adjusted in the installation process.
