Therefore, the method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can limit the employee from taking a picture at the position of the display device, ensure the authenticity of the attendance information of the employee, and avoid cheating actions of attendance instead of others.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with specific embodiments.
Fig. 5 is a flow diagram illustrating a method of attendance management in accordance with an exemplary embodiment; in this embodiment, by using the above method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, an example of how to encrypt the system time is described, as shown in fig. 5, including the following steps:
in step S501, the system time at which the attendance instruction from the mobile device is received is determined.
In step S502, the system time is encrypted.
In step S503, an attendance two-dimensional code is generated according to the encrypted system time, and the attendance two-dimensional code is sent to the mobile device.
In step S504, attendance information generated by the mobile device according to the attendance two-dimensional code is received, where the attendance information carries a picture including a face of the employee and the attendance two-dimensional code, a shooting time of the picture, and employee information of the employee.
In step S505, the attendance two-dimensional code line in the picture is decrypted to obtain the decrypted system time.
In step S506, attendance indication information is generated according to the system time and the shooting time.
As shown in fig. 1B, when receiving an attendance instruction, the attendance server 13 reads a system time (e.g., 2015-01-0108:55:05) of the attendance instruction, encrypts the system time, and uses an encryption algorithm to encrypt the system time by using a preset encryption key, so long as it is ensured that the system time cannot be identified when reading the attendance two-dimensional code, for example, the encrypted system time is: e4 #; 9d ═ dklW? And [ } can prevent the employee from forging according to the unencrypted attendance two-dimensional code by encrypting the system time, after the employee aligns the face 10 of the employee with the attendance two-dimensional code 121 through the mobile device 11 to take a picture, the shooting time of the picture (for example, 2015-01-0108: 56:05) and the employee information are sent to the attendance server 13, the attendance server 13 decrypts the encrypted system time, and performs attendance authentication on the employee through the decrypted system time, shooting time and other information.
On the basis that the embodiment has the beneficial technical effects of the embodiment, the system time stored in the attendance two-dimensional code is encrypted, so that the employee can be prevented from photographing attendance through the forged attendance two-dimensional code.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a method of attendance management according to an example embodiment two; in this embodiment, by using the method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, an example of how to verify attendance information is described, as shown in fig. 6, the method includes the following steps:
in step S601, the system time at which the attendance instruction from the mobile device is received is determined.
In step S602, an attendance two-dimensional code is generated according to the system time, and the attendance two-dimensional code is sent to the mobile device.
In step S603, attendance information generated by the mobile device according to the attendance two-dimensional code is received, where the attendance information carries a picture including a face of the employee and the attendance two-dimensional code, a shooting time of the picture, and employee information of the employee.
In step S604, the face in the picture is recognized, whether the face is consistent with the employee information is determined, if the recognition result of the face is consistent with the employee information, step S605 is executed, and if the recognition result of the face is inconsistent with the employee information, step S607 is executed.
In step S605, comparing the system time in the attendance two-dimensional code with the shooting time, if the time difference between the system time and the shooting time is greater than a preset threshold, executing step S606, and if the time difference between the system time and the shooting time is less than the preset threshold, executing step S607.
In step S606, attendance notification information indicating that the current attendance is invalid is generated, and step S608 is executed.
In step S607, attendance indication information indicating that the current attendance is valid is generated, and step S608 is executed.
In step S608, the attendance prompting information is sent to the mobile device, and the process ends.
The present disclosure is exemplarily described below with reference to fig. 1B, as shown in fig. 1B, the attendance server 13 may identify to which employee the face in the picture belongs by using a face recognition technology, and the face information of the employee may be collected in advance and stored in the attendance server 13. The attendance server 13 identifies the face and determines whether the face is consistent with the user information, and if the face is inconsistent with the user information, the attendance is invalid, so that the condition that the staff must provide the staff information of the user is ensured; the attendance server 13 identifies the attendance two-dimensional code in the picture to obtain the system time, meanwhile, because the attendance information also carries the shooting time of the mobile equipment 11 for shooting the picture, the attendance server 13 compares the system time with the shooting time, if the time difference between the system time and the shooting time is greater than a set threshold value, the attendance is invalid, and if the attendance information of the staff passes the verification of the face and the time, the attendance is valid.
In this embodiment, when the employee performs a series of operations such as photographing by copying the attendance two-dimensional code in a non-attendance location (for example, in the employee's home), the attendance information is forged, and since a certain time is required in the operation process of copying the attendance two-dimensional code to perform photographing, the time difference between the system time and the photographing time is too large, and therefore, the attendance validity is confirmed when the time difference between the system time and the photographing time is smaller than a preset threshold (for example, 1 minute), so that the employee can be prevented from photographing by copying the attendance two-dimensional code in the non-attendance location (for example, in the employee's home).
