and comparing the IP address currently used by the camera in the first network information with the IP address used by the camera in the second network information when the camera shoots the monitoring video data to obtain a third comparison result.
Accordingly, determining that the first network and the second network are the same network based on the obtained comparison result may be: and determining that the first network and the second network are the same network based on the first comparison result being the same, the second comparison result being the same and the third comparison result being the comparison result of the first network and the second network in the same local area network. When the first network information and the second network information also comprise IP addresses, the judgment accuracy is higher.
It is to be understood that, in order to determine whether the first network and the second network are the same network, other parameters may also be compared, and the determination is performed according to the comparison result, which is not listed here.
In step S14, in the case where it is determined that the first network and the second network are the same network based on the obtained comparison result, the monitoring video data is transmitted to the terminal device.
In this embodiment, as an implementable manner, the acquisition request carries the device identifier of the camera device and the current login account information of the APP, where the APP is an application program for controlling the terminal device to acquire the monitoring video data. Before sending the monitoring video data to the terminal device, the method of this embodiment may further include:
and determining that the equipment identifier of the camera equipment carried in the acquisition request and the current login account information are bound based on the binding relationship between the equipment identifier of the camera equipment and the account information which are stored in advance.
Further, after receiving the surveillance video data acquisition request, the server may detect whether the user who sends the surveillance video data acquisition request through the terminal device is an owner or a sharee of the image pickup device before or after determining whether the first network information and the second network information are the same network related step (in the using process of the image pickup device, the user may share the image pickup device with different family members to realize sharing of the image pickup device, and it is visible that both the user and the family members may log in the APP by using the APP account of the user), determine that the device identifier of the image pickup device and the current login account information carried in the acquisition request are bound based on the pre-stored binding relationship between the device identifier of the image pickup device and the account information, determine that the user has the viewing right of the image pickup device, if the server does not store the corresponding relationship between the device identifier of the image pickup device and the current login account information, and if the user is determined to have no viewing authority of the camera equipment, rejecting the viewing request of the user and not sending the monitoring video data to the terminal equipment.
As another practicable manner, before sending the monitoring video data to the terminal device, the method may further include:
sending an equipment identifier of the camera equipment and a login account information acquisition request to the terminal equipment;
receiving equipment identification of camera equipment and current login account information of an APP (application), wherein the equipment identification is sent by terminal equipment, and the APP is an application program for controlling the terminal equipment to acquire monitoring video data;
and determining that the received equipment identifier of the camera equipment and the current login account information are bound based on the binding relationship between the equipment identifier and the account information of the camera equipment, which is stored in advance.
In summary, in the video data acquisition method provided in this embodiment, a server responds to a received monitoring video data acquisition request sent by a terminal device to acquire first network information of a network in which the terminal device is currently located, the server acquires second network information of a second network in which the camera device is located when shooting the monitoring video data requested by the acquisition request, the server compares the first network information with the second network information, and when it is determined that the first network and the second network are the same network based on an obtained comparison result, historical monitoring video data of the camera device is sent to the terminal device. The network detection of the monitoring video data can be realized, the monitoring video data viewing right can be acquired only when the network where the user acquiring the monitoring video is located is consistent with the network where the camera shooting device shoots the video, and a stranger can be prevented from stealing the monitoring video data of the user through information such as user account information or terminal equipment passwords, so that the protection of the monitoring video data of the user can be realized, and the disclosure of the personal privacy of the user is avoided.

In step S31, the terminal apparatus detects a monitoring screen currently captured by the image capturing apparatus.
In step S32, in response to detecting that a person is present in the monitoring picture, network information of the network in which the image pickup apparatus is currently located is acquired, and video monitoring data constituted by the captured monitoring pictures is stored in correspondence with the network information.
Specifically, when a user controls the camera device to shoot a video on a current monitored picture through the terminal device, each shot monitoring picture is detected, whether a personnel image exists in the current monitoring picture is identified, and if yes, the current monitoring picture is most likely to be a member of a family of the user. And if the personnel information is detected, controlling the camera equipment to acquire the network information of the current network, wherein the network information can comprise one or more of the name of the network, the MAC address of the router and the IP address of the camera equipment, and the camera equipment correspondingly stores the video monitoring data formed by the shot monitoring pictures and the network information.
In summary, according to the video data acquisition method provided in this embodiment, the terminal device detects the monitoring picture currently taken by the camera device, and when it is detected that a person exists in the monitoring picture, the method acquires the network information of the current network, and correspondingly stores the video monitoring data formed by the taken monitoring pictures and the network information. In a possible implementation manner, the terminal device may obtain network information of a network where the camera device is currently located, and store video monitoring data shot by the camera device and the network information in the server correspondingly; in another possible implementation manner, the terminal device may control the image capturing device to obtain network information of the current network, and the image capturing device may store the captured video monitoring data and the network information in the server in a corresponding manner. Therefore, the video monitoring data formed by the shot monitoring pictures can be correspondingly stored with the network information, so that the network information of the network where the camera equipment is located is correspondingly stored in the video monitoring data.
Fig. 4 is an interactive flowchart illustrating a video data acquisition method according to an exemplary embodiment, which is illustrated in the present embodiment as being applied to a server and a terminal device. The video data acquisition method may include the following steps.
In step S41, the terminal device detects the monitoring pictures taken by the camera device, controls the camera device to acquire the network information of the current network in response to detecting the presence of people in the monitoring pictures, and stores the video monitoring data formed by the taken monitoring pictures in correspondence with the network information.
In step S42, the terminal device transmits a monitoring video data acquisition request to the server.
In step S43, the server determines that the device identifier of the image capture device and the current login account information carried in the acquisition request are bound, in response to receiving the monitoring video data acquisition request sent by the terminal device.
Optionally, the server may determine that the device identifier of the image capturing device carried in the acquisition request and the current login account information are bound based on a binding relationship between the device identifier of the image capturing device and the account information, which are stored in advance.
The method can also be as follows: the server sends an equipment identification and login account information acquisition request of the camera equipment to the terminal equipment, receives the equipment identification of the camera equipment and the current login account information of the APP, which are sent by the terminal equipment, and determines that the received equipment identification of the camera equipment and the current login account information are bound based on a pre-stored binding relationship between the equipment identification of the camera equipment and the account information.
Specifically, after receiving the surveillance video data acquisition request, the server may first detect whether a user who sends the surveillance video data acquisition request through the terminal device is an owner or a shared user of the image pickup device, determine, based on a binding relationship between a device identifier of the image pickup device and account information stored in advance, that the device identifier of the image pickup device carried in the acquisition request is bound to current login account information, determine that the user has a viewing permission of the image pickup device, determine, if the server does not store a corresponding relationship between the device identifier of the image pickup device and the current login account information, that the user does not have the viewing permission of the image pickup device, reject the viewing request of the user, and not send the surveillance video data to the terminal device.
In step S44, the server transmits a first network information acquisition request to the terminal device.
In step S45, after receiving the first network information obtaining request, the terminal device sends the first network information of the first network in which the terminal device is currently located to the server.
The first network information includes a name of a network, a MAC address of a router, and an IP address of the image pickup apparatus.
The steps S44 to S45 may not be executed, and the first network information may be carried in the monitoring video data acquisition request.
In step S46, the server acquires second network information of a second network in which the image pickup apparatus is located at the time of shooting the monitoring video data requested by the acquisition request.
Specifically, the monitoring video data acquisition request may carry an equipment identifier of the image pickup equipment corresponding to the monitoring video data to be acquired and current login account information of the APP, and the server may acquire historical monitoring video data shot by the corresponding image pickup equipment according to the equipment identifier of the image pickup equipment, so as to acquire second network information correspondingly stored in the historical monitoring video data.
In step S47, the server compares the first network information with the second network information, and sends the monitoring video data to the terminal device in response to determining that the first network and the second network are the same network based on the obtained comparison result.
For example, if the current user is considered to be a family authorized for the camera device, the user is allowed to view the surveillance video in the network environment of the family (i.e., the user is only allowed to view the surveillance video in the environment of the same family network as the camera). And other users are likely not to be the family with the authority to the camera through a mobile data network or other WIFI access modes, so that the video data is prohibited to be viewed.
In summary, the video data acquisition method provided in this embodiment can implement network detection on the surveillance video data, and only when the network where the user acquiring the surveillance video is located is consistent with the network where the camera device captures the video, the surveillance video data can be acquired and viewed, so that a stranger can be prevented from stealing the surveillance video data of the user through information such as user account information or a terminal device password, and therefore, the surveillance video data of the user can be protected, and the personal privacy of the user is prevented from being revealed.
