本发明涉及一种煤矿用可检测湿度的掘进防尘钻杆。现有的防尘钻杆在钻进过程中都会采用喷水装置进行防尘，但是湿度太大会影响钻进效果，给工作带来很大不便。一种煤矿用可检测湿度的掘进防尘钻杆，包括钻杆本体，所述钻杆本体包括连接端和钻进端，所述连接端和钻进端之间设置有喷水装置，所述喷水装置上设置有湿度检测器。本发明结构简单，体积小，在钻杆掘进过程中就可通过喷水装置进行除尘，使用十分方便。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种钻杆，尤其是一种煤矿用可检测湿度的掘进防尘钻杆。
背景技术
现有的防尘钻杆在钻进过程中都会采用喷水装置进行防尘，但是湿度太大会影响钻进效果，给工作带来很大不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单且能够彻底除尘的煤矿用掘进防尘钻杆。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案是：一种煤矿用可检测湿度的掘进防尘钻杆，包括钻杆本体，所述钻杆本体包括连接端和钻进端，所述连接端和钻进端之间设置有喷水装置，所述喷水装置上设置有湿度检测器。
所述喷水装置包括一体结构的套筒和喷头，所述喷头为圆盘状，其上均布有喷淋孔，所述湿度检测器通过螺栓固定在套筒上。
与现有技术相比较，本发明具有以下有益效果：本发明结构简单，体积小，在钻杆掘进过程中就可通过喷水装置进行除尘，使用十分方便。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行详细的说明。
参见图1，一种煤矿用可检测湿度的掘进防尘钻杆，包括钻杆本体，所述钻杆本体包括连接端1和钻进端2，所述连接端1和钻进端2之间设置有喷水装置，喷水装置上设置有湿度检测器6。
喷水装置包括一体结构的套筒3和喷头4，所述喷头4为圆盘状，其上均布有喷淋孔5，湿度检测器6通过螺栓固定在套筒3上。
在使用时，将连接端连接钻机装置，将套筒3和喷头4装在连接端1和钻进端2即可，在工作过程中，湿度检测器6对其空气湿度进行实时监控。

1.一种煤矿用可检测湿度的掘进防尘钻杆，包括钻杆本体，其特征在于：所述钻杆本体包括连接端（1）和钻进端（2），所述连接端（1）和钻进端（2）之间设置有喷水装置，所述喷水装置上设置有湿度检测器（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的煤矿用可检测湿度的掘进防尘钻杆，其特征在于：所述喷水装置包括一体结构的套筒（3）和喷头（4），所述喷头（4）为圆盘状，其上均布有喷淋孔（5），所述湿度检测器（6）通过螺栓固定在套筒（3）上。
