本发明涉及锅炉燃料的加工制作领域,尤其涉及一种具有香味的生物质锅炉燃料,其技术方案是:其主要组成成分是小麦秸秆1000份、泥块860份、干草450份、落叶400份、无烟煤200份、蜡烛10份、桂皮5份、茉莉花精油0.2份、兰花精油0.3份,本发明的特点是制作成本低,具有良好的保健作用和淡淡的花香味的,利用植物废弃物来制作燃料不仅节约了成本,而且减少了环境的污染,使植物废弃物得到了循环利用,加入茉莉花精油和兰花精油,使燃料在燃烧时散发出淡淡的清香味道,起到了凝神醒脑的保健作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及锅炉燃料的加工制作领域,尤其涉及一种具有香味的生物质锅炉燃料。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,锅炉的运用越来越广泛,而现在大多数锅炉仍然以煤为燃料,少数也有燃油和燃气和余热锅炉,其配套设施齐全,经过多年的生产实践技术也是十分成熟的,生物质颗粒燃料锅炉在理论上符合国家环保政策,而且燃料的含硫量含氮量也都很低,对环境有很大好处,但是生物质锅炉在燃烧时需要大量的燃料,燃料的不同直接影响着环境和人体的健康。
所以针对这一情况特别研制了一种具有香味的生物质锅炉燃料,此燃料的研发不仅可以节约燃料的成本,而且可以避免烟尘的产生,而且还可以起到保健的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对锅炉在使用过程中对燃料的特殊需求,提供一种具有香味的生物质锅炉燃料。
其技术方案是:其主要组成成分是小麦秸秆1000份、泥块860份、干草450份、落叶400份、无烟煤200份、蜡烛10份、桂皮5份、茉莉花精油0.2份、兰花精油0.3份,所述的一种具有香味的生物质锅炉燃料,其特征是:首先将小麦秸秆、泥块、干草、落叶和无烟煤进行风干,然后打碎,加入蜡烛在62-85℃的环境下反应10-15min,等蜡烛化掉即可,然后加入剩余材料搅拌均匀,在零下25-35℃的环境下进行冷冻,然后进行压缩,用颗粒机制成颗粒形状,即成成品。
本发明的特点是制作成本低,具有良好的保健作用和淡淡的花香味的,利用植物废弃物来制作燃料不仅节约了成本,而且减少了环境的污染,使植物废弃物得到了循环利用,加入茉莉花精油和兰花精油,使燃料在燃烧时散发出淡淡的清香味道,起到了凝神醒脑的保健作用。
制作成本低,无烟环保,具有良好的保健作用,在燃料里面加入无烟煤和石蜡有助于燃料的燃烧,减少烟尘的产生,起到了环保的作用,野菊花薄荷、苍术和桂花精油的加入可以使燃料漂浮出淡淡的清香味道,而且还起到安神保健的作用,必将受到人们的喜爱。
具体实施方式
实施例1:其主要组成成分是小麦秸秆1000份、泥块860份、干草450份、落叶400份、无烟煤200份、蜡烛10份、桂皮5份、茉莉花精油0.2份、兰花精油0.3份。
所述的一种具有香味的生物质锅炉燃料,其特征是:首先将小麦秸秆、泥块、干草、落叶和无烟煤进行风干,然后打碎,加入蜡烛在62-85℃的环境下反应10-15min,等蜡烛化掉即可,然后加入剩余材料搅拌均匀,在零下25-35℃的环境下进行冷冻,然后进行压缩,用颗粒机制成颗粒形状,即成成品。
实施例2:其主要组成成分是小麦秸秆1050份、泥块760份、干草350份、落叶400份、无烟煤150份、蜡烛10份、桂皮5份、茉莉花精油0.2份、兰花精油0.3份。
所述的一种具有香味的生物质锅炉燃料,其特征是:首先将小麦秸秆、泥块、干草、落叶和无烟煤进行风干,然后打碎,加入蜡烛在75-90℃的环境下反应8-10min,等蜡烛化掉即可,然后加入剩余材料搅拌均匀,在零下25-35℃的环境下进行冷冻,然后进行压缩,用颗粒机制成颗粒形状,即成成品。
另外,本发明创造不意味着说明书所局限,在没有脱离设计宗旨的前提下可以有所变化。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有香味的生物质锅炉燃料,其特征是:首先将小麦秸秆、泥块、干草、落叶和无烟煤进行风干,然后打碎,加入蜡烛在62-85℃的环境下反应10-15min,等蜡烛化掉即可,然后加入剩余材料搅拌均匀,在零下25-35℃的环境下进行冷冻,然后进行压缩,用颗粒机制成颗粒形状,即成成品。
