Abstract
本发明公开了一种轻质板,其特征在于:一种轻质板,包括两层纤维板和泡沫板,泡沫板位于两层纤维板之间,纤维板和泡沫板通过高温相贴合。本发明的轻质板,与普通密度为1.8g/cm3的玻纤板碳纤板相比,本发明的轻质板的密度仅为0.2-1.8g/cm3。极大减少了电子产品中板材的重量,在实际应用技术中实现了极大的突破。
Description
技术领域
本实发明涉及电子产品配件板材技术领域,特别涉及一种轻质板。
背景技术
随着移动互联网的普及,手机、平板电脑等电子设备应用越来越广,随着科技的发展,消费者对电子产品的要求也逐步提高,为方便携带和满足使用时的视觉效果,屏幕增大的同时却需要总体质量的减少。而现有的电子元件较轻,难以较大幅度减轻重量,目前所占重量比例较大的为壳体和背板。为更好的保护电子产品,多数消费者选择防摔的保护壳体或保护套。壳体或保护套的重量也是越轻越好。
目前壳体和背板的材质大多为玻纤板或碳纤板,如何将壳体的重量减少1/3甚至更多,紧靠减少厚度不能完成,因为厚度降低后硬度会降低而不能起到保护作用。
为此,我司投入大量研发资金和人力进行的研究,设计了一种用于电子产品的轻质板。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有电子产品用的板材密度较大重量较大的不足,提供一种轻质板。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种轻质板,包括两层纤维板和泡沫板,泡沫板位于两层纤维板之间,纤维板和泡沫板通过高温相贴合。
所述纤维板为玻纤板和碳纤板的任一种。
所述泡沫板的材质为PP、PU、PE、PS、聚氨酯、聚烯类、聚苯烯类中的任一种。
所述泡沫板为环氧树脂泡沫板。
一种轻质板制备方法:选取两片所需厚度的纤维板,将泡沫板夹在中间,在150-200℃下压合,制得本发明的轻质板。
一种轻质板,包括一层纤维板和一层泡沫板,纤维板和泡沫板通过高温相贴合。
所述纤维板为玻纤板和碳纤板的任一种。
一种复合轻质板,包括2-10层依次粘贴的一层纤维板和一层泡沫板组成的轻质板。
所述最外层的泡沫板上还粘贴有玻纤板或碳纤板。
所述轻质板才用于手机及配件、电脑、电视、洗衣机、冰箱、空调以及各种遥控器。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明提供一种轻质板,大大降低了电子产品中所用板材的重量。
2、本发明的轻质板,与普通密度为1.8g/cm3的玻纤板碳纤板相比,本发明的轻质板的密度仅为0.2-11.8g/cm3,在实际应用技术中实现了极大的突破。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1:
如图1所示,一种轻质板,包括两层玻纤板,两层玻纤板之间设有一泡沫板,加工方法为将泡沫板放在两层玻纤板之间在温度为150-200℃下压合为实施例1的轻质板。
实施例2:
如图2所示,一种轻质板,包括一层玻纤板,玻纤板一最大侧面设有一泡沫板,加工方法为将泡沫板和玻纤板在温度为150-200℃下压合为实施例2的轻质板。
实施例3:
如图3所示,一种轻质板,包括一层玻纤板和一层碳纤板,在玻纤板和碳纤板之间设有一泡沫板,加工方法为将泡沫板放在玻纤板和碳纤板之间在温度为150-200℃下压合为实施例3的轻质板。
实施例4:
如图4所示,一种轻质板,包括三层玻纤板,三层玻纤板之间设有两层泡沫板,加工方法为将两层泡沫板放在三层玻纤板之间,在温度为150-200℃下压合为实施例4的轻质板。

。通过以上表格可以看出,本发明的轻质板密度为普通玻纤板的1/2一下,极大减少了板材的重量,对电子产品重量的降低起到非常大的促进作用。

Claims (9)
1.一种轻质板,其特征在于:包括两层纤维板和泡沫板,泡沫板位于两层纤维板之间,纤维板和泡沫板通过高温相贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻质板,其特征在于:所述纤维板为玻纤板和碳纤板的任一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轻质板,其特征在于:所述泡沫板的材质为PP、PU、PE、PS、聚氨酯、聚烯类、聚苯烯类中的任一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轻质板,其特征在于:所述泡沫板为环氧树脂泡沫板。
5.一种轻质板制备方法,其特征在于:选取两片所需厚度的纤维板,将泡沫板夹在中间,在150-200℃下压合,制得权利要求1-4所述的轻质板。
6.一种轻质板,其特征在于:包括一层纤维板和一层泡沫板,纤维板和泡沫板通过高温相贴合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的轻质板,其特征在于:纤维板为玻纤板和碳纤板的任一种。
8.一种复合轻质板,其特征在于:包括2-10层依次粘贴的权利要求6所述的轻质板。
9.根据权利要求8所述的复合轻质板,其特征在于:所述最外层的泡沫板上还粘贴有玻纤板或碳纤板。
