一种砂芯硬化围屏装置，其特征在于：所述的砂芯硬化围屏装置包括安装支撑、外罩、尾气处理接口；其中：与砂芯形状相适应的外罩，所述外罩上设有数个尾气处理接口，该围屏装置在使用时，将砂芯密封在外罩内，然后向外罩内通入三乙胺对砂芯进行硬化，对砂芯进行硬化后的三乙胺可经壳体上尾气处理接口向外排出，在尾气处理接口上安装相应的气体收集装置对三乙胺进行收集。本发明的优点：本发明所述的砂芯硬化围屏装置，可有效避免三乙胺被直接排放到大气中，避免三乙胺污染空气，环保效果好。

本发明涉及防护罩领域，特别提供了一种砂芯硬化围屏装置。
背景技术
目前对砂芯进行硬化常用的方法是使用三乙胺使砂芯硬化，一般是向砂芯上通入三乙胺使砂芯硬化。但在此过程中，往往会有有大量的三乙胺尾气泄露，三乙胺是一种碱性的有毒气体，如果直接排放到空气中会对周围的环境造成污染，因此需要将三乙胺集中起来进行处理，待达到排放国家标准后才能向空气中进行排放，因此这样就需要有一个专门的装置能将砂芯围起来，使三乙胺不会太分散，以便于三乙胺的收集。

本发明的目的是为了解决上述的问题，特提供了一种砂芯硬化围屏装置。
本发明提供了一种砂芯硬化围屏装置，其特征在于：所述的砂芯硬化围屏装置包括安装支撑（1）、外罩（2）、尾气处理接口（3）；
其中：与砂芯形状相适应的外罩（2），砂芯安装在外罩（2）内的安装支撑（1）上，所述外罩（2）上设有数个尾气处理接口（3），该围屏装置在使用时，将砂芯密封在外罩（2）内，然后向外罩（2）内通入三乙胺对砂芯进行硬化，对砂芯进行硬化后的三乙胺可经壳体上尾气处理接口（3）向外排出，在尾气处理接口（3）上安装相应的气体收集装置对三乙胺进行收集。
所述的尾气处理接口（3）可设1到4个，可根据铸造机械的合理设置。
所述的外罩（1）上还可设置1到2个观察窗。

所述的尾气处理接口（3）可设2个，可根据铸造机械的合理设置。
