Abstract

本发明设计了液体液位自动报警装置,由无线模块,主控芯片模块,光敏传感器一和光敏传感器二组成,利用物理原理来检测输液液位,由光敏传感器一和光敏传感器二来监测液位的变化,当液位达到主控芯片指定的阈值时候由无线模块给相关的医护人员发送提醒消息,替代医护人员监视点滴情况,改善护理条件,避免医疗事故的发生。

本发明涉及一种输液医疗设备技术领域,特别涉及液体液位自动报警装置。
背景技术
输液瓶作为一种常见的临床医疗设备诞生以来,经历了玻璃输液瓶,PE塑料输液瓶,PVC软包装袋等多种不同形态,无论是在安全性,还是在便携性上都得到了极大的提高,但是一直以来,使用输液瓶的同时都需要医护人员定时查看输液情况,避免输入空气造成安全隐患,这无疑增加了医护人员的工作量,而且难免人力上的疏忽,所以设计一种医疗输液液位报警装置显得尤为重要。
近年来,随着科技的发展,大规模集成电路的不断进步,过去需要占用很大体积的设备都可以集成到很小的模块上,例如市面上已出现很成熟的贴片无线模块和贴片光敏传感器模块,这为本设备的发明提供了可能性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供了液体液位自动报警装置。本发明主要是设计一种输液液位自动报警设备,替代医护人员监视点滴情况,改善护理条件,避免医疗事故的发生。
本发明液体液位自动报警装置由输液瓶、无线模块、主控芯片、传感器组成,其特征在于所述的无线模块、主控芯片、传感器都由贴片封装,吸附在输液瓶上;所述的传感器包括两个光敏传感器,呈上下并行分布;所述的主控芯片通过数据线分别连接两个光敏传感器和无线模块。
本发明的有益效果:1、本发明针对目前市面上的三种类型输液瓶(玻璃、PE塑料瓶、PVC软包)均能实现输液液位自动提醒的功能。2、本发明可以重复利用,低功耗,节约成本。3、节约大量医护工作量,改善护理条件,避免医疗事故的发生。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1,对本发明做进一步详述:
液体液位自动报警装置由输液瓶、无线模块A、主控芯片B、传感器组成,所述的无线模块A、主控芯片B、传感器都由贴片封装,吸附在输液瓶上,传感器包括光敏传感器一C和光敏传感器二D,两个传感器呈上下并行分布监测液体液位的变化,当达到主控芯片设置的阈值时候经由无线模块向相关医护人员发送提醒信息。基于输液液位的变化设置两档提示:1、当液位位于光敏传感器一C和光敏传感器二D之间时候,由于两个光敏传感器检测到不同光强,其差值达到设定阈值,判定此时为需要提醒医护人员拔取输液瓶时刻。2、当液位位于光敏传感器二D之下时候,两个传感器的差值由设定阈值变为0,即判定此时输液液位过低,需要医护人员尽快采取相应措施。

1.液体液位自动报警装置,其特征在于该装置由输液瓶、无线模块、主控芯片、传感器组成,所述的无线模块、主控芯片、传感器由贴片封装吸附在输液瓶上,所述的主控芯片通过数据线分别与传感器和无线模块连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液体液位自动报警装置,其特征在于,所述的传感器包括两个光敏传感器,呈上下并行分布,分别连接主控芯片。
