Abstract

一种多层育苗架,该育苗架体为长方形框体,在该框体的上端设有上层板,在该框体的两侧面的中部和底部分别设有相互平行的两组滑道,在上述中部滑道的前端设有定位块A,在该下部滑道的另一端设有定位块B。该中层板和下层板的左右两端分别设有滑轮,该滑轮的直径与上述滑道的截面长度相同,上述中层板和下层板分别活动连接在上述中部滑道和下部滑道内部。本发明可以降低人工翻苗成本且提高秧苗的质量,节约空间。

技术领域
本发明涉及农业机械装置,尤其是一种育苗架。
背景技术
目前,随着现代农业的快速发展,水稻机械化、规模化程度逐步提高,传统的手插、抛秧等栽培方式必将被机械化插秧全面替代。全国开展的工厂化育秧主要以露地和大棚单层育秧为主,大棚育秧一般都为简单的铺在地上。它的不足之处:由于底层秧苗光照不足而导致人工翻苗成本较高而且秧苗素质较差,不能充分利用可以利用的资源,浪费空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可降低人工翻苗成本且秧苗素质较好,能充分利用可以利用的资源、节约空间的一种多层育苗架。
本发明主要包括有:育苗架体、上层板、中层板、下层板、滑道、滑轮和定位块。其中,该育苗架体为长方形框体,在该框体的上端设有上层板,在该框体的两侧面的中部和底部分别设有相互平行的两组滑道,在上述中部滑道的前端设有定位块A,在该下部滑道的另一端设有定位块B。该中层板和下层板的左右两端分别设有滑轮,该滑轮的直径与上述滑道的截面长度相同,上述中层板和下层板分别活动连接在上述中部滑道和下部滑道内部。 
本发明在使用时,可以根据实际的日照其他自然条件,可把中层板通过中部滑道向前拉,下层板通过下部滑道向后拉。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:可以降低人工翻苗成本且提高秧苗的质量,节约空间。

具体实施方式    在图1所示的一种多层育苗架的示意简图中,该育苗架体1为长方形框体,在该框体的上端设有上层板2,在该框体的两侧面的中部和底部分别设有相互平行的两组滑道,在上述中部滑道3的前端设有定位块A4,在该下部滑道5的另一端设有定位块B6。该中层板7和下层板8的左右两端分别设有滑轮9,该滑轮的直径与上述滑道的截面长度相同,上述中层板和下层板分别活动连接在上述中部滑道和下部滑道内部。

1.一种多层育苗架,主要包括有育苗架体、上层板、中层板、下层板、滑道、滑轮和定位块,其特征在于: 该育苗架体为长方形框体,在该框体的上端设有上层板,在该框体的两侧面的中部和底部分别设有相互平行的两组滑道,在上述中部滑道的前端设有定位块A,在该下部滑道的另一端设有定位块B,该中层板和下层板的左右两端分别设有滑轮,该滑轮的直径与上述滑道的截面长度相同,上述中层板和下层板分别活动连接在上述中部滑道和下部滑道内部。
