具体实施方式
以下讨论包括对根据本申请原理的本公开的吸收性制品的说明。吸收性制品可以包括基底,流体排放物(例如,液体排泄物)可能被施加且吸收到所述基底上和基底内。为了讨论的目的,将就病人护理垫料方面讨论吸收性制品;然而,本公开的吸收性制品可以是任何吸收性产品,诸如,例如,幼儿尿布和训练裤、女性月经垫、成人失禁产品、宠物训练垫、以及用以吸收流体的其他一次性产品。吸收性制品典型地包括三层设计,所述三层设计具有用于接合身体表面的流体可渗透顶部片材、用于防止流体通过所述制品泄漏的流体不可渗透背部片材、以及被支撑在流体可渗透顶部片材和流体不可渗透背部片材之间的吸收性芯体。吸收性芯体通常包括面向身体表面的液体保持材料。吸收性芯体可以包括用于获取和存储流体排放物的松散成形的纤维素纤维、超强吸收性纤维、超强吸收性颗粒、或呈连续或压印模式的它们的组合物。流体排放物泄漏可能由于吸收性芯体的过度饱和和/或由于淤积流体流失而产生。例如,在流体排放(诸如,排泄)期间,沉积在顶部片材上的尿在尿渗入吸收性芯体之前淤积是常见的。如果淤积发生,则尿将不被吸收且可能发生流体流失,从而导致从吸收性制品过早泄漏。

顶部片材20是流体可渗透层,以允许液体(例如,月经或尿)快速地渗过顶部片材的厚度。顶部片材20对于接触而言可以是柔顺和/或柔软的,以使得顶部片材不会刺激皮肤。顶部片材20可以由大范围材料制造,诸如,纺织和非纺织材料,例如,纤维的非纺织网;聚合材料,诸如具有孔的热塑膜、具有孔的塑料膜、以及液压成形的热塑膜;多孔泡沫;网状泡沫;网状热塑膜;以及热塑沙罩。可以用以构造纺织和非纺织材料的合适纤维例如包括例如木或棉纤维的天然纤维、例如聚合纤维(诸如,聚酯、聚丙烯、或聚乙烯纤维)的合成纤维、以及自然和合成纤维的组合物。在顶部片材20是非纺织网的实施方式中,所述网可以被纺粘、梳理、湿法铺置、熔喷、液压缠绕、或利用适于形成非纺织网的任何方法形成。
底部片材30可以是流体不可渗透层,以防止吸收且容纳在吸收性芯体40中的液体浸湿接触垫料的物件,诸如但并非限于内衣、裤子、睡衣、以及床单。底部片材30可以是:纺织材料;非纺织材料;液体不可渗透织物;纤维素膜;聚合膜,诸如聚乙烯或聚丙烯的热塑膜;防流体浸透纸;复合材料,例如,多层(诸如,覆膜)非纺织材料;或它们的组合物。底部片材30或至少其部分可以被压印或可以被糙面精整以提供类布料外观、和/或被上色以用于容易识别。底部片材30可以是透气的,以允许至少一些蒸气从吸收性芯体40离开或经过,同时防止流体排放物从吸收性芯体穿过。
底部片材30可以是可附连的、或配置成可移除地附连到物件或固定部件(未明确示出),诸如内衣或另一件衣物、椅子、床或寝具、轮椅或患者可能使用一次性吸收性垫料所需的任何其他合适的固定部件。底部片材30可以包括一个或多个附连装置(未示出),诸如,例如,一个或多个粘附块或粘附条、一个或多个钩环型连接器、一个或多个附连系带、一个或多个夹具连接器、它们的组合物、或用于将垫料10保持在物件或固定部件上的其他合适的连接器。附连装置(未示出)可以被贴到底部片材30的固定部件侧32,并且可以沿垫料10的一部分或整个长度和/或宽度延伸。
吸收性芯体40典型地包括由示例性吸收性材料制成的流体吸收材料或合成物,诸如但并非限于:泡沫;非纺织型复合织物;水凝胶;纤维素织物;超强吸收性聚合物;纺织织物;棉纸,纸;固有亲水性泡沫,例如,粘胶泡沫;自然或合成泡沫型聚合材料,例如,聚氨酯、聚醚、或已经被赋予亲水性或快速可湿性的苯乙烯/聚丁橡胶泡沫;粉碎型木质纸浆;任何等级的棉绒和棉木;人造丝纤维;原棉;漂白或未漂白绉纱棉纸;以及它们的组合物和合成物。
吸收性芯体40的厚度可以变化而包括较厚和/或较薄区域,从而优化吸收性制品的性能。
吸收性芯体40可以包括木纤维或木浆绒毛的含纤维基体。在一些实施方式中,吸收性芯体40包括绒毛纤维的含纤维基体,超强吸收性聚合物(SAP)颗粒分散在所述含纤维基体中或所述含纤维基体上。SAP颗粒可以以均匀的方式或以穿过吸收性芯体形成SAP颗粒的分布梯度的方式连续地或非连续地穿过吸收性芯体40分布。
现在结合图1A参照图1B和1C,吸收性芯体40示例性地示出为在垫料10的大约中央布置(相对于底部片材30示出),并且由多个隔开的超强吸收性区段50构成,所述多个隔开的超强吸收性区段在其间限定通道42。超强吸收性区段50包括SAP颗粒。通道42允许流体排放物被吸收性芯体40的排列的超强吸收性区段50吸收,同时也防止流体排放物流到垫料10的外侧。通道42沿纵向轴线"A"(例如,沿机器方向)、沿整个吸收性芯体的长度40延伸。第一超强吸收性区段50a和第二超强吸收性区段50b定位在通道42的对立侧上,以使得纵向延伸侧52a和52b限定通道42的宽度"W"。通道42的宽度"W"是可以是大约0.1mm到大约10mm,并且在另外的实施方式中,从大约0.25mm到大约8mm,并且在一些实施方式中,从大约1mm到大约5mm。通道42也包括整体延伸穿过吸收性芯体40的高度"H"。替换性地,通道42的高度"H"可以延伸穿过仅仅吸收性芯体40的一部分,如以下将进一步详细描述的。通道42的宽度"W"和高度"H"可以依据使用吸收性制品的应用变化。
第一和第二超强吸收性区段50a和50b包括邻近于通道42定位的内区域54,所述内区域包括比外区域56高的SAP颗粒分布。第一和第二超强吸收性区段50a和50b的内区域54分别包括相对于吸收性制品中的SAP总量的至少一半(如果不是SAP颗粒的大部分)。内区域54可以包括SAP颗粒的大约50%到大约90%,并且在一些实施方式中,SAP颗粒的大约70%在超强吸收性区段50的内区域54中分布。
虽然第一和第二超强吸收性区段的内外区域在图1B中示出为沿吸收性芯体40的长度直线地延伸,但是替换性地,如图1D所示,内区域54'可以在超强吸收性区段50的中央部分中提供,同时外区域56'围绕内区域的周边提供以形成径向分布模式。
界面51(图1B中以虚线示出)或界间(interphase)53(图1D中以虚线示出)可以存在于超强吸收性区段的内外区域之间。在此使用的术语"界面"意味着一表面,所述表面形成位于两个区域之间(在这种情况下例如内外区域之间)的边界。所述界面提供从一个区域到另一区域的急剧过渡或边界。在此使用的术语"界间"意味着在内外区域之间的体积特征之间的区域。界间提供从一个区域到另一区域的逐渐过渡或梯度。
使用中,垫料10被放置在使用者的正下方,以使得垫料10的中央定位成接收来自使用者的流体排放物。当垫料10接收来自使用者的流体排放物(诸如,流体排泄物)时,大部分流体穿过顶部片材20且被吸收性芯体40吸收。超强吸收性区段50和通道42的排列、以及SAP颗粒在超强吸收性区段50内的分布模式允许流体排放物快速迁移和/或芯吸到吸收性芯体40中。此外,通道42可以允许垫料10围绕其中央容易折叠。垫料典型地在一次排泄之后被丢弃。
图2A和2B示出根据本申请的垫料110的另一实施方式。垫料110包括顶部片材(未示出)、底部片材130、以及布置在顶部片材和底部片材之间的吸收性芯体140。图2A的垫料类似于图1B和1D的垫料,并且将仅仅对于它们之间的不同之处进行描述。
吸收性芯体140包括布置在超强吸收性区段150和底部片材130之间的吸收性层160。因此,通道142的高度"H"仅仅沿吸收性芯体的一部分延伸,如图2B所示,沿吸收性芯体140的大部分延伸。
吸收性层160包括绒毛纤维的基体。吸收性层160的内区域162包括比外区域164多的绒毛纤维分布。内区域162可以包括大约60%的绒毛纤维而外区域包括大约40%的绒毛纤维。内外区域162和164可以以沿纵向轴线"A"延伸的纵向模式提供(如所示)或可以以如以上相对于图1D的超强吸收性区段所述的径向模式提供。与上述超强吸收性区段一样,界面或界间可以存在于吸收性层160的内外区域162和164之间。
图3示出吸收性制品210的实施方式包括顶部片材(未示出)、底部片材230、以及吸收性芯体240,所述吸收性芯体包括多个连续超强吸收性区段250,所述多个连续超强吸收性区段限定沿纵向轴线"A"延伸的多个通道242。超强吸收性区段250、并且因此通道242平行或基本平行于彼此地设置或布置,并且可以穿过吸收性芯体240均匀地隔开。在超强吸收性区段250之间的间隔可以变化以限定变化宽度的通道。超强吸收性区段250均可以包括内区域254和外区域256,内区域254包括与在外区域256中不同(例如,更大)的相对比率的SAP颗粒。内区域254可以包括大约70%的SAP颗粒且外区域包括大约30%的SAP颗粒。在一些实施方式中,SAP颗粒从内区域254延伸到外区域256的外边缘258,以使得内区域254包括大约70%的SAP颗粒,外区域256包括大约30%的SAP颗粒,其中10%的SAP颗粒围绕外边缘258分布。
图4示出吸收性制品310包括可选的顶部片材(未示出)、底部片材330、以及以类网格模式相继隔开的多个超强吸收性区段350,由此限定沿纵向轴线"A"延伸的第一通道342a和沿纵向轴线"B"横向延伸的第二通道342b。第一和第二通道342a和342b在吸收性芯体340的大约中央交叉。超强吸收性区段350均包括内区域354,所述内区域包括比外区域356高比率的SAP颗粒。内区域354可以包括大约70的%SAP颗粒且外区域356包括大约30%的SAP颗粒。在一些实施方式中,SAP颗粒从内区域354延伸到外区域356的外边缘358,以使得内区域354包括大约70%的SAP颗粒,外区域356包括大约30%的SAP颗粒,其中10%的SAP颗粒围绕外边缘358分布。
替换性地,如在图5中示例性所示,吸收性制品310'可以在超强吸收性区段350的大约中央部分处具有带有内区域354'的芯体340,而外区域356'可以围绕内区域周边提供以形成SAP颗粒的径向分布模式。
通道442无需延伸吸收性芯体440的整个长度,而是可以在吸收性芯体440的大约中央部分处至少局部地定位。如图6所示,通道442可以限定在形成吸收性芯体的单一超强吸收性区段450内,或替换性地,如虚线所示,两个超强吸收性区段可以形成通道442。超强吸收性区段450可以包括内区域454和外区域456。
所述构造可以包括一个或多个附加层,诸如:例如,配置成管理和/或分配来自使用者的流体排放物的涌入的获取、吸入、或单向层;附连层;或其他合适的层,包括但并非限于传递层、芯吸层、存储层、流体处理层、再湿屏障、以及用于增强吸收性制品的性能和/或舒适性的其他层。
在根据本申请的一个或多个方面的一些实施方式中,非纺织条70可以放置在垫料10'的顶部片材20和吸收性芯体40之间,以覆盖通道42,由此形成防止累积SAP颗粒迁移的更好屏障,如图7所示。绒毛层80可以被施加到底部片材30,从而覆盖通道42的长度和宽度,因此形成防止流体排放物迁移出垫料10"的屏障,如图8所示。任何附加层可以通过粘附剂(诸如,热熔)或通过其他技术固定地紧固,所述其他技术例如包括且不限于超声结合、热压密封、以及热风刀结合。

Claims (18)

1.一种吸收性制品,包括:
流体可渗透顶部片材;
流体不可渗透底部片材;以及
定位在顶部片材和底部片材之间的吸收性芯体,所述吸收性芯体包括多个超强吸收性区段,在所述多个超强吸收性区段之间限定至少一个通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸收性制品,其中,所述至少一个通道尺寸定为沿吸收性芯体的长度直线地延伸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的吸收性制品,其中,所述至少一个通道尺寸定为沿吸收性芯体的纵向长度和横向长度延伸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的吸收性制品,其中,所述多个超强吸收性区段被设置成在其间限定通道网格。
5.根据权利要求1所述的吸收性制品,其中,吸收性芯体的超强吸收性区段包括超强吸收性聚合物颗粒。
6.根据权利要求1所述的吸收性制品,其中,所述多个超强吸收性区段中的至少一个限定有包括第一含量的超强吸收性聚合物颗粒的第一区域,并且所述多个超强吸收性区段的至少另一个限定有包括第二含量的超强吸收性聚合物颗粒的第二区域,超强吸收性聚合物颗粒的第一含量比超强吸收性聚合物颗粒的第二含量大。
7.根据权利要求6所述的吸收性制品,其中,第一区域包括大约重量百分比至少大约70%的超强吸收性聚合物颗粒和重量百分比小于大约30%的绒毛纤维。
8.根据权利要求6所述的吸收性制品,其中,第一区域和第二区域尺寸定为沿吸收性芯体的纵向长度直线地延伸。
9.根据权利要求1所述的吸收性制品,还包括布置在底部片材和吸收性芯体之间的吸收性层。

17.一种制造吸收性制品的方法,包括:
提供流体可渗透顶部片材;
提供流体不可渗透底部片材;并且
将吸收性芯体定位在顶部片材和底部片材之间,所述吸收性芯体包括多个超强吸收性区段,在所述多个超强吸收性区段之间限定至少一个通道。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,定位吸收性芯体的步骤包括提供包括超强吸收性颗粒和绒毛纤维的混合物的所述多个超强吸收性区段。
