本发明创造提供可调节LED路灯,包括灯杆、灯臂、灯罩,安装在灯罩内的LED灯组,控制装置,灯杆内部设置的操控机构和防雷模块;所述灯罩通过灯臂固定在灯杆上,所述的灯杆为中空的圆柱体;所述灯杆外侧上部设有滑轨,下部设有报警灯,所述滑轨上安装升降机构,所述操控机构包括升降传动链,升降电机,转向电机,操控面板,升降电机通过升降传动链连接升降机构,转向电机连接灯罩。其结构简单,自动调节LED灯的启闭,具有防雷功能,安全性好。在遇到突发事故时,可调低路灯照明,方便事故处理。

本发明创造涉及一种照明灯具,尤其涉及可调节LED路灯 
背景技术
通常情况下路灯需要保养或检修时,工作人员通过架设爬梯攀爬到顶部进行维修,浪费人力,尤其遇上雷雨天气,难以保证人员安全性。普通的路灯,开启后会一直处于同功率下工作,尤其是黄昏和清晨外部光线并不是特别暗的情况下,造成电能浪费,另外,在晚上突发车辆抛锚等情况时,通常路灯只能作为普通照明,人们还须借助其他强光源处理事故,十分不便。 
发明内容
本发明创造要解决的问题是为克服以上现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供可调节LED路灯。 
为解决上述技术问题,本发明创造采用的技术方案是:可调节LED路灯,包括灯杆、灯臂、灯罩,安装在灯罩内的LED灯组,控制装置,灯杆内部设置的操控机构和防雷模块;所述灯罩通过灯臂固定在灯杆上,所述的灯杆为中空的圆柱体;所述灯杆外侧上部设有滑轨,下部设有报警灯,所述滑轨上安装升降机构,所述操控机构包括升降传动链,升降电机,转向电机,操控面板,升降电机通过升降传动链连接升降机构,转向电机连接灯罩。 
进一步,所述LED灯组共有6个LED灯。 
进一步,所述控制装置为光线感应控制器。 
进一步,所述操控面板包括升降控制钮和转向控制钮。 
进一步,所述滑轨设置成为相互平行的两条。 
进一步,升降机构包括滑轮和滑杆;滑杆一端连接滑轮,另一端连接升降传动链。 
本发明创造具有的优点和积极效果是:其结构简单,自动调节LED灯的 启闭,节能性好,使用方便,可靠性高,减轻了工作人员维修和保养的负担和压力,又具有防雷功能,安全性好。在遇到突发事故时,可调低路灯照明,方便事故处理。

具体实施方式
可调节LED路灯,包括灯杆1、灯臂2、灯罩3,安装在灯罩内的LED灯组31,控制装置32,灯杆1内部设置的操控机构4和防雷模块5;所述灯罩3通过灯臂2固定在灯杆1上,所述的灯杆1为中空的圆柱体;所述灯杆1外侧上部设有滑轨6,下部设有报警灯7,所述滑轨6上安装升降机构8,所述操控机构4包括升降传动链41,升降电机42,转向电机43,操控面板44,升降电机42通过升降传动链41连接升降机构7,转向电机43连接灯罩3。LED灯组31共有6个LED。控制装置32为光线感应控制器。操控面板44包括升降控制钮441和转向控制钮442。滑轨6设置成为相互平行的两条。升降机构8包括滑轮81和滑杆82;滑杆82一端连接滑轮81,另一端连接升降传动链41。 
光线感应控制器会实时感应外界环境的光线,当低于设定的亮度值时候,光线感应控制器会发出信号开启LED灯组31中的部分LED灯达到设定亮度,直至入夜后控制全部6个LED灯开启,清晨天色渐亮时,光线感应控制器会逐步关掉LED灯,直至天全亮后,将全部6个LED灯关闭。当需要更 近距离的较亮光线时,可以操控升降按钮441,升降电机42会通过于电机轴连接的升降传动链41带动滑杆82下移,从而控制升降机构8下移至适当高度,滑轮91可以减少摩擦,滑动更流畅,同时操控转向控制钮442,可以控制转向电机43动作,带动灯罩3进行照射角度的调整。LED灯组31高度降低到一定距离后,报警灯7会亮起,提示过往车辆避让。

1.可调节LED路灯,包括灯杆(1)、灯臂(2)、灯罩(3),所述灯罩(3)通过灯臂(2)固定在灯杆(1)上,所述的灯杆(1)为中空的圆柱体;其特征在于:还包括安装在灯罩(3)内的LED灯组(31),控制装置(32),灯杆(1)内部设置的操控机构(4)和防雷模块(5);所述灯杆(1)外侧上部设有滑轨(6),下部设有报警灯(7),所述滑轨(6)上安装升降机构(8),所述操控机构(4)包括升降传动链(41),升降电机(42),转向电机(43),操控面板(44),升降电机(42)通过升降传动链(41)连接升降机构(7),转向电机(43)连接灯罩(3)。
