Abstract

一种软管对接机构,两个需要对接的软管的一端内部设有螺帽,该螺帽在上述软管内的一端截面呈锥形,在该对接机构的两端分别设有螺纹,该螺纹与上述两软管两端的螺帽的螺纹相对应。本发明不需要工作人员经常去检查两软管连接处的铁丝是否已经松动,从而达到省时省力,节约人工,操作简单且密封效果好的目的。

一种软管对接机构
技术领域    本发明涉及一种两软管间连接的机构。
背景技术    目前,在软管对接的过程中,因为没有操作简单的对接结构,经常只会把两根软管重叠在一起,然后用铁丝夹紧。它的不足之处:长时间使用铁丝,不去检查铁丝的使用情况,铁丝易松动,不能保证密封的效果。若使用此种连接方式,为了保证连接和密封效果,经常需要工作人员去检查,费时费力。
发明内容    本发明的目的是提供一种操作简单且密封效果好的一种软管对接机构。
    本发明主要包括有:螺帽和对接机构。其中,两个需要对接的软管的一端内部设有螺帽,该螺帽在上述软管内的一端截面呈锥形,在该对接机构的两端分别设有螺纹,该螺纹与上述两软管两端的螺帽的螺纹相对应。 
本发明在使用时,先把两个螺帽的锥形端分别插入两个软管中,然后把与其相对应的对接机构的两端分别与该螺帽的自由端连接,为了加强两个软管之间的连接和密封效果,最好在上述对接机构的两端分别用铁丝等材料进行缠绕和夹紧。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:不需要工作人员经常去检查两软管连接处的铁丝是否已经松动,从而达到省时省力,节约人工,操作简单且密封效果好的目的。

具体实施方式    在图1所示的一种软管对接机构的主视示意简图中,两个需要对接的软管的一端内部设有螺帽1,该螺帽在上述软管内的一端截面呈锥形,在该对接机构2的两端分别设有螺纹,该螺纹与上述两软管两端的螺帽的螺纹相对应。

1.一种软管对接机构,主要包括有螺帽和对接机构,其特征在于: 两个需要对接的软管的一端内部设有螺帽,该螺帽在上述软管内的一端截面呈锥形,在该对接机构的两端分别设有螺纹,该螺纹与上述两软管两端的螺帽的螺纹相对应。
