Abstract
本发明公开了一种密封垫用胶管,包括自内向外依次紧密叠置在一起的内胶层、骨架层和外胶层;制备所述内胶层时,将各组分按相应重量份数配比后,放入密炼机内进行密炼,密炼结束后再在胶温为290℃的条件下排胶,加入0.5份的三聚硫氰酸和1~1.5份的硫磺,进行混炼,混炼结束后,在520℃的温度条件下挤出,制得所需内胶层;制备所述外胶层时,将各组分按相应重量份数配比后,放入密炼机内进行密炼,加入3~6.5份的硫磺,进行混炼,混炼结束后挤出,制得所需外胶层。本发明所述密封垫用胶管,可以克服现有技术中结构复杂、耐腐蚀性差和使用寿命短等缺陷,以实现结构简单、耐腐蚀性好和使用寿命长的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及胶管技术领域,具体地,涉及一种密封垫用胶管。
背景技术
用以输送气体、液体、浆状或粒状物料的一类管状橡胶制品。由内外胶层和骨架层组成,骨架层的材料可用棉纤维、各种合成纤维、碳纤维或石棉、钢丝等。一般胶管的内外胶层材料采用天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶或顺丁橡胶;耐油胶管采用氯丁橡胶、丁腈橡胶;耐酸碱,耐高温胶管采用乙丙橡胶、氟橡胶或硅橡胶等。
胶管的种类很多,统一命名的方法是材料、结构、用途的不同而命名,产品全称为:材料+结构(工艺)+用途+胶管。例如:棉线编织耐油胶管;钢丝缠绕耐压胶管。
常见的胶管内外胶层使用的材质有:PVC聚氯乙烯、PUR聚亚安酯、NR天然橡胶、SBR充油丁苯橡胶、EPDM三元乙丙橡胶、NBR丙烯腈丁二烯共聚物/腈、CR氯丁聚合物/橡胶、SI硅橡胶、UPE/XLPE交联聚乙烯、UPE超高分子聚乙烯等等。
胶管已应用于生活生产的诸多领域,归纳使用工况,常见管类包括:输水管、热水管、蒸汽管、海用管、食品饮料管、空气管、焊接管、燃气管、通风管、物料管、输油管、化学管、高压管等等。
在实现本发明的过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在结构复杂、耐腐蚀性差和使用寿命短等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对上述问题,提出一种密封垫用胶管,以实现结构简单、耐腐蚀性好和使用寿命长的优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种密封垫用胶管,包括自内向外依次紧密叠置在一起的内胶层、骨架层和外胶层;
制备所述内胶层时,按以下各组分按重量份数配比后,放入密炼机内进行密炼,密炼结束后再在胶温为290℃的条件下排胶,制得母炼胶;将制得的母炼胶放入密炼机内,加入0.5份的三聚硫氰酸和1~1.5份的硫磺,进行混炼,混炼结束后,在520℃的温度条件下挤出,制得所需内胶层:
氯磺化聚乙烯:49份;
丁腈橡胶:41份;
快压出炭黑:3.8份;
热裂法炭黑:12~13.5份;
间接法氧化锌:2~4份;
氧化镁:11~15.9份;
二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌:0.2~1份;
硫代二丙酸双月桂酯:0.4~1.5份;
硬脂酸锌:0.5~1份;
2、2'-二硫代二苯并噻唑:2~4份;
偏苯三酸三辛酯:5~8份;
镁强粉:1~5份;
硅橡胶Q:1~3份;
制备所述外胶层时,按以下各组分按重量份数配比后,放入密炼机内进行密炼,制得母炼胶;将制得的母炼胶放入密炼机内,加入3~6.5份的硫磺,进行混炼,混炼结束后挤出,制得所需外胶层:

根据本发明实施例,提供了一种密封垫用胶管,包括自内向外依次紧密叠置在一起的内胶层、骨架层和外胶层;
制备所述内胶层时,按以下各组分按重量份数配比后,放入密炼机内进行密炼,密炼结束后再在胶温为290℃的条件下排胶,制得母炼胶;将制得的母炼胶放入密炼机内,加入0.5份的三聚硫氰酸和1~1.5份的硫磺,进行混炼,混炼结束后,在520℃的温度条件下挤出,制得所需内胶层:

1.一种密封垫用胶管,其特征在于,包括自内向外依次紧密叠置在一起的内胶层、骨架层和外胶层;
制备所述内胶层时,按以下各组分按重量份数配比后,放入密炼机内进行密炼,密炼结束后再在胶温为290℃的条件下排胶,制得母炼胶;将制得的母炼胶放入密炼机内,加入0.5份的三聚硫氰酸和1~1.5份的硫磺,进行混炼,混炼结束后,在520℃的温度条件下挤出,制得所需内胶层:
氯磺化聚乙烯:49份;
丁腈橡胶:41份;
快压出炭黑:3.8份;
热裂法炭黑:12~13.5份;
间接法氧化锌:2~4份;
氧化镁:11~15.9份;
