本发明公开了一种新型陶瓷用耐酸丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,原料为:三环癸烷羧酸偏苯三甲酸酐、苯甲酸、聚乙烯醇、苯酐、丙烯酸丁酯、偏苯三甲酸酐、引发剂、异丁酯、去离子水、乙二醇、流平剂、对甲苯磺酸、过氧化二苯甲酰、二氧化钛和亚甲基二磺酸;密度135-145g/cm3,光泽度120%-140%,人工加速老化500h后,保光率95-98%;邵氏硬度45-55,水中浸泡50-60d后无起泡、脱落现象;附着力1-2级,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡35-45d不起泡、皱皮;涂膜在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡20-30d无异常。

技术领域
本申请属于涂料领域,尤其涉及一种新型陶瓷用耐酸丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料。
背景技术
新中国成立60年来,伴随着国民经济各行业的发展,作为其配套的涂料工业从一个极不引人注目的小行业逐步发展成为国民经济各领域必不可少的重要行业。经过几代人的顽强拼搏、开拓进取,我国已成为世界第二大涂料生产国和消费国,进入到世界涂料行业发展的主流。陶瓷涂料耐候性和加工性能优异,耐脏而且耐损伤。以往的陶瓷涂料虽然耐损伤,但是如果对涂装后的部件进行弯曲加工,容易产生裂纹,而且含氟树脂涂料和有机涂料,容易被沙石、灰尘等损坏。因此,陶瓷涂料的问世,受到了陶瓷行业的青睐,并正向其他行业渗透,前景看好。而随着人性化理念的普及,及新型和谐社会的构成,设计一种光泽度好、耐腐蚀、强度高且耐候性好的陶瓷用耐酸丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料是非常必要的。

本申请针对上述技术问题,提供一种新型陶瓷用耐酸丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,解决现有陶瓷用耐酸丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料光泽度差、强度低、耐候性不好且不耐腐蚀等技术问题。

一种新型陶瓷用耐酸丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,所述陶瓷用耐酸丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:三环癸烷羧酸偏苯三甲酸酐100份;苯甲酸40-50份;聚乙烯醇20-30份;苯酐35-45份;丙烯酸丁酯20-40份;偏苯三甲酸酐25-35份;引发剂5-15份;异丁酯50-60份;去离子水80-90份;乙二醇15-25份;流平剂1-10份;对甲苯磺酸15-35份;过氧化二苯甲酰10-30份;二氧化钛30-40份;亚甲基二磺酸10-20份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述陶瓷用耐酸丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:三环癸烷羧酸偏苯三甲酸酐100份;苯甲酸45份;聚乙烯醇25份;苯酐40份;丙烯酸丁酯30份;偏苯三甲酸酐30份;引发剂10份;异丁酯55份;去离子水85份;乙二醇20份;流平剂5份;对甲苯磺酸25份;过氧化二苯甲酰20份;二氧化钛35份;亚甲基二磺酸15份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述引发剂采用偶氮二氰基戊酸引发剂或二苯甲酮。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述流平剂采用烷基改性有机硅氧烷或脲醛树脂。
有益效果:
本发明所述一种新型陶瓷用耐酸丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:1、产品密度135-145g/cm3,光泽度120%-140%,人工加速老化500h后,保光率95-98%;2、邵氏硬度45-55,水中浸泡50-60d后无起泡、脱落现象;3、附着力1-2级,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡35-45d不起泡、皱皮;4、涂膜在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡20-30d无异常,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种新型陶瓷用耐酸丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:三环癸烷羧酸偏苯三甲酸酐100份;苯甲酸40份;聚乙烯醇20份;苯酐35份;丙烯酸丁酯20份;偏苯三甲酸酐25份;二苯甲酮5份;异丁酯50份;去离子水80份;乙二醇15份;脲醛树脂1份;对甲苯磺酸15份;过氧化二苯甲酰10份;二氧化钛30份;亚甲基二磺酸10份。
将上述原料加入反应釜中,升温到70℃,搅拌3h,冷却后用粉碎机粉碎,用150mg筛过筛,制得涂料,涂覆在陶瓷上,180℃下烘烤10min即可。
密度135g/cm3,光泽度120%,人工加速老化500h后,保光率95%;邵氏硬度45,水中浸泡50d后无起泡、脱落现象;附着力2级,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡35d不起泡、皱皮;涂膜在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡20d无异常。
实施例2:
一种新型陶瓷用耐酸丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:三环癸烷羧酸偏苯三甲酸酐100份;苯甲酸50份;聚乙烯醇30份;苯酐45份;丙烯酸丁酯40份;偏苯三甲酸酐35份;偶氮二氰基戊酸引发剂15份;异丁酯60份;去离子水90份;乙二醇25份;脲醛树脂10份;对甲苯磺酸35份;过氧化二苯甲酰30份;二氧化钛40份;亚甲基二磺酸20份。
将上述原料加入反应釜中,升温到100℃,搅拌6h,冷却后用粉碎机粉碎,用150mg筛过筛,制得涂料,涂覆在陶瓷上,180℃下烘烤30min即可。
密度140g/cm3,光泽度130%,人工加速老化500h后,保光率96%;邵氏硬度50,水中浸泡55d后无起泡、脱落现象;附着力1级,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡40d不起泡、皱皮;涂膜在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡25d无异常。
实施例3:
一种新型陶瓷用耐酸丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:三环癸烷羧酸偏苯三甲酸酐100份;苯甲酸45份;聚乙烯醇25份;苯酐40份;丙烯酸丁酯30份;偏苯三甲酸酐30份;偶氮二氰基戊酸引发剂10份;异丁酯55份;去离子水85份;乙二醇20份;烷基改性有机硅氧烷5份;对甲苯磺酸25份;过氧化二苯甲酰20份;二氧化钛35份;亚甲基二磺酸15份。
将上述原料加入反应釜中,升温到80℃,搅拌5h,冷却后用粉碎机粉碎,用150mg筛过筛,制得涂料,涂覆在陶瓷上,180℃下烘烤20min即可。
密度145g/cm3,光泽度140%,人工加速老化500h后,保光率98%;邵氏硬度55,水中浸泡60d后无起泡、脱落现象;附着力1级,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡45d不起泡、皱皮;涂膜在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡30d无异常。
以上实施例中的组合物所有组分均可以商业购买。

1.一种新型陶瓷用耐酸丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,其特征在于所述陶瓷用耐酸丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:三环癸烷羧酸偏苯三甲酸酐100份;苯甲酸40-50份;聚乙烯醇20-30份;苯酐35-45份;丙烯酸丁酯20-40份;偏苯三甲酸酐25-35份;引发剂5-15份;异丁酯50-60份;去离子水80-90份;乙二醇15-25份;流平剂1-10份;对甲苯磺酸15-35份;过氧化二苯甲酰10-30份;二氧化钛30-40份;亚甲基二磺酸10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型陶瓷用耐酸丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,其特征在于所述陶瓷用耐酸丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:三环癸烷羧酸偏苯三甲酸酐100份;苯甲酸45份;聚乙烯醇25份;苯酐40份;丙烯酸丁酯30份;偏苯三甲酸酐30份;引发剂10份;异丁酯55份;去离子水85份;乙二醇20份;流平剂5份;对甲苯磺酸25份;过氧化二苯甲酰20份;二氧化钛35份;亚甲基二磺酸15份。
