Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型陶瓷用耐腐蚀丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,原料为:甲基丙烯酸丁酯、偏苯三甲酸单酐、甲醇、亚麻油、二甲苯、苯二甲酸酐、引发剂、乙二醇、过氧化苯甲酰、松香、流平剂、氢氧化锂、苯乙烯、钛白粉和甲基丙烯酸戊酯;产品熔点140-160℃,密度120-140g/cm3,邵氏硬度40-50,水中浸泡40-60d后无起泡、脱落现象;光泽度120%-130%,人工加速老化500h后,保光率94-98%,拉伸强度25-35MPa,伸长率300-400%;附着力1-2级,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡30-40d不起泡、皱皮;在盐酸中浸泡20-30d无异常。

技术领域
本申请属于涂料领域,尤其涉及一种陶瓷用耐腐蚀丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料。
背景技术
由于陶瓷科学技术的不断发展。以及市场对陶瓷新产品的需求日益增加,迫使陶瓷企业要不断发展新产品,而不能不考虑产品的变动这个因素对合理组织生产过程带来的问题和产生的影响。为了增强适应性,陶瓷企业不仅需要大力提高科学技术应用水平和新产品的研究能力,不断使产品更新换代,还必须采用计划评审法、成组工艺和多品种混流生产等先进的生产组织方法,采用适应性强的机器设备以及柔性生产制造系统,以适应生产变动的需要。陶瓷涂料耐候性和加工性能优异,耐脏而且耐损伤。以往的陶瓷涂料虽然耐损伤,但是如果对涂装后的部件进行弯曲加工,容易产生裂纹,而且含氟树脂涂料和有机涂料,容易被沙石、灰尘等损坏。因此,陶瓷涂料的问世,受到了陶瓷行业的青睐,并正向其他行业渗透,前景看好。而随着人性化理念的普及,及新型和谐社会的构成,设计一种耐热性好、耐腐蚀、保光率好且拉伸强度高的陶瓷用耐腐蚀丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料是非常必要的。

本申请针对上述技术问题,提供一种陶瓷用耐腐蚀丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,解决现有陶瓷用耐腐蚀丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料拉伸强度低、不耐腐蚀、耐热性和保光率差等技术问题。

一种新型陶瓷用耐腐蚀丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,所述陶瓷用耐腐蚀丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:甲基丙烯酸丁酯100份;偏苯三甲酸单酐10-20份;甲醇5-15份;亚麻油55-65份;二甲苯70-90份;苯二甲酸酐25-35份;引发剂5-15份;乙二醇15-25份;过氧化苯甲酰1-3份;松香2-8份;流平剂1-10份;氢氧化锂0.02-0.06份;苯乙烯50-60份;钛白粉30-40份;甲基丙烯酸戊酯15-25份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述陶瓷用耐腐蚀丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:甲基丙烯酸丁酯100份;偏苯三甲酸单酐15份;甲醇10份;亚麻油60份;二甲苯80份;苯二甲酸酐30份;引发剂10份;乙二醇20份;过氧化苯甲酰2份;松香5份;流平剂5份;氢氧化锂0.04份;苯乙烯55份;钛白粉35份;甲基丙烯酸戊酯20份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述引发剂采用偶氮二氰基戊酸引发剂或二苯甲酮。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述流平剂采用聚二甲基硅氧烷或脲醛树脂。
有益效果:
本发明所述一种新型陶瓷用耐腐蚀丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:1、产品熔点140-160℃,密度120-140g/cm3,邵氏硬度40-50,水中浸泡40-60d后无起泡、脱落现象;2、光泽度120%-130%,人工加速老化500h后,保光率94-98%,拉伸强度25-35MPa,伸长率300-400%;3、附着力1-2级,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡30-40d不起泡、皱皮;4、在盐酸中浸泡20-30d无异常,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种新型陶瓷用耐腐蚀丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:甲基丙烯酸丁酯100份;偏苯三甲酸单酐10份;甲醇5份;亚麻油55份;二甲苯70份;苯二甲酸酐25份;二苯甲酮5份;乙二醇15份;过氧化苯甲酰1份;松香2份;脲醛树脂1份;氢氧化锂0.02份;苯乙烯50份;钛白粉30份;甲基丙烯酸戊酯15份。
将上述原料加入反应釜中,升温到90℃,保温反应6h,冷却后用粉碎机粉碎,用40mg筛过筛,制得涂料。
熔点140℃,密度120g/cm3,邵氏硬度40,水中浸泡40d后无起泡、脱落现象;光泽度120%,人工加速老化500h后,保光率94%,拉伸强度25MPa,伸长率300%;附着力2级,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡30d不起泡、皱皮;在盐酸中浸泡20d无异常。
实施例2:
一种新型陶瓷用耐腐蚀丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:甲基丙烯酸丁酯100份;偏苯三甲酸单酐20份;甲醇15份;亚麻油65份;二甲苯90份;苯二甲酸酐35份;偶氮二氰基戊酸引发剂15份;乙二醇25份;过氧化苯甲酰3份;松香8份;脲醛树脂10份;氢氧化锂0.06份;苯乙烯60份;钛白粉40份;甲基丙烯酸戊酯25份。
将上述原料加入反应釜中,升温到130℃,保温反应8h,冷却后用粉碎机粉碎,用80mg筛过筛,制得涂料。
产品熔点150℃,密度130g/cm3,邵氏硬度45,水中浸泡50d后无起泡、脱落现象;光泽度125%,人工加速老化500h后,保光率96%,拉伸强度30MPa,伸长率350%;附着力2级,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡35d不起泡、皱皮;在盐酸中浸泡25d无异常。
实施例3:
一种新型陶瓷用耐腐蚀丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:甲基丙烯酸丁酯100份;偏苯三甲酸单酐15份;甲醇10份;亚麻油60份;二甲苯80份;苯二甲酸酐30份;偶氮二氰基戊酸引发剂10份;乙二醇20份;过氧化苯甲酰2份;松香5份;聚二甲基硅氧烷5份;氢氧化锂0.04份;苯乙烯55份;钛白粉35份;甲基丙烯酸戊酯20份。
将上述原料加入反应釜中,升温到110℃,保温反应7h,冷却后用粉碎机粉碎,用60mg筛过筛,制得涂料。
产品熔点160℃,密度140g/cm3,邵氏硬度50,水中浸泡60d后无起泡、脱落现象;光泽度130%,人工加速老化500h后,保光率98%,拉伸强度35MPa,伸长率400%;附着力1级,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡40d不起泡、皱皮;在盐酸中浸泡30d无异常。
以上实施例中的组合物所有组分均可以商业购买。

1.一种新型陶瓷用耐腐蚀丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,其特征在于所述陶瓷用耐腐蚀丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:甲基丙烯酸丁酯100份;偏苯三甲酸单酐10-20份;甲醇5-15份;亚麻油55-65份;二甲苯70-90份;苯二甲酸酐25-35份;引发剂5-15份;乙二醇15-25份;过氧化苯甲酰1-3份;松香2-8份;流平剂1-10份;氢氧化锂0.02-0.06份;苯乙烯50-60份;钛白粉30-40份;甲基丙烯酸戊酯15-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型陶瓷用耐腐蚀丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,其特征在于所述陶瓷用耐腐蚀丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:甲基丙烯酸丁酯100份;偏苯三甲酸单酐15份;甲醇10份;亚麻油60份;二甲苯80份;苯二甲酸酐30份;引发剂10份;乙二醇20份;过氧化苯甲酰2份;松香5份;流平剂5份;氢氧化锂0.04份;苯乙烯55份;钛白粉35份;甲基丙烯酸戊酯20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型陶瓷用耐腐蚀丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述引发剂采用偶氮二氰基戊酸引发剂或二苯甲酮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型陶瓷用耐腐蚀丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述流平剂采用聚二甲基硅氧烷或脲醛树脂。
