技术领域
本发明涉及金属材料加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种落料线堆垛挡杆组。
背景技术
在板材落料线堆垛机四周设有挡杆组,包括一根前挡杆、一根后挡杆、一根左侧挡杆和一根右侧挡杆,挡杆均连接于推送机构上,用于将堆垛完成的板材整理整齐,现有的挡杆为圆柱体结构,若板材非矩形或正方形,在整理板材过程中,易发生板材的撞伤和堆垛错层的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种落料线堆垛挡杆组,能够在板材非矩形或正方形的情况下,避免板材的撞伤和堆垛错层的现象,从而获得品质更好、更整齐的板材堆垛。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种落料线堆垛挡杆组,包括前挡杆、后挡杆、左侧挡杆和右侧挡杆,所述前挡杆、后挡杆、左侧挡杆和右侧挡杆均包括挡杆本体、弹簧、挡板,所述挡杆本体为圆柱体,所述弹簧一端连接挡杆本体的圆柱面,另一端连接挡板,所述挡板朝向待整理的板材,所述挡板为矩形,所述挡板的长边与挡杆本体的轴线平行,所述挡板的长边长度大于所述挡杆本体的长度。
进一步,所述弹簧一端设于所述挡杆本体的中部,所述弹簧另一端设于挡板的中心。
进一步,所述挡杆组的前挡杆、后挡杆、左侧挡杆、右侧挡杆均至少为两个,每个挡杆的挡杆本体分别连接独立的推送机构。
本发明的有益效果有:
本发明所提出的落料线堆垛挡杆组采用弹簧和挡板连接在挡杆本体上,在推送挡杆本体时,接触到板材的斜边,弹簧能使挡板顺应板材的斜边,一方面弹簧实现整理板材时的缓冲,另一方面使挡板顺应板材的斜边,实现更好的整理效果,有效的防止了板材的撞伤和错层。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1所示,是本实施例提出的一种落料线堆垛挡杆组,包括前挡杆、后挡杆、左侧挡杆和右侧挡杆,前挡杆、后挡杆、左侧挡杆和右侧挡杆均包括挡杆本体1、弹簧2、挡板3,挡杆本体1为圆柱体,弹簧2一端连接挡杆本体1的圆柱面,另一端连接挡板3,挡板3朝向待整理的板材4,挡板3为矩形,挡板3的长边与挡杆本体1的轴线平行,挡板3的长边长度大于挡杆本体1的长度,在推送挡杆本体1时,接触到板材4的斜边,弹簧2能使挡板3顺应板材4的斜边,一方面弹簧2实现整理板材4时的缓冲,另一方面使挡板3顺应板材4的斜边,实现更好的整理效果,有效的防止了板材4的撞伤和错层。
优选的方案,弹簧2一端设于挡杆本体1的中部,弹簧2另一端设于挡板3的中心,受力更均匀。
进一步优选的方案,挡杆组的前挡杆、后挡杆、左侧挡杆、右侧挡杆均至少为两个,每个挡杆的挡杆本体1分别连接独立的推送机构,使整理效果更好。

1.一种落料线堆垛挡杆组,包括前挡杆、后挡杆、左侧挡杆和右侧挡杆,其特征在于,所述前挡杆、后挡杆、左侧挡杆和右侧挡杆均包括挡杆本体(1)、弹簧(2)、挡板(3),所述挡杆本体(1)为圆柱体,所述弹簧(2)一端连接挡杆本体(1)的圆柱面,另一端连接挡板(3),所述挡板(3)朝向待整理的板材(4),所述挡板(3)为矩形,所述挡板(3)的长边与挡杆本体(1)的轴线平行,所述挡板(3)的长边长度大于所述挡杆本体(1)的长度,所述挡杆组的前挡杆、后挡杆、左侧挡杆、右侧挡杆均至少为两个,每个挡杆的档杆本体(1)分别连接独立的推送机构,所述弹簧(2)一端设于所述挡杆本体(1)的中部,所述弹簧(2)另一端设于挡板(3)的中心。
