技术领域    本发明涉及一种公共设施，尤其是一种公交汽车的休息座椅。
背景技术    目前，在城市公交车中，车内的公交座椅普遍采用无扶手式座椅结构，通过椅子腿或支架固定椅面和靠背，乘客只能坐在椅面上和倚靠在靠背上才能休息。一旦乘客睡觉时，遇到紧急情况，汽车突然停止或者转弯，在惯性的作用下，乘客就会快速向前倾，容易发生危险。它的不足之处：遇到紧急情况，不能保证乘客的人身安全，不经济实用。
发明内容    本发明的目的是提供一种在遇到紧急状况，能够保证乘客安全的，且经济实用的一种公交车座椅。
    本发明主要包括有：椅背、椅座、椅腿和安全杆。其中，该椅座为长方形平板，在该椅座的上表面的一端固定连接椅背，在该椅座的底部，固定连接有椅腿。在上述椅背一侧面的中部，设有安全杆，该安全杆由两根横杆焊接，呈L型，安全杆一横杆的一端固定连接在椅背上，另一根横杆与上述椅背相平行。 
本发明在使用时，乘客直接坐在公共汽车的座椅上，身体在L型安全杆和座椅之间，便可保证其人身安全。 
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点：遇到紧急状况，能够保证乘客安全的，且经济实用
