Abstract

一种电子装置保护壳，包括一用来容置电子装置的本体和一上盖，所述本体设有一底板，所述底板转动装设了一翻板，所述上盖转动连接在所述翻板上，所述翻板能够转动而将所述本体支撑在一站立位置，所述上盖能够折叠而抵住所述本体的下端从而配合所述翻板将所述本体定位在所述站立位置。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保护壳，尤其涉及一种电子装置保护壳。
背景技术
在一些电子装置中，如平板电脑、平板手机等，为了防止屏幕在日常放置及携带的时候被刮伤或摔伤，一般都将该电子装置放置在一保护壳中。然而，该保护壳通常只是一个皮套，当需要将电子装置定位时，需要一个额外的支架来支撑。这样，一个电子装置需要配套另外的一个皮套及一个支架，不仅成本高，携带及使用起来也不方便。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容，有必要提供一种既能保护屏幕又能起多角度支撑作用的电子装置保护壳。
一种电子装置保护壳，包括一用来容置电子装置的本体和一上盖，所述本体设有一底板，所述底板转动装设了一翻板，所述上盖转动连接在所述翻板上，所述翻板能够转动而将所述本体支撑在一站立位置，所述上盖能够折叠而抵住所述本体的下端从而配合所述翻板将所述本体定位在所述站立位置。
优选地，所述底板开设有一缺口，所述翻板转动安装在所述缺口的边缘从而与所述底板转动连接。
优选地，当所述翻板容置于所述缺口时，所述翻板处于一关闭位置，所述上盖能够在一保护位置及一打开位置之间转动，所述本体及所述上盖能够将所述电子装置收容在两者之间。
优选地，当所述翻板从所述缺口中转出时，所述翻板能够处于不同的支撑位置，所述上盖能够处于相对应的折叠位置，所述翻板与所述上盖配合从而将所述本体定位在不同站立位置。
优选地，所述翻板包括一支撑板及一挡板，所述挡板与所述支撑板垂直连接，所述支撑板与所述底板转动连接。
优选地，所述上盖包括一连接板及若干折叠板，所述连接板及所述折叠板依次连接且所述连接板与所述挡板相连，所述上盖能够相对所述挡板转动。
优选地，所述折叠板两两平行相连，每一折叠板均能够相对相邻的折叠板转动折叠。
优选地，所述本体包括一底板、一第一侧板及两第二侧板，所述两第二侧板分别连接在所述第一侧板两端，所述两第二侧板相互平行，所述底板、所述第一侧板及所述两第二侧板共同围成一用以收容所述电子装置的收容空间。
优选地，所述上盖尺寸与所述底板尺寸大致相同。
优选地，所述本体及所述上盖外层均包裹一层皮套，所述本体及所述上盖均收容在所述皮套内。
与现有技术相比，所述电子装置保护壳通过所述翻板在不同的支撑位置及所述上盖在不同的折叠位置将所述电子装置固定在不同的站立位置，同时所述翻板处于所述关闭位置，所述上盖处于所述保护位置时，可将所述电子装置收容在所述本体及所述上盖之间，所述上盖遮盖住所述电子装置的显示屏，从而保护显示屏不被刮伤。这样，所述电子装置保护壳既能起到保护所述电子装置显示屏的作用，又能起到定位支撑所述电子装置的作用。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1，本发明的一较佳实施方式中，一电子装置保护壳100用以保护及支撑一电子装置10。所述电子装置保护壳100包括一本体20及一上盖30，所述本体20及所述上盖30外层均包裹一层皮套，所述本体20及所述上盖30均收容在所述皮套内。
所述电子装置10包括一正面11及一反面12，所述正面11安装有一显示屏111。在一实施方式中，所述电子装置10为一平板结构，所述正面11平行于所述反面12。
所述本体20包括一底板21、一第一侧板22及两第二侧板23，所述底板21尺寸与所述正面11的尺寸大致相等，所述第一侧板22及所述两第二侧板23分别与所述底板21的边缘处垂直连接，所述两第二侧板23分别与所述第一侧板22两端相连，所述两第二侧板23平行设置，所述底板21上开设有一缺口（图中未示），一翻板24转动安装在所述缺口的边缘从而与所述底板21转动连接，所述翻板24包括一支撑板241及一挡板242，所述支撑板241一端与所述底板21转动连接，所述挡板242两端分别与所述第二侧板23相连，所述挡板242与所述第一侧板22平行，所述翻板24可在一关闭位置及若干支撑位置之间转动，所述底板21、所述第一侧板22及所述两第二侧板23共同围成一收容空间25。
所述上盖30包括一连接板31及若干折叠板320，所述连接板31分别与所述挡板242及所述折叠板320相连，所述折叠板320依次连接且两两平行，每一折叠板320均可相对相邻的折叠板320转动折叠。所述上盖30可绕所述挡板242转动，当所述翻板24处于所述关闭位置时，所述上盖30可在一保护位置及一打开位置之间转动；当所述翻板24处于若干不同的支撑位置时，所述上盖30处于与之相对应的折叠位置。
请参阅图2，组装时，将所述翻板24转动至所述关闭位置，所述上盖30转动至所述打开位置，将所述电子装置10放置于所述收容空间25中，所述电子装置10的反面12朝向所述底板21，所述显示屏111背离所述底板21。当不需要使用所述电子装置10时，将所述上盖30转动至所述保护位置从而使所述电子装置10收容在所述本体20及所述上盖30之间，所述上盖30覆盖在所述显示屏111上，所述本体20及所述上盖30保护所述电子装置10。
请一并参阅图3至图5，当需要使用所述电子装置10时，可将所述翻板24转动至一支撑位置，所述上盖30在所述翻板24的带动下转动至相对应的一折叠位置。当所述翻板24处于其中一支撑位置时，将所述上盖30远离所述连接板31一端的一折叠板320转动折叠至相邻的另一折叠板320上，此时，位于上侧的所述折叠板320抵接所述本体20的第一侧板22从而将所述电子装置10保持在一站立位置；当需要调整所述电子装置10的站立角度时，将多个所述折叠板320叠加到相邻的折叠板320上，从而可让所述电子装置10处于不同的站立位置。
与现有技术相比，所述电子装置保护壳100通过所述翻板24在不同的支撑位置及所述上盖30在不同的折叠位置可将所述电子装置10固定在不同的站立位置，同时所述翻板24处于所述关闭位置且所述上盖30处于所述保护位置时，可将所述电子装置10收容在所述本体20及所述上盖30之间，所述上盖30遮盖住所述电子装置10的显示屏111，保护所述显示屏111不被刮伤。这样，所述电子装置保护壳100既能保护所述电子装置显示屏111，又能定位支撑所述电子装置10。

Claims (9)

1.一种电子装置保护壳，包括一用来容置电子装置的本体和一上盖，其特征在于：所述本体包括第一侧板、两第二侧板及开设有一缺口的底板，所述第一侧板及所述两第二侧板分别连接于所述底板的边缘处，所述两第二侧板分 别连接在所述第一侧板的两端，所述缺口与所述第一侧板分别设于所述底板的相对两侧，所述底板转动装设了一翻板，所述翻板转动安装在所述底板的缺口处，所述翻板包括一挡板，所述上盖包括一连接板，所述上盖通过所述连接板与所述翻板的挡板转动连接，所述翻板能够转动而将所述本体支撑在一站立位置，所述上盖能够折叠而抵住所述本体的下端从而配合所述翻板将所述本体定位在所述站立位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子装置保护壳，其特征在于：当所述翻板容置于所述缺口时，所述翻板处于一关闭位置，所述上盖能够在一保护位置及一打开位置之间转动，所述本体及所述上盖能够将所述电子装置收容在两者之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的电子装置保护壳，其特征在于：当所述翻板从所述缺口中转出时，所述翻板能够处于不同的支撑位置，所述上盖能够处于相对应的折叠位置，所述翻板与所述上盖配合从而将所述本体定位在不同站立位置。
4.如权利要求1所述的电子装置保护壳，其特征在于：所述翻板还包括一支撑板，所述挡板与所述支撑板垂直连接，所述支撑板与所述底板转动连接。
5.如权利要求4所述的电子装置保护壳，其特征在于：所述上盖还包括若干折叠板，所述连接板与所述折叠板依次连接。
6.如权利要求5所述的电子装置保护壳，其特征在于：所述折叠板两两平行相连，每一折叠板均能够相对相邻的折叠板转动折叠。
7.如权利要求1所述的电子装置保护壳，其特征在于：所述底板、所述第一侧板及所述两第二侧板共同围成一用以收容所述电子装置的收容空间。
8.如权利要求1所述的电子装置保护壳，其特征在于：所述上盖尺寸与所述底板尺寸大致相同。
9.如权利要求1所述的电子装置保护壳，其特征在于：所述本体及所述上盖外层均包裹一层皮套，所述本体及所述上盖均收容在所述皮套内。
