Technical Field
The invention relates to guest room intelligent control and user intelligent management of various types of hotels, restaurants and hotel hotels, in particular to a passive intelligent guest control system.
Background
The guest room control system integrates intelligent light control, air conditioner control, service control and management functions, has the characteristics of intellectualization, networking and standardization, combines scientific management ideas with advanced management means, and helps managers and service staff at all levels of the hotel to analyze and process a large amount of dynamic and complex data and information generated in the operation process of the hotel in time and accurately, so that the hotel management really enters into scientific management through experience management.
The whole system can be divided into three parts:
1. a single room system (with RCU as core, can run independently);
2. a communication system (based on various communication modes such as TCP/IP, RS485, CANBUS and the like);
3. system software (in either C/S or B/S configuration).
The single-guest room system is the most obvious part for guests to feel, for example, when the guests enter a room and open a door, the system can automatically judge the light intensity in the room, and when the light is dark, the corridor lamp is automatically lightened. Then the guest inserts the card to get the electricity, at this moment, the system can automatically turn off the corridor lamp and light up the specified lamp in the guest room according to the requirements of the wine shop, such as a bedside reading lamp. The guest can set the temperature, the wind speed and the like of the air conditioner according to own habits, and the information is transmitted to the system software in real time through the network. In addition, guests can press scene mode switches such as a sleep mode, a reading mode, a video mode and the like, and one key controls the combination of lamps in a room, so that corresponding atmosphere is created conveniently.
The communication system is a data transmission part of the whole system, and various manufacturers have various networking modes. With the development of the technology, the TCP/IP mode has gradually become the mainstream, because of its fast communication rate, large capacity, convenient hotel maintenance, and strong expandability.
The system software is a data center and a remote monitoring center of the whole system network, and generally adopts a C/S or B/S structure, namely a client/server structure or a browser/server structure. The system software generally has the following functional modules: the method comprises the following steps of guest room state display, service information alarm, air conditioner remote control parameter setting, equipment remote inspection, system setting and the like.
At present, a relatively mature and perfect management system is provided in a guest control system, but the existing hotel control system is very complicated because an input module needs to adopt a large number of connecting wires.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention relates to a passive control intelligent guest control system, which aims to solve the problem of guest room intelligent control and intelligent management of users in hotels, restaurants and the like and gradually achieve a novel integrated management mode of various electric equipment and guest room services of the hotels.
The invention provides a passive intelligent guest control system, which is used for service management of rooms in a hotel and is characterized by comprising the following components: an input module, an output module, at least one main control module and a server management module, wherein,
the input module is coupled with the main control module, controls input information in an Enocean mode, and comprises: a parallel temperature controller adjusting input unit, a door magnetic window magnetic unit, a human body induction input unit, a lamp switch input unit, a socket control input unit, a bedside reading lamp light and shade adjusting unit and a hotel service information input unit, wherein,
the temperature controller adjusting input unit is coupled with the main control module and is used for setting the temperature of the air conditioner temperature controller;
the door magnetic window magnetic unit is coupled with the main control module and is used for detecting the opening or movement of a door or a window;
the human body sensing input unit is coupled with the main control module and used for detecting a human body in the sensing area;
the lamp switch input unit is coupled with the main control module and used for setting the on and off of a lamp;
the socket control input unit is coupled with the main control module and used for setting a power supply of a socket;
the bedside reading lamp light and shade adjusting unit is coupled with the main control module and used for setting the light and shade of the bedside reading lamp;
the hotel service information unit is coupled with the main control module and used for inputting service information;
the output module is coupled with the main control module and is used for adjusting the temperature in the room, adjusting the brightness of bedside lamps in the room, controlling illuminating lamps in the room and starting emergency power supply;
the main control module is respectively coupled with the server management module, the input module and the output module, is used for processing user input information and controlling the output module, is connected with the server management module through a network for data interaction, receives the control of the server management module, and sends the state information of the room to the server management module;
and the server management module is coupled with the main control module and used for managing the electric equipment, the user service information and the request information of all rooms by controlling the main control module in each room.
Further, the hotel service information input unit is coupled with the main control module in a wired or wireless mode.
Further, the hotel service information input unit inputs service information in an enocaan manner, and the service information includes: do not disturb, wash, call, order, carry luggage, leave a room, and/or emergency call.
Further, a relay is arranged in the output module, and the relay is coupled with the main control module and used for automatic adjustment, safety protection and switching circuits.
Further, the input module further comprises an infrared sensor coupled to the main control module for activating an illumination lamp in the room and detecting smoke in the room.
Compared with a guest control system in the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
(1) the invention adopts a wireless input mode, avoids a large amount of wiring, so that the system is simple and clear, and the wireless system uses the Enocean control switch of the switch equipment without a power supply, so that the real green and environmental protection become possible. Compared with the prior art, the passive intelligent guest control system changes the traditional wired input mode and uses wireless input, and the wireless input uses a new wireless data transmission technology Enocean without power supply, so that the real energy-saving, environment-friendly, low-carbon and pollution-free effects are achieved, the construction waste and noise pollution generated by wall drilling and groove digging in the installation process can be avoided, and a large amount of cable laying can be saved. Meanwhile, the number of the saved batteries and the later maintenance work are also considerable.
(2) A linux operating system is used as a main control part of the system in the main control module, so that the processing capacity and the processing performance of the system are greatly improved, and the system becomes a real passive intelligent control system.
(3) Compared with the prior art, the passive intelligent guest control system of the hotel realizes a novel green, environment-friendly, energy-saving and passive intelligent guest control system of the hotel by changing the traditional semi-artificial and semi-intelligent wired input and control mode.

the input module 1 is coupled to the main control module 2, the input module 1 controls input information in an enocaan manner, and the input module includes: a parallel temperature controller adjusting input unit 101, a door magnetic window unit 102, a human body induction input unit 103, a lamp switch input unit 104, a socket control input unit 105, a bedside reading lamp light and shade adjusting unit 106 and a hotel service information input unit 107, wherein,
the temperature controller adjusting input unit 101 is coupled with the main control module 2 and used for setting the temperature of the air conditioner temperature controller;
the door magnetic window magnetic unit 102 is coupled with the main control module 2 and used for detecting the opening or movement of a door or a window;
the human body sensing input unit 103 is coupled with the main control module 2 and is used for detecting a human body in a sensing area;
the lamp switch input unit 104 is coupled to the main control module 2 and configured to set on and off of lamps, and the lamp switch input unit 104 of the present invention includes various types of lamps in the room, such as a door lamp, a ceiling lamp in a bathroom, a wall lamp, a floor lamp, a corridor ceiling lamp, and the like.
The socket control input unit 105 is coupled with the main control module 2 and used for setting a power supply of a socket;
the bedside reading lamp light and shade adjusting unit 106 is coupled with the main control module 2 and is used for setting the light and shade of a bedside reading lamp;
the hotel service information unit 107 is coupled to the main control module 2, and is configured to input service information;
the output module 4 is coupled to the main control module 2, as shown in fig. 3, it is a structural diagram of the output module, and the output module 4 is used for adjusting the temperature in the room, adjusting the brightness of bedside lamps in the room, controlling illuminating lamps in the room, and starting emergency power supply when the system detects a power failure;
the main control module 2 is respectively coupled with the server management module 3, the input module 1 and the output module 4, is used for processing user input information and controlling the output module, is connected with the server management module through a network for data interaction, receives control of the server management module, and sends state information of a room to the server management module 3;
and the server management module 3 is coupled with the main control module 2 and is used for managing the electric equipment, the user service information and the request information of all rooms by controlling the main control module 2 in each room. The server management module 3 and the main control module 2 are coupled via ethernet.
The hotel service information input unit 107 is coupled to the main control module 2 by wire or wirelessly.
The hotel service information input unit 107 inputs service information in an enocaan manner, where the service information includes: do not disturb, wash, call, carry luggage, check out, and/or emergency call.
And a relay is arranged in the output module 4, and the relay is coupled with the main control module 2 and used for automatic adjustment, safety protection and circuit conversion.
The input module 1 further comprises an infrared sensor coupled to the main control module for activating an illumination lamp in the room and detecting smoke in the room.
Example 2:
with reference to fig. 1, the passive hotel room intelligent control system is constructed by three blocks:
(1) a server management module (a PC server and all the department workstations are interconnected through Ethernet (TCP/IP));
(2) the main control module Ethernet (TCP/IP) is connected with the room controllers of all the rooms;
(3) the input module and the output module are composed of a guest room controller, a do-not-disturb/cleaning/doorbell/room-returning switch (multifunctional guest room service identifier), an intelligent identity recognizer (power-taking switch), an emergency call button, an infrared sensor, an Enocean control switch, a door magnetic window magnet and the like. The structure of the Enocean control switch is given in fig. 2.
Preferably, the intelligent hotel room control system of the present invention includes: the system comprises an input module, an output module, a main control module and a server management module; wherein,
the input module is used for: all service items of the hotel are covered, including the application of a temperature controller to adjust the temperature of an air conditioner, the magnetism of a door magnetic window, human body induction input, the input of various types of light switches, socket control input, the input of light and shade adjustment of a bedside reading lamp and the input of various service information (no disturbance, cleaning, calling, baggage moving, room returning, SOS and the like) of the hotel.
The input implementation mode in the invention is a wired mode and a wireless mode, wherein the wireless mode can implement input control by using mobile terminals such as a mobile phone and a tablet computer in a Wifi mode, and in this embodiment, an Enocean (energy collection technology) is used to obtain weak power from light, heat, electric waves, vibration, human body actions, etc.) technology is a novel ultra-low power consumption wireless transmission technology, and can be applied to many application occasions without wiring and power supply. The wireless connection and control within the range of 0-300 meters can be provided, and the real energy-saving, green and pollution-free control without power supply can be realized.
The output module inputs the information of the electric equipment to be controlled into the main control module through the input module, the main control module processes the information and sends a command to the output module, and the output module can complete the corresponding control task after receiving the command. The main functions are as follows:
1) and (3) controlling the ambient temperature: the temperature controller is used for controlling the air conditioner of the room, and further adjusting the indoor temperature.
2) Bed head reading lamp dimming control: the user can adjust the brightness of the bedside lamp in the room at will.
3) Various lighting lamps and controlled sockets: all lighting lamps in the room and the lighting lamps in the washroom can be freely controlled by the user.
4) Power failure detection: when the system detects power failure, emergency power supply can be started to supply power to corresponding equipment or electric lamps.
The main control module is connected with the server through the network, receives the control of the server management module, can send all state information of the current room to the server, and the server management application system also needs to send configuration files and configuration information to the central control system.
The server management module is responsible for managing all the electric equipment of guest rooms of the whole hotel, user service information and request information, and achieves the purpose by controlling the main controller in each guest room. The management module reads the state information of the main controller in each guest room in real time and knows the current electric equipment conditions of all guest rooms and the requirement conditions of customers.
Compared with a guest control system in the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
