本发明涉及一种船舶管道的悬挂装置,包括横梁,横梁上的支架及与支架连接的托架,支架具有上弧形部,托架上具有与上弧形部具有相同曲率半径的下弧形部,上弧形部的弧长小于下弧形部的弧长,上弧形部与下弧形部对合成管道环,管道安置于管道环中,支架与托架借助螺栓固定连接,托架与螺栓间夹持弹片;上弧形部与横梁之间对称连接有加固斜杆。本发明比较现有的船用双排管道,采用加固斜杆减小了管道与吊架间的振动冲击,并且添加弹片连接补偿了管道的热胀,提高了管道的安全性能。

技术领域:
本发明涉及船舶器械领域,特别涉及船舶管道的吊架。
技术背景:
船舶中管道需要吊架固定在船体的构件上,以防止管子的下垂、挠曲、振动等现象发生,因而防止管路的损坏或者管路接头紧密性的破坏。双排管道吊架包括支架及双排半圆环,半圆环借助连接件固定在支架上,管道安装在半圆环内,支架固定于船体上。现有的双排管道吊架的半圆环与管道的间隙较大,由于船舶航行时振动较大,因此管道在半圆环内的振动无法避免,大间隙产生冲击甚至造成吊架或管路的破裂,并且由于吊架无补偿装置,当管道热胀时,同样会造成管路的破裂,引发安全事故。
发明内容:
本申请人针对上述现有船舶管道的悬挂装置的缺点,进行研究和改进,提供一种船舶管道的悬挂装置,解决了管道与吊架间的振动冲击,提高了安全性能。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用如下方案:
一种船舶管道的悬挂装置,包括横梁,横梁上的支架及与支架连接的托架,支架具有上弧形部,托架上具有与上弧形部具有相同曲率半径的下弧形部,上弧形部的弧长小于下弧形部的弧长,上弧形部与下弧形部对合成管道环,管道安置于管道环中,支架与托架借助螺栓固定连接,托架与螺栓间夹持弹片;上弧形部与横梁之间对称连接有加固斜杆。
本发明的技术效果在于:
本发明比较现有的船用双排管道,采用加固斜杆减小了管道与吊架间的振动冲击,并且添加弹片连接补偿了管道的热胀,提高了管道的安全性能。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
见图1,本发明包括横梁1,横梁1上的支架2,与支架2连接的托架5,支架2具有上弧形部3,托架5上具有下弧形部8,上弧形部3与下弧形部8对合成管道环,管道6安置于管道环中,由于下弧形部8起支撑管道6的作用,因此其弧长大于上弧形部3的弧长,支架2与托架5借助螺栓4固定连接,托架5与螺栓4间夹持弹片7,弹片7的作用是补偿管道6由于热效应引起的热胀;为了进一步加强管道的悬挂强度,上弧形部3与横梁1之间对称连接有加固斜杆8。

1.一种船舶管道的悬挂装置,包括横梁,横梁上的支架及与支架连接的托架,其特征在于:所述支架具有上弧形部,所述托架上具有与上弧形部具有相同曲率半径的下弧形部,所述上弧形部的弧长小于所述下弧形部的弧长,上弧形部与所述下弧形部对合成管道环,管道安置于所述管道环中,所述支架与所述托架借助螺栓固定连接,所述托架与螺栓间夹持弹片;所述上弧形部与横梁之间对称连接有加固斜杆。
