Abstract

本发明提出直线驱动抽油机。底座上端的管柱内过渡配合连接导向套,导向套内孔配合连接齿条,齿条一侧加工有渐开线齿,齿条的渐开线齿上部与一个齿轮啮合连接,下部另一个齿轮与齿条的渐开线齿啮合连接,上部齿轮连接发电机,下部齿轮电动机;齿条的内孔间隙配合连接抽油杆,抽油杆上部伸出齿条部分固定连接抽油杆卡箍,抽油杆下部伸出管柱下端和底座下端。通过发电机和电动机配合,有效的吸收抽油杆下降时的势能进行发电,最大效能的利用抽油杆的下降势能,提高效能,节约电源,低惯量设计的直线驱动抽油机使其达到更高功效,便于运输和安装,运输安装成本低,替换现有排采抽油机时,不用井下作业,直接更换,方便快捷。

技术领域:
本发明涉石油生产设备领域,具体涉及直线驱动抽油机。
背景技术:
国内主要油田都已进入中后期开发,地层压力降低,供液能力不足,在游梁抽油机抽汲参数已调至最小情况下,仍不能达到供、采协调,再加上游梁式抽油机本身结构设计决定了配置电机功率较大,抽油机运行普遍存在“大马拉小车”现象,这不但浪费了大量电能,而且在供液不足情况下造成抽油泵空抽等现象严重,液击现象严重,抽油泵磨损严重,管杆疲劳运行,寿命降低,作业成本增加,在保证原油生产的前提下若要降低能耗,减少投入,提高经济效益,油田开采急需一种轻载高效的节能型抽采设备。
发明内容:
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出直线驱动抽油机。
本发明的技术方案是:直线驱动抽油机,包括底座,底座上端密封法兰连接管柱,管柱内过渡配合连接导向套,导向套上下两端均设有孔用挡圈与管柱固定连接,导向套为为管子实体部分超过半圆的开口的一段圆柱体,导向套内孔间隙配合连接齿条的外圆柱表面,导向套的开口侧位置,齿条一侧全长度方向加工有连续的渐开线齿,齿条的渐开线齿上部与一个齿轮啮合连接,下部另一个齿轮与齿条的渐开线齿啮合连接,上部齿轮连接涡轮蜗杆减速器的输出轴,上部涡轮蜗杆减速器的输入轴连接发电机,下部齿轮连接涡轮蜗杆减速器的输出轴,下部涡轮蜗杆减速器的输入轴连接电动机;
上述方案中的齿条的内孔间隙配合连接抽油杆,抽油杆上部伸出齿条部分固定连接抽油杆卡箍,抽油杆下部伸出管柱下端和底座下端;管柱下端的底座上部平面上开有通孔,底座的通孔和抽油杆之间的空隙内设有油封;管柱底部侧面安装有油泵,油泵进口管伸入管柱和导向套与导向套内孔连通,油泵的出油管伸入到导向套顶部以上的管柱内壁空间;管柱上部有封盖嵌入管柱内孔;
本发明具有如下有益效果:通过发电机和电动机配合,有效的吸收抽6油杆下降时的势能进行发电,相当与这部分电能用于电动机提升抽油杆,最大效能的利用抽油杆的下降势能,提高效能,节约电源,低惯量设计的直线驱动抽油机使其可采用比传统抽油机更小的电机和减速箱达到更高功效,便于运输和安装,运输安装成本低,替换现有排采抽油机时,不用井下作业,直接更换,方便快捷。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
由图1结合图2所示,直线驱动抽油机,包括底座1,底座1上端密封法兰连接管柱3,管柱3内过渡配合连接导向套4,过渡配合使得导向套4在管柱3内不能转动,确保导向套4的开口位置朝向齿条5的齿,导向套4上下两端均设有孔用挡圈15与管柱3固定连接,固定导向套4,导向套4为管子实体部分超过半圆的开口的一段圆柱体,导向套4内孔间隙配合连接齿条5的外圆柱表面,导向套4的开口侧位置,齿条5一侧全长度方向加工有连续的渐开线齿,齿条5的渐开线齿上部与一个齿轮10啮合连接,下部另一个齿轮10与齿条5的渐开线齿啮合连接,上部齿轮10连接涡轮蜗杆减速器9的输出轴,上部涡轮蜗杆减速器9的输入轴连接发电机8,下部齿轮10连接涡轮蜗杆减速器9的输出轴,下部涡轮蜗杆减速器9的输入轴连接电动机11;
齿条5的内孔间隙配合连接抽油杆6,抽油杆6上部伸出齿条5部分固定连接抽油杆卡箍7,抽油杆6下部伸出管柱3下端和底座1下端。
管柱3下端的底座1上部平面上开有通孔,底座1的通孔和抽油杆6之间的空隙内设有油封2,管柱3内部填充有润滑油。
管柱3底部侧面安装有油泵14,油泵14进油管13伸入管柱3和导向套4与导向套4内孔连通,油泵14的出油管12伸入到导向套4顶部以上的管柱3内壁空间,管柱3内部的润滑油通过油泵14从管柱3底部抽到上部,润滑油从管柱3上部落入导向套4和齿条5上,起到主动润滑作用。
管柱3上部有封盖16嵌入管柱3内孔,防止外部杂物雨雪进入抽油机。
电动机11通过涡轮蜗杆减速器9、齿轮10传动齿条5,齿条5顶部托起抽油杆6上升,当抽油杆6下降时,发电机8的负荷阻挡抽油杆6的下降,调整发电机8的负荷使抽油杆6的下降速度复合要求,发电机8吸收阻挡抽油杆6下降的能量进行发电,所发的电通过电网储存,当抽油杆6下至最低点,电动机11启动,抽油杆6上升,通过发电机8和电动机11配合,有效的吸收抽油杆6下降时的势能进行发电,相当与这部分电能用于电动机提升抽油杆,最大效能的利用抽油杆的下降势能,提高效能,节约电源。
直线驱动抽油机结构小巧,可直接控制抽油杆上、下直线运动,避免了传统游梁式抽采设备外形庞大,笨重,高机械惯量的缺陷,降低制造成本,减少故障率,提高检修周期,延长使用寿命,高效节能,低惯量设计的直线驱动抽油机使其可采用比传统抽油机更小的电机和减速箱达到更高功效,由于传统抽油机相对复杂的工况,通常需采用超大设计以满足实际需要,经常运行在“大马拉小车”的状态,增加能耗,直线驱动抽油机系统采用可灵活编程的运动模型和便捷的变频控制实现更灵活的冲程和冲次调整,满足油田和煤层气排采需要,达到高效节能的目的。
直线驱动抽油机可方便地用螺栓直接安装于井口,不需要混凝土及砂砾垫等基础施工,井口作业面积很小,大大降低了设备安装,运行和维护费用,结构小巧,重量轻,便于运输和安装,运输安装成本低,系统可以由轻型卡车运载,用手动或小型吊装机械安装,2个工人即可快捷方便进行安装,系统在几个小时内即可完成全部的安装调试并投入生产。
直线驱动抽油机除了适应抽油机正常使用外,在环保、场地、噪音和安全要求敏感的场地,比如在学校、公园、厂区、医院、住宅小区以及海洋采油平台区域的油井,LDDU直线驱动抽油机更是有其无可替代的优势:1.精巧的机械结构确保运行安静平稳,噪音小;2.无外露运行部件,安全运行,不会意外伤及人,特别是儿童等;3.设备占地面积小,对于海洋采油平台等作业区狭小的采油环境非常适合。小巧的外形轮廓和小的占地面积使直线驱动泵与周围环境自然和谐融为一体。
直线驱动抽油机与现行抽油机的抽油杆及井下抽油泵完全匹配;替换现有排采抽油机时,不用井下作业,直接更换,方便快捷,不需要特殊抽油杆及井下抽油泵,与现行抽油机井下管杆泵系统完全兼容匹配。直线驱动抽油机将是煤层气开发的主力排采设备。

Claims (4)

1.一种直线驱动抽油机,包括底座(1),其特征在于:底座(1)上端密封法兰连接管柱(3),管柱(3)内过渡配合连接导向套(4),导向套(4)上下两端均设有孔用挡圈(15)与管柱(3)固定连接,导向套(4)为管子实体部分超过半圆的开口的一段圆柱体,导向套(4)内孔间隙配合连接齿条(5)的外圆柱表面,导向套(4)的开口侧位置,齿条(5)一侧全长度方向加工有连续的渐开线齿,齿条(5)的渐开线齿上部与一个齿轮(10)啮合连接,齿条(5)的渐开线齿下部与另一个齿轮(10)啮合连接,上部齿轮(10)连接涡轮蜗杆减速器(9)的输出轴,上部涡轮蜗杆减速器(9)的输入轴连接发电机(8),下部齿轮(10)连接涡轮蜗杆减速器(9)的输出轴,下部涡轮蜗杆减速器(9)的输入轴连接电动机(11);
齿条(5)的内孔间隙配合连接抽油杆(6),抽油杆(6)上部伸出齿条(5)部分固定连接抽油杆卡箍(7),抽油杆(6)下部伸出管柱(3)下端和底座(1)下端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直线驱动抽油机,其特征在于:管柱(3)下端的底座(1)上部平面上开有通孔,底座(1)的通孔和抽油杆(6)之间的空隙内设有油封(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的直线驱动抽油机,其特征在于:管柱(3)底部侧面安装有油泵(14),油泵(14)进油管(13)伸入管柱(3)和导向套(4)与导向套(4)内孔连通,油泵(14)的出油管(12)伸入到导向套(4)顶部以上的管柱(3)内壁空间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的直线驱动抽油机,其特征在于:管柱(3)上部有封盖(16)嵌入管柱(3)内孔。
