本发明涉及一种合金材料,具体涉及一种碲镍铬合金材料。
 
背景技术
镍基高温合金具有工作温度高、组织稳定、有害相少、抗氧化、抗热蚀、抗海水腐蚀能力强等特点,是高温合金中应用最广、高温强度最高的一类合金,主要用于制造航空、舰艇和工业用燃气轮机的涡轮叶片、导向叶片、涡轮盘、高压压气机盘和燃烧室等高温部件,还用于制造航天飞行器、火箭发动机、核反应堆、石油化工设备以及煤的转化等能源转换装置。
 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种碲镍铬合金材料,碲单质本身具有较高的硬度,在镍基合金中添加碲元素,明显提高了合金材料的硬度,同时极大的提高了合金材料的耐海水腐蚀性能和耐酸腐蚀性能,使得合金材料可以在高温和海水环境的工况下使用。
所述碲镍铬合金材料,它包括以下重量份的组分:
Ni:56.5份、Cr:17.55份、Mo:4.21份、Si:4.02份、B:2.84份、C:0.73份、Fe:13.65份、Te:1.0份。
