本发明公开了一种塑料环保增塑剂,由以下重量份的成分组成:2-乙基己醇 20~30;氯化石蜡6~10;聚氯乙烯10~15;乙酸5~8;硼酸锌3~6;甲基丙烯酸酯2~4;活性炭5~10;环氧植物油3~5。塑化效率高,耐寒、耐热、耐污染、耐抽出,迁移性好,电绝缘性好,对光热稳定。将多种增塑剂复配混合后获得一种新的增塑剂产品,以赋予树脂制品良好的综合性能,达到满意的增塑效果,这种做法已得到越来越多厂家认可。

本发明涉及一种塑料环保增塑剂。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯(PVC) 是一种综合性能优良的通用塑料,而增塑剂是PVC 制品用量最大的一类助剂,为PVC 的大规模工业化应用做出了重要贡献。邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂是增塑剂领域中用量最大、品种最多、应用最广的家族。近年来,国外不断有邻苯二甲酸辛酯(DOP)等增塑剂可能致癌的报道,其使用范围受到限制。环保、低毒的柠檬酸酯、偏苯三酸酯、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯和聚酯等绿色增塑剂受到人们的青睐,应用前景广泛。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种成本低廉、无毒无害、性能优良的塑料环保增塑剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种塑料环保增塑剂,由以下重量份的成分组成:
2-乙基己醇 20~30;
氯化石蜡 6~10;
聚氯乙烯 10~15;
乙酸 5~8;
硼酸锌 3~6;
甲基丙烯酸酯 2~4;
活性炭 5~10;
环氧植物油 3~5。
本发明塑料环保增塑剂的优点是:塑化效率高,耐寒、耐热、耐污染、耐抽出,迁移性好,电绝缘性好,对光热稳定。将多种增塑剂复配混合后获得一种新的增塑剂产品,以赋予树脂制品良好的综合性能,达到满意的增塑效果,这种做法已得到越来越多厂家认可。
