本发明公开了一种高强度耐老化防滑输送带,其特征在于,原料各组分按照重量份组成如下:天然橡胶30-40份、丁腈橡胶15-20份、纳米级活性陶土2-3份、聚氯乙烯树脂8-15份、VP胶粘剂2-3份、增塑剂1.5-2份、碳酸钙2-4份、硬脂酸2-4份、炭黑N7546-10份、白碳黑6-8份、古马隆1-2份、芳烃油4-5份、机油1-1.2份、硫磺4-5份、防老剂DFC1-2份。本发明提高了输送带的外观质量,损伤处补胶平整,使得输送带的骨架帆布间粘合既保持了原普通耐热输送带粘合胶的性能,又加强了粘合胶本身的耐热氧老化性能,拉伸强度、层间粘合强度、耐热以及耐磨等性能均获得了改善,可被应用于煤矿、石材等大型机械中。

技术领域
本发明属于输送带材料技术领域,具体涉及一种高强度耐老化防滑输送带。
背景技术
防滑输送带由涤棉交织、EP、PP得帆布经压延、成型硫化等工序精心加工而成。主要特性就是防滑,防滑功能比较好,防滑输送带耐用使用寿命长。主要有普通人字形、外凸人字形、横格、圆钉形等类型。该产品适合于大倾角输送块状、粒状、袋包装、粉末状的多种物料,如煤炭、炭焦、木料,砂石、水泥袋,粮食等物料。主要应用的行业:烟草、物流、包装、印刷、食品、木材等。防滑输送带用于输送角度再17°以上的物料输送。
防滑输送带分为以下几种:人字型花纹,即带面上有高于带体的“人”字型花纹,花纹可是开口也可是封闭的,每一种花纹又可分为高、中、低三种。适用于≤40度倾角的粉状、颗粒状、小块物料输送、也可输送袋装物料。条状花纹,即带面上横有高出带体的条状花纹,花纹分为高、中、低三种,每种花纹按排列间距可分为疏、密等形式。适用于≤30度倾角的水平输送包装物。若在成槽情况下,可代替人字型花纹。粒状花纹,即带面上有高出带体或凹嵌入带体的粒状花纹,也可将凹坑制成方孔形或棱形和布纹形。凸粒状花纹适用于软包装物或需有抓着力的物料输送(如纸板箱)或无滑动输送。扇形花纹,即带面上有呈半扇形(或1/4圆型)花纹。当胶带成槽时花纹合扰成扇形(或半圆形)、属高花纹类。适用于≤60度大倾角输送粉、颗粒及块状物料。
随着各大水泥、钢铁等企业规模的扩大,产量的提高,高强度耐高温输送带的市场需求随之体现。但是,目前国内生产企业的工况条件适应不了如此高要求,所以经常出现输送带长期高温运行导致的脱层、横断等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高强度耐老化防滑输送带,既保持了原普通耐热输送带粘合胶的性能,又加强了粘合胶本身的耐热氧老化性能,其拉伸强度、伸长率、粘结强度、耐热性能均能符合生产要求,可被应用于煤矿、石材等大型机械中。 
本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种高强度耐老化防滑输送带,其特征在于,原料各组分按照重量份组成如下:
天然橡胶30-40份、丁腈橡胶15-20份、纳米级活性陶土2-3份、聚氯乙烯树脂8-15份、VP 胶粘剂2-3份、增塑剂1.5-2份、碳酸钙2-4份、硬脂酸2-4份、炭黑N754 6-10份、白碳黑6-8份、古马隆1-2份、芳烃油4-5份、机油1-1.2份、硫磺4-5份、防老剂DFC 1-2份。
上述增塑剂为增塑剂TMTD和增塑剂DNP按照2:1组成的混合物。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明提高了输送带的外观质量,损伤处补胶平整,使得输送带的骨架帆布间粘合既保持了原普通耐热输送带粘合胶的性能,又加强了粘合胶本身的耐热氧老化性能,拉伸强度、层间粘合强度、耐热以及耐磨等性能均获得了改善,可被应用于煤矿、石材等大型机械中。

一种高强度耐老化防滑输送带,其特征在于,原料各组分按照重量份组成如下:
天然橡胶35份、丁腈橡胶15份、纳米级活性陶土2份、聚氯乙烯树脂10份、VP 胶粘剂2份、增塑剂TMTD和增塑剂DNP按照2:1组成的增塑剂1.5份、碳酸钙3份、硬脂酸2份、炭黑N754 6份、白碳黑6份、古马隆1份、芳烃油4份、机油1份、硫磺4份、防老剂DFC 1份。
实施例2
一种高强度耐老化防滑输送带,其特征在于,原料各组分按照重量份组成如下:
天然橡胶38份、丁腈橡胶18份、纳米级活性陶土3份、聚氯乙烯树脂13份、VP 胶粘剂3份、增塑剂TMTD和增塑剂DNP按照2:1组成的增塑剂2份、碳酸钙4份、硬脂酸3份、炭黑N754 8份、白碳黑8份、古马隆2份、芳烃油5份、机油1.2份、硫磺5份、防老剂DFC 2份。
