背景技术
通常地将化学防腐剂引入到化妆品或者皮肤病学组合物中，这些防腐剂用来对抗微生物在这些组合物中的生长，该微生物将快速使得它们不适合使用。特别地需要保护组合物抵抗能够在组合物内部生长的微生物（例如在其生产期间），以及抵抗用户在使用它时(特别地在用手指提取在瓶中的产品时)可能引入在其中的微生物。通常使用的化学防腐剂特别地是对羟基苯甲酸酯、有机酸或者释放甲醛的化合物。然而，这些防腐剂在它们以相对高的浓度存在时具有引起刺激，特别地在敏感皮肤上的刺激的缺点。而且，出于环境的考虑，消费者越来越多地寻找对环境无害，特别地非生态毒性的防腐剂。 
另外，通常使用的防腐剂的有效性是不定的，并且它们的配制剂可能造成问题，特别地配方（特别地乳液）的不相容性的问题甚至反稳定作用。本发明的一个目的是提出新型防腐剂，其特别地具有宽的抗微生物谱，至少与已经存在的化合物同样宽的、甚至更宽的抗微生物谱，并且其不具有现有技术的缺点，特别地其具有可以保护化妆品配方不受微生物污染而同时是很好耐受的特定的物理化学性质。
发明内容
本发明一个主题因此是至少一种式(I)化合物作为防腐剂，特别在化妆品组合物、皮肤病学组合物、药物组合物、营养食品组合物或者口腔化妆品组合物中的防腐剂的用途：
式(I)化合物，单独的或者作为混合物，可以相对于该组合物重量以0.01-5重量%，特别地0.1-2.5重量%的比例用在化妆品组合物、皮肤病学组合物或者药物组合物中。该化妆品组合物、皮肤病学组合物或者药物组合物还包含在化妆、皮肤病学或者生理学上可接受的介质，即与角蛋白物质(如脸部或者身体皮肤、嘴唇、头发、睫毛、眉毛和指甲)相容的介质。根据本发明的组合物可以是任何通常使用的盖仑制剂形式，特别地用于局部施用的盖仑制剂形式，特别地呈水溶液、水醇溶液、水包油(O/W)或油包水(W/O)或者多重(三重：W/O/W或者O/W/O)型乳液、水凝胶或者借助于小球状粒的脂肪相在水相中的分散体形式，这些小球状粒可以是聚合物纳米颗粒，如纳米球和纳米胶囊，或者离子和/或非离子类型的脂囊泡(脂质体、类脂体(niosomes)或者油质体)，纳米乳液形式或者细碎膜(films fins)形式。这些组合物根据通常方法进行制备。 
根据本发明的组合物可以是或多或少流体的并且可以具有白色或者有色的霜、油膏、乳剂、洗剂、乳清、糊状物或者泡沫的外观。它们可以任选地以气溶胶形式施用于皮肤上。它们还可以为固体形式，例如为条状物形式存在。根据本发明的组合物，特别地可以是以下形式存在： 
-用于化妆脸部、身体的皮肤或者嘴唇的产品；
-剃须后凝胶或者洗剂；
-脱毛霜；
-身体卫生组合物形式，如淋浴凝胶或者洗发水；
-药物组合物；
-固体组合物，如皂或者清洁块；
-用于还包含加压推进剂的气溶胶的组合物；
-定发液、发型霜或者凝胶、染色组合物(composition de teinture)、毛发重构洗剂(une lotion restructurante pour cheveux)、持久烫发组合物、抗脱发洗剂或者凝胶；
-具有口腔-牙齿用途的组合物。
选择在生理学上可接受的介质(所述化合物在其中可以使用)、以及它的组分、组分的量、该组合物的盖仑制剂形式和其制备方法可以由本领域的技术人员基于它们的一般知识根据希望的组合物类型进行选择。特别地，该组合物可以包含通常用于所设想的应用领域中的任何脂肪物质。特别地可以提及硅氧烷脂肪物质，如硅油、有机硅树胶和硅氧烷蜡以及非硅氧烷脂肪物质，如植物、矿物、动物和/或合成来源的油、糊剂和蜡。所述油任选地可以是挥发性的或者非挥发性的。

在植物来源的基于烃的油中，可以提到液态的包含4-10个碳原子的脂肪酸的甘油三酯，例如庚酸或者辛酸甘油三酯，或者，例如向日葵油、玉米油、大豆油、西葫芦油、葡萄籽油、芝麻籽油、榛子油、杏仁油、澳大利亚坚果油、arara油、蓖麻油、鳄梨油、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、霍霍巴油和牛油树脂油。
实施例
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明。应该理解的是，本发明实施例所述方法仅仅是用于说明本发明，而不是对本发明的限制，在本发明的构思前提下对本发明制备方法的简单改进都属于本发明要求保护的范围。实施例中用到的所有原料和溶剂均购自Sigma Biochemical and Organic Compounds for Research and Diagnostic Clinical Reagents公司。
实施例1：式I化合物的合成
在0℃下向庚烷-4-胺(54mmol)在三乙胺(108mmol)和二氯甲烷(135mL)中的溶液中，滴加溶解在二氯甲烷(135mL)中的喹啉-2-碳酰氯(54mmol)溶液。将反应混合物搅拌1小时。减压除去溶剂并将残留物溶于EtOAc中。有机层依次用1N的HCl水溶液、1N的NaOH水溶液、水、盐水洗涤，干燥(MgSO4)并浓缩。残留物在EtOAc和己烷中重结晶，得到作为白色固体产物(73.3%)。
 1H NMR(500MHz,CDCl3):δ0.93(t,6H,J=7.2Hz),1.41(m,8H),3.01(s,3H),4.18(m,1H),6.29(d,1H,J=9.94Hz),7.20(d,1H,J=8.62Hz),7.37(m,2H),7.44(s,1H)。
实施例2：抗菌活性测试
式(I)化合物的抗微生物效力通过挑战性测试(Challenge Test)方法或者人工污染进行评价。使用5个纯的微生物培养物。
ATCC=美国菌种保藏中心。 
分别地在接种前一天(对于细菌和酵母)和在接种前五天(对于霉菌)，将革兰氏阴性菌(大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)和铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa))，革兰氏阳性菌(粪肠球菌(Enterococcus faecalis))，酵母(白色念珠菌(Candida albicans))和霉菌(黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger))接种在次代培养基中。在接种那天： 
-分别地对于细菌和酵母制备在胰胨盐(Tryptone sel)稀释剂中的悬浮液，以便使用分光光度计获得具有35%至45%的在544nm的透射光的光密度的悬浮液；
-对于霉菌，通过用6-7毫升收获的溶液洗涤琼脂收集孢子和在无菌试管或者烧瓶中回收悬浮液。
在使微生物悬浮液均匀化之后，0.2毫升接种物被引入每个药丸瓶(使用纯的悬浮液：1×108至3×108cfu/毫升)和使用抹刀使微生物悬浮液充分地在0.4 g产品(=式I化合物)中进行均匀化。 
在产品中存在的微生物的含量在均匀化后对应于106细菌/克产品的浓度，即以接种物(包含108微生物/毫升)的1%的接种。在22℃±2℃并且在避光中在微生物和产品的7天接触时间之后，进行十倍稀释并且计数保持在产品中的可存活微生物的数目。
在T7天，cfu数目/每克化合物为：大肠杆菌<75，铜绿假单胞菌<75，粪肠球菌<75，白色念珠菌<75，黑曲霉<1.0×103。
