本发明涉及一种感温变色玻璃,用于建筑、橱窗、车辆等领域。
背景技术
近几年来,功能性玻璃成为人们关注的焦点。玻璃的功能性通过玻璃表面处理实现,即玻璃表面经过复杂的物理或化学处理从而改变其表面凹凸;改变其薄厚组成;或在表面上覆盖其它物质形成膜层等。人们现已使用的功能型有玻璃自洁玻璃,防雾玻璃,导电玻璃,发光玻璃等,目前没有感温变色玻璃的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种感温变色玻璃。
本发明的技术方案是:一种感温变色玻璃,它是由中空玻璃和感温膜组成,感温膜位于中空玻璃内侧。感温膜的组分:树脂、助剂、感光粉、溶剂。其中树脂为羧基丙烯酸树脂;助剂为流平剂、分散剂、催干剂;感光粉为胆甾油酸酯、胆甾醇苯甲酸酯、明胶、阿拉伯胶、聚乙烯醇水溶液、乙醇经过混合、复凝聚、过滤洗涤、烘干过程制得;溶剂为乙醇、乙酸乙酯。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:感温变色玻璃是通过在玻璃表面涂渍感温涂料膜,从而使玻璃随着温度的变化而发生颜色的改变实现的,满足了人们对玻璃观赏,装饰的要求。

具体实施方式:
一种感温变色玻璃,由中空玻璃和感温膜组成。感温膜涂渍在中空玻璃内侧。感温膜的组分为树脂、助剂、感光粉、溶剂。其中树脂为羧基丙烯酸树脂;助剂为流平剂、分散剂、催干剂。感光粉为胆甾油酸酯、胆甾醇苯甲酸酯、明胶、阿拉伯胶、聚乙烯醇水溶液、乙醇经过混合、复凝聚、过滤洗涤、烘干过程制得,其中溶剂为乙醇、乙酸乙酯。

1.一种感温变色玻璃,由中空玻璃和感温膜组成,其特点在于感温膜位于中空玻璃内侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的感温变色玻璃,其特征在于:所述的感温膜的组分:树脂、助剂、感光粉、溶剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的感温膜的组分,其特征在于:所述的树脂为羧基丙烯酸树脂。
4.根据权利要求2所述的感温膜的组分,其特征在于:所述的助剂为流平剂、分散剂、催干剂。
5.根据权利要求2所述的感温膜的组分,其特征在于:所述的感光粉为胆甾油酸酯、胆甾醇苯甲酸酯、明胶、阿拉伯胶、聚乙烯醇水溶液、乙醇经过混合、复凝聚、过滤洗涤、烘干过程制得。
6.根据权利要求2所述的感温膜的组分,其特征在于:所述的溶剂为乙醇、乙酸乙酯。
