本发明公开了一种再生混凝土复合保湿砖制作方法,包括保温砖砖体制作、草板制作、复合等步骤。本发明应用废弃建筑混凝土垃圾为主体材料作墙体材料,使庞大的垃圾环境影响实施转化利用,这从根本上解决了环境污染问题,所以具有环保技术性特点。再生混凝土砖可以采用榫卯串管砌筑方法,突破了传统性的砂浆砌筑,灰土砌筑方法。本发明尤其适用于房屋建筑承重结构、非承重结构与建筑混凝土垃圾资源丰富地区。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种再生混凝土复合保湿砖制作方法。
背景技术
目前我国大中城市建筑垃圾围城,成为一种公害,特别是上海、北京、天津等大城市更为严重,各级政府及社会纷纷呼吁寻求一种解决办法,国家“十二五”将建筑垃圾转化利用项目列入“十二五”重点研究项目。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种利用废弃建筑垃圾、性能好的再生混凝土复合保湿砖制作方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种再生混凝土复合保湿砖制作方法,其特征是:包括下列步骤:
(一)保温砖砖体制作:
(1)配置:将废弃混凝土、草粉、水泥、聚氨酯发泡剂、水按重量比60:15:10:5:10的比例配置,配置后进入搅拌机搅拌;
(2)入模:将所配置的再生混凝土复合保温砖体材料进入模具内,用平面振动器进行振动,使表面晰出水分即可;
(3)机压:将入模的再生混凝土复合保温砖体材料通过机械进行高压成形,然后按规格进行切割;使保温砖砖体呈榫卯结构,保温砖砖体中设有中空层,且保温砖砖体的横向、纵向均设置可穿竹管的孔洞;
(4)保养:通过机压、切割后,转输至保养室进行恒温蒸气养护,养护时间为7天;养护后,经检测合格,转入仓库存储备用;
(二)草板制作
(1)秸秆草选用稻草、麦草、玉米秆或高梁杆;
(2)粉碎:将所选用的秸秆草进行粉碎,且粉碎丝径为毫米级,得到草粉丝;
(3)浸渍:将草粉丝与水按体积比1:1在容器中拌和发酵浸渍2天以上,同时用塑胶膜对容器进行封口;
(4)烘干:将草粉丝通过烘干设备进行烘干,至水份质量含量在0.1%以下;
(5)配置:将烘干的草粉丝与502胶、聚氨酯发泡剂进行配置,配比按体积比为80:10:10,并进行搅拌,得到草胶浆;
(6)入模:将草胶浆传入模具内通过高压机压制成形;
(7)喷胶封边:采用树脂来进行喷涂封边;
(三)复合
将草板插入在保温砖砖体的中空层中,形成复合结构。

一种再生混凝土复合保湿砖制作方法,其特征是:包括下列步骤:
(一)保温砖砖体制作:
(1)配置:将废弃混凝土、草粉、水泥、聚氨酯发泡剂、水按重量比60:15:10:5:10的比例配置,配置后进入搅拌机搅拌;
(2)入模:将所配置的再生混凝土复合保温砖体材料进入模具内,用平面振动器进行振动,使表面晰出水分即可;
(3)机压:将入模的再生混凝土复合保温砖体材料通过机械进行高压成形,然后按规格进行切割;使保温砖砖体呈榫卯结构(即具有使得相邻保温砖砖体砌筑时榫卯结合的结构),保温砖砖体中设有中空层,且保温砖砖体的横向、纵向均设置可穿竹管的孔洞(即通过竹管的穿孔,将多个保温砖砖体结合成整体);
(4)保养:通过机压、切割后,转输至保养室进行恒温蒸气养护,养护时间为7天;养护后,经检测合格,转入仓库存储备用;
(二)草板制作
(1)秸秆草选用稻草、麦草、玉米秆或高梁杆;
